Enjoyed everything we ordered and the menu is reasonably priced. Staff were also very attentive. I will surely recommend this place to my friends.
We brought our friend Jun (from SFO) to have a taste of Filipino food as prepared by Chef Sandy. We frequent the place and recommend it to friends because we love the food and service. The prices are reasonable and it’s nice that Chef Sandy is often around to meet guests.

Love chef sandy's creations!!!!
The empanadas are really good. That’s why they’re always sold out.
A bit pricey but anything made by Chef Daza is worth it. Ive been watching his shows since i was little kid. The Cauliflower rice is to die for, good for low carb diet.
Update:
Went here with the Fam, sulit na sulit. We loved the beef sinigang sa bayabas and the pork chips, syempre di mawawala ang cauli rice. :)
Great food. Great place to take your family.

Casa Daza has such a homey ambience that compliments really well with their Filipino dishes. I’ve only ever visitied with friends, and I am dying to bring my family here as well. Their food is a bit pricey but are usually in serving sizes for sharing.
I've always been intrigued by Casa Daza because I watch Chef Sandy on TV. We ordered lechon belly chips, caldereta, adobo flakes, pancit langlang and bangus sisig. I think they could add more serving because the prices were quite steep. Please order the lechon belly chips and pancit langlang. We could not stop on munching the lechon belly chips because they were so good! My husband and our friends also enjoyed pancit langlang. It was really good and it was love at first bite. The adobo flakes was also great. However, I don't care so much for the caldereta and sisig. When craving for Filipino food at UPTC, you should definitely drop by here.
Consistency.
I don't like eating Filipino food when I go out because most of the time,I always leave disappointed. That is the reason why I'm always hesitant to try Filipino restaurants.
Casa Daza has always been one of those Filipino restaurants that I consider "safe and consistent". Every time I eat here, the experience has always been great from the food to the service. I've always liked their 3 egg salad which for me is the right balance of sourness, sweetness and umami.
I always consider Casa Daza/Wooden spoon as one of those few Filipino restaurant that I won't hesitate to eat in because I always know what to expect, which is excellent service and great food.
Best Filipino “home-cooked” dishes i have ever tasted. My family had lunch here, for the first time. We ordered Okoy for appetizer, Crispy Pork Belly, Caldereta, followed by Adobong Kangkong , then Kare kare. For dessert we had sago cake. Each food was delicious and brings such a delightful experience. It’s as if you’re “home “. Customer service was exceptional as well. Can’t wait to try the other dishes in the menu. Kudos Chef Sandy! We’re definitely coming back for more.
What We Ordered:
Crispy Pancit w/ Crab Omelette
Dinakdakang lechon
Sinigang na Salmon Belly Thai Style
Fiesta Rice
What I liked:
Chef Sandy Daza's creative recipes certainly didn't fail. All of these were classics that took me back to the Wooden Spoon days when it was still in Katip. The dry and crispy pancit pairs well with the juicy crab omelette, and so is the Dinakdak na lechon with Fiesta Rice. What I liked about the chef's Sinigang is that everything is so soft and melts in your mouth, not just the salmon but also the veggies that came with it.
