I came here with my family with all the intentions of eating in another resto in the same place (hehehe). But plans were changed, courtesy of my adorable kids, so we decided to try this restaurant out. (They’re asking for noodles so make sense that we eat here because of the name, hahaha) This is the first time they’ve chosen the place to eat so we indulge them and surprisingly it didn’t disappoint!!! Their laksa is not overwhelmingly spicy, the spring rolls are fresh and peanut sauce is delish. The kids order the chicken karaage (again change of decision!) and they love it. My eldest is kinda picky and for me to see her enjoy the food she ordered is a plus plus in my book! My hubby ordered the nasi goreng and OMG, its amazing. We’ve eaten nasi goreng quite a lot (an indonesian friend even cooked one for us!) and so far this is the most delicious that we have tasted so far. I surely recommend coming here! Good job!

I absolutely love noodles and I must say that their noodles are absolutelt exquisite! Their servers are nice and courteous. Servings were generous and quite fast. Ambiance is modern and a bit classy. Definitely a must try.

I love noodles so when I saw a restaurant dedicated to noodle dishes from Asia in Ayala the 30th, I was immediaty drawn to it.

Still on soft opening, The Noodle Studio’s menu offers a variety of Asian noodle favorites from Laksa, Mee Goreng, Char Kwey Tiao... but I decided on the Salted Egg Pasta while the boys got a Mee Goreng. We also got the fried sisig appetizer.

Fried Sisig Roll - really good! It had just the right amount of spice and I loved the crunch from the lumpia wrapper. And how can you go wrong with suka, toyo and onion which helped balance the dish with some acidity.

Salted Egg Pasta - creamy and eggy, it was good but I was kind of wishing for a bit of spice to cut the richness. Definitely a dish for sharing!

Mee Goreng - the noodle servings were huge so I got a taste too! The boyf also wanted more spice since the menu said it was spicy but I was good with it. Also very flavorful.

There were some more items I wanted to try too like the laksa so I will definitely be back!

We tried 5 noodle dishes which they deemed as bestsellers and our common favorite is the Mie Goreng (traditional take). It had a good balance of spiciness and nutty taste, which everyone liked. The Mee Goreng 2.0 tasted different, sure, but it lacked the satay / nutty taste that a mie goreng is known for.

Pad Thai was a tad too sweet and lacked saltiness. Beef Brisket was a hit and miss -- I liked it but some of us were not fans of anise and herb-y taste. I found the Malaysian Curry Laksa (traditional take) to be way, way better. But I'm biased though because I love laksa and theirs is an excellent rendition.

All of their noodle dishes do not scrimp when it comes to ingredients. Sure it looks pricey but one order can actually be shared by 2-3 people depending on the appetite.

Planning to go back to try their rice dishes and appetizers, which I heard to be delicious.

First time to try eating here, during a rainy Sunday. I ordered the Malaysian Laksa noodle soup and Vietnamese chicken wings. I liked the rich taste, but it lacked spice though. The menu indicates it to be spicy, wasn't really into too much spiciness but this one didn't have it. Chicken wings yummy with the sauce, just looks small. Anyways, i am willing to come back to try the rest of the menu with some friends. Thank you for the good customer service & place is clean, too. 👍

I’ve been travelling a lot these past few months so I haven’t gotten around to posting much. Before I get back to the latest travel updates, I wanted to share my amazing experience at THE NOODLE STUDIO in Ayala Malls the 30th. Sumptuous spread from The Noodle Studio. Let me begin by saying that despite the name, THE NOODLE STUDIO actually  serves much more than just noodle dishes. The appetizers that we had were all delicious and good enough to share between 3-4 people.

It's been my third time in this restaurant owned by the son of ms claire dela fuente. We were here on their soft opening as well. That time we were randomly strolling the new mall of ayala 30th and their interiors catch us to have a try of their food. True enough, we didn't regret dining here the first time and up to this moment. On their soft opening, we ordered their mee goreng and curry spaghetti. Both were really so good! The owner was so accommodating and kind enough to offer a plate of salmon pouch on the house. It was a good call because we were able to sample this and discovered how good this dish is! We ordered another plate of this that same day, on our second and third visit. In short, it's been a staple for us to order this whenever we are here. That's how good it is and I recommend people to try this out!

We were able to order their singapore noodles and char kway teow on our second visit, both were good too. For dessert, we had their hansel hotcake and i liked it too.

I could have rated this five because all the food we have tried were really good just pricey for its price. I hope they do consider adjusting the price to cater to middle class market. And also I recommend having their dishes sampled like what their owner did on their soft opening because that's a way for people to discover their offerings are really top class :)

Noodles have always been a staple food in most (if not all) Asian cuisines. From soup-based, sauteed, or even fried, there’s just an endless array of cooking variations of this classic comfort food. Filipinos per se, even have unique versions of noodles (aka pancit) in certain regions of the country. And alas, a restaurant dedicated to celebrate the love for its tasteful glory: The Noodle Studio PH.

The Noodle Studio is an all-in-one noodle modern restaurant in Ayala Malls the 30th that serves Southeast Asian dishes (mainly noodles), appetizers and rice meals. Since it’s a noodle specialty resto, expect more noodle goodness from stir fried favorites like Yakisoba , Pad Thai and Pancit Canton, soups like the Malaysian Laksa and Taiwanese Beef Noodles  and unique pasta dishes like Kung Pao Spaghetti and the like. They’ve  got it all!

🍜Beef Brisket Noodles - this is the all too familiar Beef Mami but with a deeper more pronounced beef flavor. Kinda reminded me of the Ling Nam days before it got watered down to Chowking.

🍜Lemak Laksa - this is one beautiful bowl as far as Noodle Soups are concerned. You can see a lot going on with the different toppings on it. It's almost like a personal hotpot. 😍

🍝Cold Noodles with Hainanese Chicken - their version of Hainanese Chicken Rice but with noodles. Quite creative with the noodles and peanut dressing. Fun to try.

😊🍝Claire's Pancit Canton - the Chef's Mother, Claire Dela Fuente's (yes the popular OPM singer) version of the equally popular local noodle dish. According to them, this was patterned from Lucky Me® Instant Pancit Canton, but with none of the harmful ingredients. True enough, this easily became one of the crowd favorites. Lots of toppings as you would expect of local pancit. Found it to be a tad sweet 😁 Pinoy nga kasi 😁

🍝Pad Thai - another beautiful dish! Egg noodles are on point. I'm no expert at Pad Thai but I found this to be very good. Simot Sarap eh 😁

😍Salmon Pouches - another crowd favorite. Deep fried with Salmon and Cream cheese served with dynamite sauce. Don't get discouraged from the dynamite it's not that spicy 😁

🌯Fried Sisig Rolls - is like the Asian version of the Burrito. Deep fried rolls of rice and sisig. This one is spicy and heavy.

🍛Beef Rendang - i love how it is not spicy at all. You can clearly enjoy the rendang and coconut cream without the burning tongue. The crispy bowl it came in is also edible and meant to be eaten roti style 😍

🍮Hotcake Hansel - finishing off with some deep fried Hansel Sandwiches (you read that right, HANSEL MOCHA SANDWICH of your childhood baon days 😁)
