I never thought this place would have a nice interior and surprisingly boasts off delicious food as well. Their cheesecake really tastes good...even better than other well-known coffeehouses offer and loved their specialty coffee too. Three thumbs up Cassalu!
A wonderful place to gather over coffee and cakes. š They have great selection of coffee and sweets. Service is fast and friendly staffs. My dark mocha was awesome. Iāll definitely come back. PS. Wifi is free š
If youāll ask me what dish makes me come back again and again, itās their Chicken Cordon Bleu which for me is cooked perfectly. I love how they made it crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. And its cream! Yes, the cream of the dish is really tasty. It compliments the meat perfectly. Also, donāt forget to try their fresh juices ā their fresh dalandan is heaven! š
Masarap ang food nila. Specially their caldereta pasta and clubhouse. Maasikaso din ang kanilang crew. Good food and good service.
At buy 1 take 1 ang slice ng cakes nila na try namin ang calamansi and blueberry cheesecake. And planning to buy a whole cake. šš

Food - 5/5
Price - 4/5 ( because of small serving for some food)
This has been my third time with Cassalu, and I am totally at home on how they prepare their dishes, because as everytime I am dining actually in all branches the quality of food has always been consistently delicious..

So happy to finally announced that Cassalu Coffee & Kitchen is now open inside Ayala Malls Feliz! Much nearer to our place than their main branch in Las PiƱas. If you guys havenāt read it yet, I had a blog post about their branch in Las PiƱas. You can read it here. Located at 5th floor, Ayala Malls Feliz
Among all the Cafes we tried, this one for me, is the best so far.
They have a huge catalogue of single origin coffee as well as different brewing methods. The best thing about it is that they do the whole brewing in front of you/at your table and explain each step thoroughly like the time and temperature etc.
They also have a huge selection of cheesecake that was purposely made to match their coffee, the cheesecake had the right sweetness to match the coffee which was so rad.
Ambiance wise, It was great as well, tables were separated just enough that it feels that you have your own private space and not worry about people eavesdropping. The whole place was spacious and a great way to HANG OUT with your friends or have a chill date.
The place is cozy. You'll feel comfortable while eating here.
The foods are all good, too. One of the signature of Casalu is their 12-dozen cakes which is every slice, ibang flavor. It's just so nice na you'' get a whol cake with 12 different flavors. I laso love their vegetable salad, so fab! Hindi tinipid at fresh na fresh ang ingredients. Their pasta is a must try, too!

Ambiance had a relaxing feel. It's a great place to have chat with your friends. The pastry looked so appetizing to watch. Beef was tender and the mushroom sauce had a balanced flavor. Although hubby ordered his usual pork belly and told me that it was okay. Service was also great.
I still vividly remember my first visit to Cassalu Coffee & Kitchen. It was more than a year ago when they invited me for a lengthy and satisfying food tasting session.
Back then they were still improving their menu. Today, they have 3 fully operational branches, all located within Metro Manila.
Yesterday together with two other bloggers, @hungrytravelduo and @madamelindt, we got to indulge in a feast of modern cafe dishes, created through the leadership of couple, Noel and Loren.
Cassalu is named after their children Cassandra and Lucas. It can also mean kasalo or to share oneās meal. That probably explains why most of what they offer is in bigger portions.
The ambiance here gives a magical vibe. Itās bright, relaxing and colorful. There is no similar corner, every angle is distinctly charming.
Their best sellers are their cheesecakes! This is because Loren has been making them since 2007. People come here to explore their dozen varieties of cheesecakes which you can also conveniently purchase via one whole cake. Itās called The Original Dozen Flavors Cheesecake (Php 1,350). It has Blueberry, Brownie & Cookie Dough, Tres Capas, Red Velvet, Chocolate Hazelnut, Calamansi Dulce de Leche, Chocolate Sāmores, Banoffee, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Bibingka, Peaches & Mangoes and my fave, Ube Halaya.
If you love caffeine, Cassalu got you covered there as well. They provide customers with multiple preparations of brewing. I had the balanced Benguet Atok through V60 while Karla had sweet and creamy, Spanish Latte. They also do French Press, Aero Press, and Kalita Wave methods.
On food, expect them to have familiar cafe staples but recreated of course to give you a unique experience. I liked their tender, cut into bite-sized pieces, Beef Salpicao and filling Clubhouse Sandwich the most.
They also have premium items like Baked Norweigan Salmon, seasoned with herbs, spices and lemon zest; and tasty Sausage Threesome Pasta, a probable hit amongst kids.
If you want a light fix, consider having Cassaluās take on sweet and crunchy, Oriental Salad. Itās one of their many creatively curated salad combinations.
If I got you salivating by now, thatās a good sign. I guess the next step is to book a visit to any of the three stores. This one is on the top floor Ayala Malls Feliz in Pasig.
Just recently, we featured a Filipino Food Restaurant in Quezon City that wowed us with their dessert ā Kesong Puti Cheesecake from Lola Cafe and Bar. And yet again, another cheesecake is vying to win our hearts over with its color and variety. Say hello to Cassalu Coffee and Kitchen! Recently opened in Ayala Malls Feliz, Cassalu is making quite a buzz with its Original Dozen Flavors of Cheesecake. Wait, what? Did you just say dozen? Yep, I kid you not. Alongside its delicious array of pastas, chickens, and meat viands, comes a full cheesecake made with 12 different flavors! Hereās what to eat at Cassalu Coffee and Kitchen.
I love the ambiance in Ayala Feliz. Foods taste good. Haven't tried their cake yet but I'll surely come back for it. If you order 2 meals, i think that can be shared by 3 pax.
