Living in Japan for quite a while, my tongue made me accustomed to authentic Japanese food. I am quite critical to the taste and the level of presentation. I was also a ramen enthusiast back then, but of course, eating ramen almost 3 times a week made me weary of having ramen again, I only eat ramen when there is no choice but thankfully, Roke Ramen is there for me as one of those choices whenever I crave for ramen once in a while.

Gyoza - 8pcs for P150? what a steal! it was good. Whcih is more of the vegetable type of gyoza.
We have tried their Signature Ramen (P245), which I think is not in their menu. Noodles were cooked well, not soggy, not overcooked. There were pieces of Chashu
Tonkotsu - this is one of the basic ramen which has pork soup. It was creamy to the taste and pieces of chashu add to the flavor of the ramen.
Black Garlic Shoyu - the color of black might set you off but it is the garlic in this soy sauce type of sauce. I like this since the flavor is unique to a ramen.
Spicy Miso - I love Miso, what more that it is spicy! This tastes more like tan tan men, there is spice and a hint of nutiness in the soup base.
Oyakodon - literally "parent-and-child donburi", since there is both chicken and egg in this Japanese rice bowl. Anything that is hot and with egg is good enough for me! I wish there was more sauce though.

This is a part of the food crawl in the C. Junction Lifestyle Park. Love this food park on how open it is and there are fans that take care of the hot weather. The park is even cosier at night because you feel like dining under the trees. Keeping with their theme, they put japanese characters which are read as characters Ro-Ke Ra-Me-N.

What I love about food parks is that sometimes, the owner is also there to provide you with your needs. The owner was there and was ever enthusiastic to explain her food, the ingredients, the inspiration behind the food and even about the food park.
Looking for legit ramen for an affordable price? ROKE RAMEN is the place to be! I perso ally enjoyed their Spicy Miso Ramen! It’s very close to my favorite tan tan men! Their ingredients are absolutely in quality! Their gyoza is surprisingly good as well! This is the perfect spot if your in a budget, but you are still craving for a bowl of ramen! 😊❤️
C. Junction Lifestyle Park Food Crawl
1st Stop: Roke Ramen
We got to try diffrtent cuisines here in C. Junction Lifestyle Park. They have Japanese, Mexican, Meditteranean, American, and Filipino. Roke Ramen is the stall that gives customers a Japanese vibe.
Ambiance is considerable since this is a food park.
We tried the following:
Gyoza - it was surprisingly good with the dip.
We have tried their Signature Ramen (P245.00). Noodles were just easy to eat! Chasiu was tender. They have 3 flavors of ramen:
Black Garlic Shoyu - if you like that garlicky taste in ramen like me, then this is for you.
Spicy Miso - was too spicy for my liking, the taste didn't disappoint.
Tonkotsu - it was made creamy, I like it.
