This place is a reliable choice for good Filipino food. The prices are very reasonable and the food is good for sharing. I love their crispy pata among their other dishes.
A great choice for family-style dining because of their great selection of sumptuous Filipino food. Our family's staple orders include the Inihaw Sampler, Hito Flakes on Spoon, Sigarillas, Laing 2-ways, and the star-Crispy Boneless Pata. The only saddening thing about all this branch was the serving time for the drinks. On all my 3 visits, we had to kept reminding the servers to serve the drinks asap (coolers, and fresh buco juice) and not consider them as desserts. But service time still took too long, and the drinks arrived when were finished with all our food.
Mesa Restaurant Filipino Moderne at the 30th Ayala Malls.
FUN FACT: The number 30 is very noteworthy to them; 1+12+17 = 30, this is also their 30th MESA branch and it is located at 30th Meralco Ave. Pasig. Mesa is recognized by customers for offering exceptional value with generous food portions. The restaurant possesses distinctive, contemporary design and interiors, with a native–inspired theme and ornaments, creating a high-energy ambiance in a casual and homey setting. Mesa Filipino Moderne operates 17 stores and is currently engaged in opening more new outlets in different localities within Metro Manila and provincial areas nationwide.

Very accommodating staffs. Great ambience and very delicious food. Probably one of my favorite restaurants that serve Filipino cuisine. We'll keep on coming back there again and again.

Love the dishes. Especially tofu sisig and kare-kare. We always go here when our Korean bosses want to eat Pinoy dishes. Only that the place is kinda warm. Please make sure that ACs are set on the appropriate temp. Friendly staff and crew.
This has been our favorite get to go eating place when we go to Ayala Malls @ the 30th. Ever since we discovered their TWO WAY LAING. We’ve been here for 5 times already and they never fail to satisfy our Pinoy Cravings.
⭐️ Food 5/5
These are the MUST TRYs for First timers:
- Two Way Laing
- Sizzling Tofu
- Sinigang na Hipon
⭐️ Ambiance 5/5
The place was very sophisticated, At first glance we thought the food was expensive because of the ambiance we were very mistaken.
⭐️ Service 5/5
First time eating here though, the place is nice, we dined in so late that the restaurant is about to close yet, the staff are all accommodating and have a great attitude I'm impressed keep it up. And that is why we enjoyed eating. The food are so delicious their 2 way laing is one of the best I've tasted so far. Will definitely come back.
Solid food as usual and one of the best restaurants to showcase filipino cuisine to guests from abroad. This time a malaysian supplier came to visit and it was fortunate that mesa has many branches so it was easy to find a near one to his hotel. Chicken binakol and crispy pata are standard stuff but this time we tried the crispy tawilis on spoons as well.
Filipinos being exposed to different kinds of cuisine certainly have its perks. Some of which are acquiring various gastronomy experiences and learning a slice of culture with each spoon. Those are nice and all. However, it comes at the expense of sometimes forgetting that Philippine cuisine is also regarded as one of the most diverse and delicious at the world’s center stage.
