We love the ambiance of the restaurant. The staff were accommodating. We even got free quesadillas since our bill reached more than P1,000 (we were group of 6 btw) I enjoyed their quesadillas, milkshake and the paella.
Food tasted good. Value for money.

Why everyone loves Mexican Food?
Many Filipinos are enjoying Mexican food unique flavors and spices . It’s not only popular in the Philippines even all over the world !
Aside from Pinoy food I’m also a fan of Mexican dishes especially their nachos . Living at the East side of Manila , my go to place for good restaurants was at Ayala Malls Feliz. I found a hidden gem Fil Mex Resto . Tito’s Fil Mex was owned by my favorite actress Camille Prats and his husband VJ Yambao.
Tito’s has its soft opening last August 2018. It became a popular restaurant for foodies craving for Mexican food but with a Pinoy Twist.
Tito’s Fil Mex is not your typical Mexican restaurant. It’s totally unique from all the Mexican restaurant I’ve been within Metro Manila.
Ambience
The place was so attractive . When you open the door , you’ll spot immediately their colorful banderitas plus the walls designs was very artistic plus the chairs were colorful too . It’s really a picture perfect place or I should say “Instagram worthy “. Very modern and stylish interior . This is one of the reason why I like Tito’s because I love going to restaurant with a nice interiors plus the place was so relaxing compare to other Mexican restaurants which is dark , noisy and smoky. If you want a family type restaurant, you go for Tito’s . It’s very wholesome and you can even work here because they have WIFI while enjoying your favorite Mexican food . You’ll gonna love this place , trust me .

There are so many reason why people love Mexican Food. It’s because it is sophisticated and delicious !
Last November 11, I invited some foodie friends to join me for a food trip at Ayala Malls
Feliz. Most of them are first time to visit this mall . Since I was local resident there , I want to introduce to my friends my newly discovered Fil Mex Resto which is Tito’s Fil Mex.
We tried so many dishes that day as we love to try most of their dishes in their menu .
Appetizers
Nacho Trios (355) - crunchy corn chips topped with skillet cooked nacho beef , jalapeño and cheese .
It’s one of the beautiful and colorful nachos you can see in a Fil Mex Restaurant. I loved the way they pour the nacho cheese sauce in front of you , it’s so beautiful to watch ! I even took a video of it .
Tres Quesodillas (200) - Three cheese filled tortilla served with salsa. It’s a three pieces quesadillas so it’s perfect for sharing. The cheese was good enough to make the quesadilla enticing and delicious. A delicious Mexican comfort food everyone will go crazy for !
Taco Surprise (300) - Tapa, Longganisa steak , Lettuce, Broiled Cheese . This place is by far the best taco place I’ve tried in surprise!
Baked Oysters (355) - fresh oysters topped with nacho beef and three cheese . Impress your guests by letting them try this tasty appetizer! They also have Buffalo and Ceviche oysters .
Taco Corner (249 - choice of beef , chicken or fish served with Guacamole, tomato salsa and creamy garlic sauce
Salad
Taco Salad (280) - Mexican chopped salad with grilled chicken served in crispy taco bowl. What I like about it is that it’s crispy and not oily. The crispy fried shells makes the taco salad much better and it’s so healthy because it’s meatless because they put chicken on top.
They also have salad .
Pizza, Pasta , Sandwiches
Mamang’s Taco Pizza (295) - crispy tortilla nacho beef , three cheese , lettuce and creamy garlic sauce . A pizza and a taco in one . Perfect for sharing . Love the cheese also .
Fusilli Alfredo (250) - Glad they have pasta too ! This Tri color fusilli pasta was tossed in a rich Alfredo sauce topped with grilled chicken. I loved cream based pasta so that’s why I like this too .
Mains
El Patron (420) - Grilled beef tenderloin fillet steak sauce . It’s so tender and easy to slice . Perfectly cook !
EL TUUANA (360) - slow braised pork tender pork ribs . The ribs was perfect . It’s so tender and juicy .
CALIBRE Wings (330) - crispy chicken wings with your choice of sauce (BBQ, Garlic Parmesan,or Honey Soy Adobo) . I chose the Garlic Parmesan . I highly recommend this dish . The kitchen smells delicious because of this .
Tito’s Paella (395) - rich , freshly cooked paella , with grilled chicken and shrimp. I’m not a fan of Paella but when I tried this Tito’s Paella, now I love paella already . Their paella was different because it has a Pinoy twist that Pinoy can relate with the Pinoy pallete and the shrimp was big and fresh .
Spice Rubbed Roast Chicken - (380) roasted half chicken with Mexican herbs and spices . It’s full of flavor and I like the way the chicken was perfectly roast . Rub is the perfect blend of spices to give great flavor to your chicken . Serving was generous and I enjoyed eating the chicken skin .
Sisig Burrito (300) - it has grilled pork , Tito’s Rice ,Lettuce , creamy garlic sauce . Fusing together this Filipino with Mexican food to create Sisig Burrito. So if your tired of beef or chicken , it’s about time to explore and try this interesting burrito flavor .
Desserts
Bibingka Dos Leches (165)- fluffy Bibingka with desiccated coconut topped with vanilla ice cream ,caramel sauce and tres Leches. This is not your usual dessert. Another reason why you should visit Tito’s because you can now enjoy and feel Christmas with their Bibingka that was so good and has a twist. If you loved salted egg well it has on the inside .
We tried their variety of milkshakes.

The food are worth the value and has a large variety of food to choose from . For me it’s very affordable giving that the serving was so generous and good for sharing . Very reasonable price so everyone can dine . Price is right .
Service
Very satisfied with their customer service . They were able to serve our food on time . Staffs are friendly and accommodating. Excellent service .

The ambience is quite good especially since we were the only customer during our visit. I want to give thanks to our server that time, Lulu, who is very welcoming all the way.
We ordered the following arranged according to our most preferred to the least: taco pizza (pair it with their green hot sauce, perfect!), ceviche oyster (freshest oysters in tangy sauce), calibre wings in el diablo and adobo glaze, and el patron.
I would definitely go back for their taco pizza and ceviche oysters. I hope they consider selling their special green hot sauce because it goes well with everything, I would definitely buy one.

I went here to catch up with some friends. The interiors are vibrant but the seats are slightly uncomfortable.
First look at the menu, you might think that their items are a little bit expensive but it shouldn't be an issue because they come in huge servings (can be for sharing). Too bad I didn't take pictures.
Would recommend the Taco Pizza and Quesadilla
Mom and I ordered the Paella & El Patron (steak).
My mom isn't fond of Mexican food really but I accidentally swiped my Zomato Gold and we only get to have 1 swipe per day so we felt like we didn't had any choice but to go w/ Tito's.
To our surprise, the food was served in a matter of minutes and both our orders were delicious. The servers were really attentive to our needs like we didn't have to ask for napkins but they gave them anyway (a lot actually cause we have an 11 month old with us). They offered a high chair for my daughter too. They were nice, really nice.
We loved the food. Loved that they have Zomato Gold. Loved the service. We'll be coming back fo sho.

This is one of our Zomato Gold visit so the price was even more affordable.
Their El Granada and Roasted Quarter Chicken paired with Fresh Lemonade were good, but the Taco Pizza was the best. We also ordered Churros for dessert which was a good combination of sweet and salty.
The place was also commendable, and the staff was very attentive. We will definitely eat here again.
