Serving is big and satisfying and the prices are reasonable. My "GO-TO" place when it comes to seafood! Must say, everything in the menu is delicious!

Seascape Village Bay Market is now open. And they offer Filipino, Asian, and fusion cuisines all in one complex. This area also has a wet and dry market for fresh seafood trading. While dining, you can view the majestic Manila Bay sunset view.

Lola Ina's Seafood Paluto Restaurant is one of the many establishments and serves you lutong bahay style. We were served savory Clam Chowder with a strong taste of clam; simple yet delicious Deep Fried Shrimp with Salt and Pepper; and Deep Fried Squid with Salted Egg.

Lola Ina also serves a variety of fish options and crabs, cooked in many different ways, both familiar and original to them only.

It is one of the paluto restaurants we stumbled in Seascape Village. Ambiance is homey. Service is okay. This is the last restaurant we visited on our food crawl.

We tried the following:
Hipon Steam with Garlic - not that hard to get the shrimp's meat because it's opened already. It has a garlicky taste that Pinoy would love.

Adobong Pusit - I recommend this one. Soft squid swimming on its black ink cooked like adobo. It was salty but I liked it.

Pink Salmon Sinigang sa Miso - this is a good dish for an empty stomach though it failed to amaze me (maybe because we're already full that time).

Salted Egg Crab - never failed to amaze me. Probably the nth restaurant to serve Salted Egg variety of seafood dishes. It worked well and it was flavorful I must say.

Last Stop! If you’re tired of very classy or “sosyal” dish. This is where you can find a home. Filipino Cuisine is what they serve. The place is quite huge and it has long tables inside. The staffs are approachable and accommodating. what we ordered:. Sinigang na Salmon. Crab in salted egg sauce

I missed the opportunity to visit Lola Ina’s during the Food Crawl event of Zomato. I saw the high ratings given by the top food reviewers so I gave it a try.

Actually, I first visited the 3rd and 4th restaurants that I missed during the food crawl but the staff were all unwelcoming, both restaurants’ staff were playing “deadma” that night, so we went upstairs and checked the last one on the list- Lola Ina’s...

A staff on “yosi break” was at the hallway, but when we started peaking thru the glass door, he immediately stood up and approached us saying, “pasok po kayo” and he immediately assisted us in choosing our table.

We ordered, Inihaw na Liempo, Tinolang Manok and Buttered Garlic Shrimps. Since it’s a Seafood paluto, I really wanted to order more seafoods, but Goldi doesn’t eat seafoods, he is startled by it.😂 Iced tea for our drink and we had coffee after. Our total bill was Php1,600.00+, I guess it was sulit since the shrimps were big and plenty. I enjoyed the soup of the Tinolang Manok and the Inihaw na Liempo was juicy and grilled just right.

Almost all the restaurants at the Seascape Village are either Chinese or American or Japanese.  Currently, they are the only Filipino restaurant inside the complex.  So if you are craving for Filipino food, this is the place to go.

As the solely Filipino-owned seafood restaurant in Seascape Village, Lola Ina's has that certain Pinoy charm for which most visitors come for, as they take the "paluto" concept and create Filipino dish staples such as Sinigang, and adobo to name a few. While the Salmon Sinigang was good enough to make me eat it with rice, what stood out for me the most was their version of shrimps that was loaded with garlic! It was so flavorful! I'm a sucker for shrimp, and anything garlicky, and by the looks of its plating, it's safe to say that there was a ratio of one spooful of garlic, per shrimp! All stuffed, and steamed. They also served us platters of Adobong Pusit, which unfortunately, I wasn't able to try, since I was already so full from all the other food stops we made prior to this. Altogether, considering all the dishes I tried, I would suggest that this restaurant is worth a try, and probably for me in the near future, worth a second visit.

If you want a Paluto place specializing more in Filipino cuisine, then Lola Ina's would be your best bet.

I would recommend their..

Adobong Pusit - tender squids in the adobong squid ink sauce.

Sinigang na Salmon - wonderful balance of flavors. Right amount of saltiness and asim.

Crab in salted egg sauce - crab was cooked right. Still sweet and moist crab meat.

Steamed shrimp with garlic - fresh shrimps are butterflied with lots of garlic and flavor. The sauce is addicting!

Filipino Lutong bahay is what Lola Ina's delivers.

When I think of Lola Ina’s, it reminds me of simple family gatherings. Simple lang ang interiors, hindi nakakadistract na you’d waste time taking lots of pictures when you can just enjoy the moments with your family instead. Of all the salted egg crabs I’ve tasted, this is would be the closest. Naramdaman ko talaga yung pagkasalted egg niya. Please try their adobong pusit, maganda ang pagkakaluto hindi rubbery. Malasa din ang sarsa. Love it!

We loved Lola Ina's! They serve straight-up delicious Filipino food. No pretentions here but just honest to goodness lutong-bahay magic that would surely take you back to your mom's or your grandma's kitchen in the province.

The fish, crab, shrimp, and squid they served were fresh. You could tell from the absence of the "lansa," and the presence of subtle sweetness of the seafood. They were also tender to the bite.

The most-loved dish here was the adobong pusit. It was cooked perfectly! The flavor of the sauce was just right; it was not too salty so as to drown the sweetness of the squid. And the squid itself was so tender---one cannot stress that enough. It paired well with their iced tea.

Lola Ina's is a good place to bring the family to as it would surely satisfy everyone's tastebud.

P. S. Was so impressed with Seascape Village. It's a much cleaner and upscale version of the Dampa nearby.

There’s always something about Filipino-style cooking that you will always look for. This resto gives me that.

This was the last resto me and my friends visited for our food crawl. We were all eating Chinese and Japanese food so we figures we’a go Filipino!

The inside of the resto is quite basic so not that good for photos. However, it is quite spacious making your dining experience comfortable.

The food we got was salted egg crabs, adobong pusit, garlic buttee shrimp, and salmon soup. All tastes good and very very Filipino. Thoroughly enjoyed the shrimps since they were cooked well and had the right amount of flavor. My one comment though is to go easy on the garlic. They placed too much in there. Also loved the adobong pusit (squid) since the saltiness of sauce really works. I ate a lot of rice because of the sauce. Trust me. Super good. The crab was sort of ok, I had tasted better crabs somewhere. I guess they have to choose bigger crabs and also improve the consistency of their salted egg sauce. There were lumps in the sauce that we got.

Service was pretty ok. Attentive staff. Perhaps because there weren’t a lot of people around.
