Everything was just right—my sugary crepe brulee was glazed to perfection and the coffees are always on point. And they remain consistent no matter which branch I go to. Fruits are consistently fresh and of good quality.
A hidden gem inside Shangrila mall. They offer hot chocolate, and I tried the Angelina, similar to what is served at the Angelina Cafe in Paris. Taste was sweeter as you get to the bottom of the pot.
The crepe brulee was very good. Flambeed sugar atop crepe with strawberries and banana. I loved the crispy sweetness of this dessert.
Service was good. One of my new fave spots in Ortigas. :)
AMBIENCE
Restaurant is situated in the middle of the mall and the huge crowd tempted us to try it after such a long long time ago. First time was still back at San Juan when we were just walking around the neighborhood.
DESSERT
My favorite ingredients of the Blueberry Cream Pie (Php235) were the blueberry filling, vanilla ice-cream, and oatmeal walnut crisp. Putting aside my Nutella bias, I loved the quality of mangoes and peaches in their Mango Peach Nutella (Php265). Serving of fruits was extremely generous as well.
SERVICE
They seem aware of their limited seats and customer flow. If you finish eating to quickly, they might take your plates out right away just like ours. We basically had two options in mind: order again or find another place to stay so someone else can use our table. We chose option 2. If you want to stay long and order less, I can only suggest slower pacing. I guess the crepes were really just that good!
Service and ambiance were good. Crepes were delicious, but they were pricey
🔸Bananas Foster : bf enjoyed this. Rum was very subtle
🔸Apples, whipped cream, oat nut crunch : this make your own crepe was really good! Very generous w/ the whipped cream. I will definitely order again
We ordered:
corned beef - a bit pricey for a dish but it was good, corned beef was chopped in chunks and cooked well. You can actually customize your dish - for rice (plain or garlic) and eggs can also be cooked the way you want it (scrambled or sunny side up) .
banana and strawberry crepe with an ice cream add on - this plate was already good for sharing, the crepe had a bit of crisp, and sweetness was not overpowering, it complements the ice cream really well.
This is my first time trying La Creperie, the space was just outside with fences to give you a privacy feel, but that didnt bother us much as i thought it would, there was enough privacy and space between tables, couch was also comfortable, we stayed here for about 2 hours and it felt homey. Would definitely go back for dessert to try other crepes 💞
I've walked this place a hundred times in the mall!
Decided to eat here the the other day and way pleasantly surprised with the excellent fare here.
Coffee was good, pumpkin squash soup was lovely and the Ratatouille & Fontina Sandwich was yummy! Provencal vegetables and melted Fontina cheese on toasted baguette

I went for a crepe. I little bit pricier than usual but the taste isn’t that different, though it was still good. I think it’s all about accessibility. I don’t think my other favorites are in the area, and I would definitely go here if I was craving.
Best bolognese pasta I’ve ever had in this restaurant. Polite and pleasing employees. Good service all throughout the meal. Will come back here again.
We ordered Spicy chorizo, Telefonica style pasta, Grilled Cheese sandwich, Salted butter caramel affogato, and Bittersweet chocolate affogato. I always enjoy dining in here, I love their bittersweet chocolate affogato. I recommend this café.

The cafe is located in the middle of shops where people usually pass by. Place is quite open to public but not chaotic.
My husband and brother-in-law wanted to have coffee after our late lunch so we ended up here. Of course I have to try some desserts so I ordered the item in the menu that first caught my eye. The Double Chocolate Fudge Brownie Crepe is every chocolate lovers dream. The crepe itself is chocolate with soft fudge brownies in between. Deliciously decadent and super yummy! This was topped with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream to slightly lessen the chocolatey taste. Need to drink lots of food water though to counter the sinful goodness.
The Strawberry Mango Shake was ok nothing special but good.
We also ordered the large unlimited Moroccan Mint tea pot for P240 to finish off this treat.
Loved their dessert crepes which were not too sweet, just right with their good strong coffee. We had the salidou, the churros and the mango strawberry crepes, all yummy!
Service is polite and quick.
Beautifully and tastefully made crepes from the finest ingredients which goes well with their fine coffee. A great place to unwind and while away the time if you are like me who hates the Starbucks crowd. I noticed, however that their staff were munching while working. I wonder if the management allows this but I'm pretty sure eating customer's leftover is strictly prohibited.
La Creperie is a local French-inspired cafe specializing in crepes, galettes and their signature Angelina hot chocolate drink. This quiant little cafe was founded by bestfriends Cheese Ledesma-Ong and Christine Laman, the same duo behind the Big Chill chain of juice bars. To celebrate amour de la cuisine française classique La Creperie hosts a charming little spot for intimate dates with your loved ones. [Read More]
Even if Shangri-La opened its East Wing to double up the size of the mall, it did not boost the foot traffic. On a number of times I’ve been here, the crowd is usually thin. There are, however, quality stops to dine in, like La Creperie.
This restaurant has a number of branches now and they have been around for awhile. Their staple crepes are probably better than rival, Cafe Breton.
While I was waiting for my sister, I had one of their Galettes De Sarrasin, an authentic French savory crepe made with 100% buckwheat flour, gluten free and unbelievably crisp on its sides. It is served flat yet filling! I picked Provencale, it had a winning combination of spicy tuna, Ratatouille (a mix of eggplant, zuchini, bell peppers, tomato, and garlic) and runny egg.
For dessert, I had a cup of Chocolate ice cream, filled with a ton of one of my favorite fruits, banana to tame my tongue from my meal’s welcome heat.
This branch is located at the old part of Shangri-La, second floor and situated in the middle of one of the alleys.
This place serves the best hot coco ive had so far
Ambience:
-they play french music which makes dining here more satisfying
Food:
-all the dishes we've had were delightful
-their angelina's hot chocolate was simply divine for me
-pasta tasted amazing too
Price:
-quite pricey for me but the quality of the food makes it worth it
Tips:
-if you are ordering their hot choco don't order their churro crepe because it also has a litte cup of chocolate which you can either sip or dip your crepe into and it would be an overkill (not unless you have an extreme case of sweettooth)
(We ordered sole meunière, spicy chorizo pasta in olive oil, churro crepe and angelina's express)
We opted to have dinner at La Creperie last week; a place my fiance and I haven't been to in years. But we do enjoy light desserts and crepes are a great example of that...
We decided to split a Spicy chorizo in olive oil pasta, which we both thought was really meh and lacked flavor. I would suggest you guys try a different pasta instead. I had the Salidou crepe for dessert-- simple salted caramel crepe, very light & non-cloying. But I also had a couple of bites of the Apple Crisp ala mode crepe my fiance was finishing off. Of course, TWG's Silvermoon tea was a great way to end the meal and the night.
Service was perfectly fine...
I have fond childhood memories on this quaint crepe place along the side hall of shang's 2nd flr. This is where i discovered my eternal love for everything starchy, flat with fillings inside.
I re-order my favorite crepe La Mer -squared crepe with tuna, creamy sauce, mushroom and caramelized onions and simple side salad (195pesos).
I was quite disappointed because the taste was different from what i am used to -it taste like creamy tuna paste. I cant barely taste the onions and it was smaller (ok forgivable -inflation). The quality of the crepe though was the same.
A crêpe or crepe is a type of very thin pancake, usually made from wheat flour (crêpes de froment) or buckwheat flour (galettes). The word is of French origin, deriving from the Latin crispa, meaning "curled
I wasn't that hungry after our feast of gastronomic proportions at Ooma. He wanted to eat something sweet and light. Then it it me! Crepes ☺
La Creperie it is.
There are a lot of vacant seats when we arrive. I immediately asked for two glasses of water, the server was attentive and all smiles. Water and the menu is on our table in a matter of seconds.
The menu is extensive, not limited to crepes, they also offer savory dishes. He said if i wanted to have tea. No one can say no to TWG's Silver Moon Tea. It didn't take a lot of convincing for me to say yes. On to the Crepes. We decided to get the classic.
We prefer the less complicated crepe, we picked Salidou. Perfectly cooked crepes with homemade salted butter caramel and whipped cream on top. Dont be fooled by the simple facade, this baby is packed with flavor. Hero of the dish is the salted butter caramel, not overly sweet and compliments the smooth texture of the pastry. This and Silver Moon make a killet combination.
After devouring Salidou, we agreed to order one more. I recommended the one with toasted coconut and lemon zest. He was nodding non stop, yes, he likes anything with coconut. Perfect crepes drizzled with shredded toasted coconut, the pastry is infused with lemon zest. This one is just okay, not a fan of coconut but i applaud the chef for a bold combination of flavor.
Crepes for dinner aint a bad idea after all. The meal was light and satisfying.
Angelina's - hot chocolate highly recommended - their hot choco is so heavenly and literally to die for....rich and creamy...ask for hot water if you find it too creamy.. My kids favorite is the Oreo cookies and cream crepe
Try the all day breakfast menus -bacolod style chorizo with rice and egg, also the USDA corned beef is not bad- cubes of corned beef or the spicy Spanish sardines with rice

Don't be fooled by its name, LA Creperie serves a whole lot of amazing stuff other than crepe - like their various assortment of pastas. My favorite being BOLOGNESE (Php185) and SHRIMP POMODOR (Php255). Both oozing with their own distinct flavors and perfectly al dente pasta!
But yes, their crepes are kind of amazing. Its possible you may forget your name with the goodness of each bite! My favorite is the Oreo Cookies and cream crepe!
La Creperie in Shangrila is a go to dessert place for me in the area. There used to be a branch in Robinson’s Galleria however I have just learned it has already closed.
When I visit this establishment, I always order the Spicy Sardines in Olive oil (P285) and some frozen hot chocolate (P215).
For those of you who are looking for a combination of good ambiance and comfort food then this is the place to go. Their interiors are decorated lightly and is appealing and light to the eyes. Their staff are good and will serve you personally.
My usual order at La Creperie is the La Mer for my entree, butter and sugar for dessert, and Angelina's hot chocolate if I'm having an extra bad day. The combination never disappoints.
My date and I went to La Creperie after our spa date for some desserts and hot drinks.
We shared an Apple Crisp ala Mode for crepes and had Angelina's for drinks.
Apple Crispy ala Mode is every bit like an apple pie. I love the oatmeal walnut crisp and cinnamon sugar on it. The Angelina's is a very rich hot chocolate served on a small tray with whipped cream and dark chocolate.
Angelina's is thick with the right amount of sweetness it was addicting.
The service is great and the dishes were reasonably-priced. I must go back to try more crepes and for the Angelina's.
Ordered two crepes - the Salidou and Choco Churro. If you know me well, you'd know that I go crazy for salted caramel. La Creperie's Salidou is heavenly. Just the right balance between salty and sweet. I would definitely order this again next time.
I found the Choco Churro to be a bit too sweet for my liking though. It was good, but I needed a lot of water to lessen my chances of getting sore throat.
Definitely trying the French toast and galettes next time!

The staffs are very cheerful!! It's so comfortable to dine here though it's not a closed place.
Their Mango Hazelnut au Chocolat crepe is a must-try! We would surely go back here!!! ❤️❤️
