My first time to visit this place. " The resto is located in Mandaluyong City, serving negrense cuisine. The place' design is modern and pretty relaxing. To kick off , I've started with pancit molo. The taste was perfect. In addition, the maiz con yelo was refreshing. I stayed a bit longer and tried their cakes with coffee. The serving of the food is just in time as to my expectation by its friendly staff. The parking area is limited but luckily I was able to get the best spot which is just in front of the resto ;) I will definitely visit "Cusina Negrense" again.

first time to taste a legit kansi, despite the oil -- worth the extra calorie and fat intake � good food, high quality. thumbs up!! we'll be back for sure.

A bit pricey, but hey I know how hard it is to look for legit ilonggo cuisine in metro manila. There is batwan in their cansi meaning they shipped that from Negros. Namit gid.
