Love this new addition to their menu! The meatballs are juicy and the sauce has a hint of spicy kick to it. Yummmm! Best served with iced shaken hibiscus tea! Perfect summer meal.

Have you tried their Triple Cheese Ensaymada???? You have to! Tried it today for the first time, asked them to (super) warm it up for dine in. It’s only ₱95 and so good! Probably not as light & fluffy as Mary Grace’s but good enough and yes, it’s “Triple Cheese!” Make sure that when you cut or bite into it, you reach the bottom because that is where the goodness lies. It’s like there’s a tostado layer of cheese that’s formed at the bottom and inside there are lits of bits of cheese too. You also gotta “sweep” the plate clean of that melted buttery cheese. Use the ensaymada to wipe of course hehe.
Also for those with planners/organizers, don’t forget to use your coupon for February which allows you to get any tall drink for only ₱100 when you present the coupon and pay via mobile app. You can also upsize to grande or venti by adding ₱15 or ₱30 respectively. I got a venti iced white chocolate mocha and paid for only ₱130 total.
We stopped by Starbucks at Shangri-La Plaza before going home (around May 2018). I really wanted to get the Midnight Mocha Frappe but it wasn’t available anymore at most branches. What they offered is the Dark Mocha Frappe. It actually tastes similar - the barista made it to taste almost the same as the Midnight Mocha.
I can’t resist the Sticky Cinnamon Bun - I automatically order it whenever it’s available. It’s a perfect match to their drinks, whether hot or cold.
Both locations of Starbucks in Shang are great!! You can stay in the rooftop if you want to have an overlooking view. The Starbucks in the lower level has more seats. However, it is always crowded with people who probably works frm home as they usually have laptops and stays longer.
Our PigOutSunday will not be complete without a tall cup of our favorite "Iced White Mocha with breve". I blame my sister and brother in law for introducing us to this drink. The piggery and the handsome hubby are hooked on its strong creamy coffee taste balanced by just the right sweetness
There's always Starbucks for snacks, meetings and just a place to get a quick breather from the office. Aside from the good ambiance, they boast of fancy concoctions of specially brewed choices. My favorite is their green tea frap and tazo.

I couldn't find a page for Starbucks Bertaphil, Clark, Pampanga in Zomato so I'm writing my complaint here, and I hope that you do take note of this and coach your staff accordingly. I was waiting for my take away order and sat at the nearest table at the end of the counter where the drinks are given out. One of the male staff who was on break, had what looked like a mango shake in a plastic Starbucks cup, Starbucks cap, Starbucks shirt, khaki pants came out from the staff room and sat beside me at my table without preamble and started to Facebook in his phone. He had his arm on the table, put his drink on the table beside my sandwich and never spoke to me or said anything. So I got up and moved to the next table. When they called out my order I asked the staff at the counter if he was with them. They said yes. I asked if it was their norm to let their staff sit with customers without permission whenever they liked, surprisingly they said "opo", but when I clarified again thankfully they said no. I don't know of any business establishment that let their staff rudely take up the space of their customers and drive them away to another table, and take their breaks at a customer's table. I'm gonna post this is on Zomato and Twitter so that you do take pains to properly train your people.
UPDATE: The Starbucks manager for Bertaphil called and apologized. Upgrading the rating from 1 to 3.5 stars. Never underestimate the power of good customer relations.
To complete our goal, that is to get a Planner haha, we are here to refresh and have a quality time. Our favorite here is their coffee and frappe. My personal favorite here is their Chocolate Chip Cream (coffee-free).

The place is very very cozy and I like the tables and seats that are under big starbucks umbrella inside the mall. The
baristas are very friendly and warm. They treat you like some kind of a celebrity sometimes hehe.
This branch is kind of small and is always crowded. The line is so long and there is only limited seats inside. Good thing they have an outside area but also has few chairs and tables. The only saving grace is the best customer service that they always offer their patrons and of course the best coffee.
Love this Starbucks branch especially after renovations were made. It has a nice homey feel to it that i find myself really liking. The service here is still the good 'ol service you can expect from Starbucks branches. The place is almost always full, but when i do manage to get a seat, i tend to stay here for long periods. Love their Caramel Frappes especially on a hot summer day!

I have been hanging out in this particular Starbucks store for years. Even before it got renovated , i was here constantly. Since its renovation, my experience here as only gotten better and more enjoyable. Recently i have been ordering their venti cafe americano with three splendas. After a couple of trips here, the staff already knows my order. The consistency with which they make their cafe americano is the reason why i keep coming back.
More people compared to the Starbucks branch on the 6th floor. A lot of smokin customers also cause there are seats outside. ☺ Starbucks doesn't need a review for their products tho. 😊
Coffee pampered after long reviews for board exam. ☕ But hey, still efficiently studied Anatomy publicly with my fave Iced Caramel Macchiato despite bringing my ginormous Atlas Of Human Anatomy. ?
The Starbucks at Shangri La Plaza (but i dont think its this branch. Haha) was my go to place before when I still frequent the area. It's sad tho that due to renovations, the smoking area's view was blocked making it less windy. It was also a long walk from the inside going there cuz they already blocked the door that waa next to the shop. Boo. The staff was so nice tho which put me in a happy mood since I was just so bummed that day. I hope Shang finishes renovation already!
