Their cute cartoon logo screams, grab some affordable Korean! So I gladly did and tried their best selling Omurice (fried rice wrapped with an egg) and meat sets. Their fresh, spicy and sour Kimchi can be availed for just Php 40 for as well.
After ordering I also spotted trays of hot and steamy, very inviting Beef Stew come out from the counter. I ended up ordering another meal for myself.
Grilled Chicken (part of a set) was rather cold but forgiving as it was tasty and tender. Moreover, the Korean beef with Japchae, was as delicious (part of Omurice) even though its meat had a bite and slightly chewy.
This food stall with 5 branches as of this writing presents value for money without alienating the Korean vibe you are looking for.
It's affordable korean food that have huge portions! Taste is great and does the trick in satisfying my hunger and taste buds. I love their omurice with chap chae. Mix it together and it tastes pretty good! That, and their soup. Service and prepare time is quick, and I love that it's made hot from the stove.
Kim n' Chi is simply a fast-food restaurant that serves cheap but good-quality Korean dishes. Designed for people-on-the-go and those who simply want to enjoy Korean food at very affordable prices, this place offers basic Korean food such as the prototype side dish kimchi, set meals including Korean beef stew (which really tastes good), and boiling-hot flavorful ramyun. It's quite a delight to have a store such as this that offers reasonably-priced Korean favorites despite the abundance of Korean restaurants in almost every district in Manila.
