Ambience Upon entry, I felt like entering a hotel restaurant with lighting that looked so grand, especially during the evening. The overall look was clean and classy with a spacious dine-in area for a good mix of pairs and crowds. I noticed that the female restroom was twice the size of the males', and wheelchairs will fit the former. Beverages If you have an appreciation for rose-flavored beverages, I recommend trying the Iced Rose Tea and Jasmine & Rose Milk Tea. For a more refreshing experience, try the Lemongrass Juice. The latter was so refreshing I wanted another glass! Food Chicken Xiaolongbao was an educational food experience, because this restaurant's laminated guide taught me the proper way to enjoy Xiaolongbao. The soup was not too hot so it was basically ready for immediate consumption. Bamboo steamer size was amusingly big, presenting the dimsum like they were candy balls of sorts. Din Tai Fung Hot & Sour Soup was a good share for two and it lived up to its name by being fairly sour. Machang Noodles with Sesame & Peanut Sauce was kinda okay. The texture looked appetizing despite the earth tones of the entire dish. Flavor was flat and mild, lacking some excitement. Service It was excellent from multiple angles! The queue outside was organized and we were offered more convenient seats inside. Beverage refills arrived so fast I felt like royalty! Staffers were always nearby and ready. All bills were accurate and orderly. Extra orders were printed and stacked with the first bill, providing an updated bill total. All staffers greeted and smiled genuinely. Key Points Lemongrass - addicting! Service - world-class! Xiaolongbao - must-try! Note To pay your bill, bring it to the counter near the entrance/exit.
