We are neighbors and ordered through Food Panda. It wasnβt exactly what I expected, but my family and I really enjoyed it. We were expecting that very thin brick oven pizza that cooks in a few minutes. It was closer to a slightly thin NY style pizza. Once we got over that we decided we loved it. The toppings, sauce and cheese were perfect. We have only lived here 7 months and have been looking for a solid pizza place. We have tried lots in the Makati area and I think this is our new go to pizza place.
There's a new pizza place in our office neighborhood, @stephens_brick_oven_pizza . Some of my office mates went there last week and loved it so they took the rest of our team to check it out. It was relatively good quality and great tasting pizza. The crust was a winner. Shown here are the Muscle Up (bacon, sausage, mushrooms, onion and 3 cheeses) which was my personal favorite, Bleu Bacon (bacon and 4 cheeses) which I wish had a more distinct Bleu Cheese taste and the Margherita (tomatoes, garlic, basil and 3 cheeses) which I was not able to taste as I had an extra slice of the Muscle Up. BTW, 3 cheese is a combination of mozzarella, fontina and Parmesan while the 4 cheese is a mix of the same 3 cheeses with the addition of bleu cheese. .

While the food was great (the cheat day was well worth it), the downside was that it took sooooooooo long for our food to arrive. It was definitely more than a 30minute wait (close to an hour, in fact). I guess it's because they are still on Soft Opening. So I am giving them the benefit of the doubt and will probably visit again when they are fully open or as long as I don't have meeting after lunch hahahaha I think I will take Jodie and JodiesDaddy here on my next cheat day. .

P.S. They also had a homemade Habanero Hot sauce! Just a few drops go a looooong way!
Late post. As of this posting, I believe they have already closed down their spot in Makati Cinema. Some say they have transferred to a spot along Paseo de Roxas.
Great value-for-money pizzas. Thin crust, just the way I like them. Not as cheesy as the more expensive ones out there but that's fine with me for the prices they charge.
