Love their Oysters! So good! It's really fresh and big! And the liver pate too my favorite!, Worth the price! Will definitely come back. My favorite restaurant.

Mixed bag of thoughts for the waiter's service. We came here without any prior reservations and was dressed casually. He did gave a suggestion on what steak would probably fit for our group of four, a tomahawk priced around 14000 PHP. We declined and picked a basic rib eye steak with prawns as side dish. Our pick appeared to disappoint him; I'm not too sure though if this contributed to his cold attitude towards us afterwards. His knowledge of steaks is commendable though.

our only mistake here is that we didn't come here to experience fine dining, nor planned to eat steak ahead of time---just picked the resto randomly (since we have our manager to finance whatever we chose) the Ambiance truly is great for a romantic date night.

You should really come here for food, not for Ambiance, service, or whatsoever. Desired steak doneness has been perfectly delivered, the quality of meat is really good. You can easily tell even though you are not a steak lover. We also ordered a seafood pasta and lobster tail to compliment our steak. Of course, finish your meal with a glass of wine.

Strive in traffic, this restaurant is in the heart of Makati. Parking could be difficult depending on peak hours.
There for dinner with the love of my life. We decided to have lobsters dinner instead of steaks tonight. Started with calamari, pumpkin and beef minestrone soup, Caesar salad and Lobster tails for main course. Everything just delicious! Staff are super polite and very helpful with menu and ordering.
Coffee and desserts will knock you out... The cakes are incredible And did I mention the steaks? Nuf send.. Gotta come back and visit guys...
Carmelo's has good steaks priced competitively. We ordered a Ribeye and loved the juiciness of the steak, not needing any extra sauce. Came with a good side of veggies.

Nice ambience! From inside we decided to transfer to the garden side, just be ready to inhale cigarette smokes (huh!).
Good food! But hurtful in the purse! Riblets a bit over cooked. Oysters - not satisfied with just one serving, so there goes another platter. 2 Pasta orders - seafood pasta agli olio & bolognese, not in pic (sorry about it).

After very high recommendations, non plus. The steaks, Rib Eye and Porterhouse, were only ok, everything else was also ok, but for 12,000 Pesos for two, definitely NOT worth it.
Ordered for their promo of Surf and Turf - 8 oz. of Angus Beef and Maine Lobster. Everything was divine! Went well with their recommended red wine. We also ordered fresh oysters for appetiser and it was just bursting with flavor. Their service is excellent and the servers were courteous and nice. Try the guava cake for dessert. Heavenly. This will be our "go-to" date place for steak. Then again, that is expected from a Melo's resto. Two thumbs up!
After a long meeting my reg boss invited us for a dinner and my officemate recommend this place. During that time im sufferring a gout attack this mean i cant eat steak. I tried their salmon and it is the best salmon i ever had i dont how they cooked it but it is so good and the salad siding complements the fish. We ordered a wine (forgot the name) and the staff is correct its one of the best in their cellar. I tried to taste small portion of the wagyu and yes so good melts in your mouth. This place is expensive for a ordinary employee thats the down side.
We were looking for a place to cap our night off last Friday and most of the restaurant/bars in Greenbelt were full. We walked a bit more and we saw this quaint restaurant/bar in G5.
Since my friend and I already had dinner before going here, we only ordered an appetizer and a pitcher of their Mango Mojito. The mojito had a lot of leaves in it but it tastes soooo good! The gambas were okay but the serving is a bit scarce. We enjoyed the free pate and bread though, haha! The staff were really attentive and nice. We dined on one of their tables outside which had the perfect lighting and ambiance (for me ha, compared to the inside seats) for instagram purposes, haha! All in all, we enjoyed our stay here!
Will try their Wagyu steak next time!! :)
