Had our Valentine’s date here. The ambience was really nice and peaceful, it didn’t feel like we were in busy Makati. The staff and owners were very hands on with their customers and the food was so good. We had pan seared salmon, truffle pizza, and their fettucine pasta. Definitely coming back here again!
Went here for a client dinner, absolutely loved the interiors. It has a date night vibe that doesnt seem too intimidating or formal for cozyness. I also loved that they have vegan food options!
I ordered their seared salmon which was really gorgeous! They also had buy one take one cocktails. And they also made us sample a coffee flavored whiskey that I liked very much. Only giving this a four because my friends collectively had digestion problems after eating their braised beef. But giving them the benefit of the doubt since everythjng else went good without a hitch, will definitely come back for more. Also sad that they dont have wifi
I am a frequent visitor of WhiteBrass and this is actually my go-to spot whenever i wanna have a peaceful hangout with friends. Their Margherita Pasta is my holy grail and not to mention their mouth watering Pork Jowl, Classic Chicken Wings and Truffle Pizza! Whitebrass is truly a comfort place providing comfort food plus they have unli-wine promo during happy hour(6-9PM).
Kate, which is the owner, is really nice and friendly - she always make sure our orders are served fresh and on time.
Definitely a 5/5 for me!

Good For Sharing? Yes, though it really depends on your preferred meal. Normally lunch sets are for single serving.
Whitebrass is an excellent choice for Italian cuisine in Bel-Air. The interiors are cozy and the service is friendly.
We started off with a uniquely presented Grilled Caprese with the mozzarella inside tomato discs with balsamic reduction artistically squeezed on the plate. Taste was good too.
Pasta Margarita came next - a simple pasta of tomato, mozzarella and basil. Followed by the excellent Tapa Pizza. What sets this pizza apart is the lovely mornay sauce rich with gruyere cheese. Delight in every slice!
Almost 30 mins. waiting time for the food but nonetheless. Great Food (Big servings, They even serve breadsticks beforehand (and the breadsticks tastes good too), Friendly staff, and Good Ambiance.

If you are looking for an intimate bar that's also a restaurant in busy Makati, White Brass gives you that experience. The interiors are minimalist and cozy, their food offerings are on the modern side of European and drinks are new, worth exploring.
One of my friends celebrated her birthday here. Since we were around 20, we basically occupied the whole establishment. From a feast of food drinks, efficient service and lots of catching up, it was a night worth remembering.
We got to avail their Twosome Awesome. It's a happy hour ongoing promotion of 2 drinks for just Php 220. You can choose from Mojito, Whitebrass Signature, Amaretto Sour, Rhum Coke and/ or Gin Tonic.
On dishes, we had quite a number of servings from appetizers to mains. For starters, both Mango Salsa & Prosciutto Bruschetta and Grilled Caprese were a hit. I particularly enjoyed these creative versions.
We also had all kinds of Pizza on party size cuts- Formaggi & Truffle, Ratatouille Anchovy, Seafood Pesto and my top pick Tapa Pizza. The crusts were good, slightly crispy. I like that toppings were generous!
We had more carbs too in the form of Risotto and Pasta. My favorite dish that night was White Brass way of Shrimp & Olives. It had basic ingredients yet really delicious. Our table also got Risotto Parme- Tartufo which used arborio rice. I didn't really enjoy this as much since it had a strong vibe of truffles.
On mains, I loved that everything was paired with a fresh salad, creating a balance to the meal. We had a number of varieties- Cotoletta Limone (pork cutlet), Porchetta (pork shoulder), Lemon Roast Chicken, and tender Steak Tagliata. I highly recommend the steak and the chicken, both savory good!

Great food and cocktails. In a “peaceful” area of Makati so you can actually talk to your date / friends even when in the al fresco area. Ambiance is great, space is good for intimate gatherings.
Everything about here is perfect. The service is spectacular and I would like to commend Jaims for giving extraordinary effort. Food is excellent and ambiance is very cozy. I love everything about here and would definitely go back. You guys should definitely try this!!!!
Every food served in Whitebrass is well thought of, from its ingredients to the final plating. The serving is generous and their team of waiters are nice, accommodating and knowledgeable about the menu which shows good team work and shared knowledge between the kitchen and servers. The place is perfect for dates, private dining, small meetings and events. I've had a couple of meetings there and had no issues with the wifi, lighting and noise. It's such a favorite that I even spent my birthday with the family there.
My personal favorites are-
Formaggi and Truffle Pizza
Cotoletta Limone (must have!)
Pork jowl crips (best with their ice cold beer)
Chicken skin wrapped roasted bell peppers
The place is not fancy shmancy but good enough for a date place. 😊 It won't burn your pockets! I tried the shrimps and olives pasta and it was good. It had the right amount of olive oil though, I wish there were 4 shrimps😂 Mine had 3. The boyfriend tried the chicken barbecue!! Even the rice itself has so much flavor already. We also ordered the Pork Jowl Crisps - like a very mini bagnet. It was 👌. Though just points for improvement --- less fat please? The staff was very friendly, accommodating and attentive to each and every need. They also have beers for B1T1 for Php 99. What a catch! 😊
