1- used to come here before drinking (adjacent to them is Central, ha!)
2- my all-time favorite here is their tapsilog. It's served like a pulled pork or somethng. Also served with egg and atsara(?) And years ago (can't remember when coz i can't remember the last time I visited this place), tapsi was not 99. It's only around Php75. Yeah, well, inflation.
3- used to crave their tapsilog talaga. It's one of the best in manila in such a cheap price, and so, it's underrated (IMO).
4- also tried their chilled taho. Back then it was only 20-25php? Idk.
Sinangag Express, which I first tasted in 2006 at BF Parañaque, was where I found one of the best Tapsilog there is. At this day, they serve several new dishes like Longgasilog—you’ll love it too!
Depsite our busy schedules, me and my friend would always catch up here. This is our go-to tapahan place! From what I can recall... I only order Tapa here and I'm really not interested with the other menu items they serve. I think what I like about the tapa is that it's bite-sized and broken down into pieces, I prefer this kind of tapa instead of whole ones any day. Serving size is fine for a budget meal. The only thing that I dislike about this place was there are a lot of flies (since it's an open area) and they can contaminate the food that you order.

a bit pricey compared to your corner fare tapsilogan, however i enjoyed it! i was hesitant to get the liempsilog but surprisingly even if its just flavored in salt and pepper- it’s sooo fried! the beef tapa was a lil sweet and is reminiscent of adobo, even looks like it and the tocino, if not for the char, it had a weird after tone as if marinated in liqueur, will hit you and you cant help but compare to them store bought ones and rue about it.
the tokwa’t baboy was looove, it was juicy on the inside w/ a crispy skin and packed w/ flavor, really goes well w/ the crunchy pork chunks and ears.
the rice portions were hefty and they have an ongoing promotion for double sunny side eggs on your plate, yum!
they’re also open 24/7, even on holidays, so if you want your rice fix, you can head on here and satisfy your sinangag cravins.
Most generous serving of liempo so far. In other branches it's not like their serving. Hope they are consistent! Little space for parking. Place not so clean.
Open at midnight, it's a place you can go to in wee hours. It serves a variety of sinangag meals at an affordable price. Chilled taho for dessert is a must try.

The ambiance of the place is not good, you can see many cockroaches running on the side because it's an open area. The staff and even the manager has a poor quality of giving a service. But their food is great especially their Tapsilog which is my favorite. It's the best tapsilog I have tasted so far.
Sinangag Express or otherwise known as SEX is located in Malugay St. Makati. It’s a block across Export bank infront of a gasoline station. It’s an open area for people who’d like to eat silogs and chilled taho. I had also tried their porksilog, bagnet, pares, and desserts like yema and brownies. I love their spicy vinegar and chilly oil:) They also serve chilled taho but even if I’m a taho lover, I didn’t like it much. I still like the old school taho I buy early in the morning. Their prices range from P 85 to around P 125. They also serve water in a clear tall bottle and you can just get it generously from the fridge.
Toilet is not so clean-ish but they have sinks outside so you wont have to go inside the smelly rest room😛 And I think they can work on the “dragons”, they do extra bites.
I give them 3 stars:) The food, I love. But they just have to check on the rest room and the sink are:) And by the way, they are open for 24 hours.

It's cheap, it's familiar, and it's delicious, and assuming that the service is consistently acceptable, it would be outrageous for me to rate this below 3.5. Fortunately, the staff has never been bad. Sometimes they do seem preoccupied especially in the wee hours of the morning, but nothing keeps me from enjoying the awesome tapsilog here. With the perfect condiment mix, they're unforgettable.
Up: Low price for good food
Down: Takes some time for the tables to be cleared or wiped even if there are a few cutomers (during unholy hours so experiences may vary)

Whenever i have tight budget, this isnmy go to restaurant. They offer a variety of silog express. Their bagnet is really a must try here. Very crispy and juicy. The amount of serving is big enough for its price. Meet classic filipino breakfast food gourmet style.
