My experience at Staple and Perk: :)
Roast Chicken Flatbread (P200) - the flatbread is actually similar to a thin crust pizza, so if you're a pizza lover (who isn't?), you know what to order when you drop by Staple and Perk. The Roast Chicken Flatbread I ordered definitely had a generous serving of chicken which made the dish very tasty and filling. It's also really worth the price (only P200!) since it's 10inches, similar to the smallest size you'd order from some other pizza delivery place. It's easily good for two (and that's if you order nothing else!) if anyone asked me what to order, this would be my top answer hands down.
Strawberry Perk Cooler (P60) - Ordered this for a drink to go with the flatbread. Was told that the Strawberry Perk Cooler was done in the style of Italian sodas, which is a mix of soda and flavored syrup. It was ok - a refreshing drink for an affordable price.
Dayap Cheesecake (P140) - I'm not usually a fan of regular cakes, but cheesecakes are a personal favorite. And this one definitely passes my cheesecake cheesiness test! What I like best about Dayap Cheesecake is that the Dayap (Lime in English) counteracts the tendency of cheesecakes to make one "umay" (getting tired of eating the repetitive taste/flavor) The tangy taste of the lime goes very well with the cheese and the buttery graham base. Be sure to order this as well when you visit Staple and Perk!
Solid service, cozy place, great food. Wish there was another branch near me!
I absolutely love their apple pie bar and iced coffee! Love the charming ambiance, and their specialty meals, cakes and pastries are worth coming back for!
