After long months of not being able to eat at Jollibee, we spoiled ourselves!!! Classic spag and chickenjoy combo, plus sundae and choco mallow pie. The place is always packed with people, what with its reputation and all. The staff were friendly and worked fast. Perfect 5.
What I love in Jollibee was the chickenjoy. Crispy chicken that you would want more. They have better chicken than mcdonald's. But mcdonald's has better service. They have cleaner tables and faster service. 5.0 for food, 3 for service.
Ofcourse Jollibee has the best fried Chicken in the Philippines, best spaghetti for kids kuhang kuha perfect spaghetti na gustong gusto ng mga bata. But the place doesnt look clean all the time parang mejo madumi ang jollibee all over the city pareparehas tapos yun table paminsan kakachamba ang lagkit. Well i will still eat here haha 3.5 rating lang cleanliness kasi eh 1star lang.
Service is great. The staff serve us a new drink when my daughter accidentally spilled it. The cashier also ask a staff to help and serve me because I'm pregnant. 👍🏻
♥ DISCLAIMER - Fast-food of these types would always have similar tastes since what they offer is the standard set forth by Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC) - what sets each branch different is how they execute their service mandate. You can always see that at the far left or right of each of the Jollibee counters. A Jollibee store can either be a franchise or company-owned - which you can also verify on their BIR/TIN registration forms and license to operate certificates posted on either end-sides of the counter, you can check it too on the receipt. So definitely reviewing the food is futile unless they served you sub-standard dish or what we call "re-heat" which truly happens right? With that being said, Let me pay attention only to the general services offered - and if there's an "EXTRA-MILE."
♥ Proximity - Cash and Carry is indeed a good place to put a business. This branch is located inside the mall where mid-class customers have been the target market. Although, aren't we not putting Jollibees on each of every mall? It's pretty odd to see a mall with no Jollibee isn't it?
♥ Aversions - Since the establishment is located in Makati, there are certain city regulatories that will restrict them from giving the standard Jollibee-defined service. Of course say bye-bye to the use of plastics and they will give you a thin paper-bag that you need to hold tight for your take-outs, else your orders will fall-off. On top of that, you are now bound to use the metal utensils which for me, it is unhygienic - why? Because you don't see how they are washing it. Also the metal bin used to heat the metal utensils wasn't hot at all + no water inside.
♥ Service - Of course, the Jollibee standard of service was executed well by the service crew, although to my surprise, for dine-in customers, asking for plastic utensils were not allowed - per the City Government of Makati. Understandably that's beyond their store's scope but for me still unhygienic.
♥ My Final Personal Thoughts - Whoever you are - that service crew did an amazing above and beyond job. Of course, I will have to stress-out that I am not comfortable using metal spoons due to my personal hygiene reasons and she did understand that. She empathized and tried to push-back nicely by explaining the regulatory. But in the end, she still did hand me my plastic utensils. This is what we call an ethical dilemma - she can push-back if she wants to because that's the regulatory of the City Government of Makati and who am I to demand right? I am just one person they are to lose their business versus millions of Jollibee customers who would always go back - and yes, regardless of my experience I would go back for my Jollibee Spaghetti :). I believe she made the right decision not because I am the customer but because she did understand the importance of hygiene. Believe me, not everyone understands it. She handled her ethical dilemma pretty well. :) And yes, that’s an EXTRA-MILE!

I lived for almost 4 months near Cash and Carry. Since our boarding house do not allow cooking inside, I usually buy my dinner at Jollibee. Never ending love for their burger steak! And also Jolly hotdog. And of course you wouldn't want to miss their fried chicken. I order all of those alternately for dinner. Poor me!
Kahit sarado ibng jabi buks padin to. Cheers. :)
