Still one of the best Japanese restos around. Their seafood which is flown in from Japan is very fresh and top quality.
Always consistent with the taste of the food they serve, especially the wagyu, melts in your mouth. Perfect!
Great ambiance. Great quality. Good food. Always fully booked. Just feels like overpriced every time I come here. Service also sucked.
A classic staple for Japanese food in the makati area that never disappoints. Coming into the restaurant makes me feel like I am back in Japan. The service is very good and the staff are friendly. As usual the food is delicious and always satisfies. The sashimi and sushi is always fresh and of highest quality and the meats are mouth watering. Although pricey I would say it is a meal that is worth it if you are looking for exceptional Japanese cuisine.
Our ordered:
- Maki roll
- Inari sushi
- Sukiyaki beef
- Beef tenderloin set
The atmosphere is like bring us back to Japan, we did enjoy the atmosphere there.
After the waitress took us the order, and we still looked what we want to order again, she just go away without asking us, whats the manner and also when I go to the cashier for payment, she throw my card instead put politely as usual, this is the first time I saw the cashier like that, hope the management concerns about the attitude.
Beside of that, the others waitress are super friendly.
The food is great and worth for the price.

I love their Sukiyaki, Wagyu rib eye steak and sashimi. It is very fresh, good service and great ambience but very pricey Japanese place. But totally worth it. I love the freshness of their sashimi and all the ingredients they placed on all the dishes we have ordered. I have been here 4 times and the quality never change and it amazes me!
Big fan here, been here a few times before but went with company today so ordered a little extra. Usually I come alone for a quick lunch, but even when ordering more, the service is always on point. The quality of the sushi and sashimi is consistent and ofc the wagyu, expensive but worth it once in a while. The soba wasn't as good this times, felt a bit hard and really hard to pull apart. Overall, would recommend!
The most classic japanese cuisine in the manila!!!!!
I’ve tasted little tokyo and Japanese cuisine at BGC, tsukiji is the best choice for your important guests and it wont let you down!!!
Tsukiji is the number 1 japanese restaurant in the philippines! Fresh seafood. Great japanese food. Daimyo chirashi gives you the most value for your money for 1200. They have a secret menu. Its called the tagle special, its a chirashi with all the.premium fish served in a bowl with another bowl below it thats filled with uni and ikura. Grilled beef is also good. Ramen selection is not bad. Great liquor selection.
We ordered from the set menu. The oysters were excellent. It came with miso soup, sashimi and some salad. The overall quality of the food was excellent. It wasn’t cheap, but I personally believe that it was worth the price. I could argue that Tsukiji serves some of the best authentic Japanese food in the Philippines. I’ll definitely be coming back here in the future.
P.S. You can order halo-halo from Milky Way and they’ll serve it to you in Tsukiji. The halo-halo was also a 10/10.
I’m a big fan of sashimi, and Tsujiki went above and beyond expectations. We had salmon, yellowfin, and fatty tuna belly sashimi (really great). After which we had Emperor Soup, and Wagyu Ribeye. For dessert I had red bean ice cream and matcha ice cream (the red bean was better in my opinion and probably the best ice cream i’ve ever had). The 12-year aged Suntory Yamazaki whiskey was also truly exquisite with nice oaky and woody notes and a slight hint of something fruity; went down smoothly and had a really good aftertaste as well. Would definitely come back for a special occasion!
We had lunch here for our anniversary last January. Supreme quality food. The people there were serving for years and they know what they're doing. Great fresh selection of in season yellowfin chirazi and tuna from Tsukiji Japan. Would definitely come back again.
