Petra & Pilar sounds like an old Pinoy movie, and it really brings back memories of childhood movies featuring Aiza Seguerra or Maricel Soriano. As of this time, I still don't know if there is such a movie titled Petra & Pilar. Hahaha

But from the name of the resto, you already have a feel that it's gonna be Filipino food through and through. And what's more Filipino than a boodle feast!?

Salu-salo (P999)
- Pancit Bihon, Kropek, Salpicao Chicken Wings, Inihaw na Liempo, Itlog Na Maalat with Kamatis, Bagoong Rice, Ensaladang Mangga with Bagoong, Spicy Tahong, Buko Pandan

Notable dishes for me here are the spicy tahong (very appetizing!), inihaw na liempo (really crunchy!), and the chicken wings.

Fiesta (P999)
- Pancit Habhab, Kropek, Chicken Pork Adobo, Pandan or Garlic Rice, Pineapple, Tomato and Aligue Salad with Bagoong, Itlog na Maalat with Kamatis, Saging Con Yelo

I enjoyed the Pancit habhab and its flavors, as aell as the saging con yelo for my dessert.

Blow-out (P999)
- Pancit Canton, Fried Calamari, Breaded Pork Chop, Chicken Inasal, Aligue Rice, Itlog na Maalat with Kamatis, Ensaladang Talong with Bagoong, Fresh Fruits

I love the fried calamari and the Chicken Inasal with the aligue rice. Plus, who can say no to fresh mangoes and watermelon?!

I'd say the P999 price point is a steal! You get all those items for just less than 1k, and it's good to feed at leat 4 to 5 people already. Great for pick-ups for the office too!
