Eat all you can buffet is definitely a must go! As VIP's you will indeed be treated like one. Actually, we were just with VIP's of Cebu. Our waiter just brings in fresh food in a platter. No questions. Desserts are also good! Fresh array of seafood and vegetables!

this place is like "HOME" to me.... it's where I can find my friends of so many years when I visit Cebu...and a good excuse to savor Spanish specialties like Lengua Estofada, Callos and my top favorite Calamari en su tinta....I love the CEC Dearly!!! I just keep coming back
