Perfect place to hang out with friends, colleagues to grab a few beers and chillax. Not a fancy place but still a perfect getaway after work or simply just to eat out with friends. They also offer good food but we only ordered food bars or finger foods. Visited this place thrice in 2015. Service was slow paced thus I'm giving it a 4 star.
The food taste great with affordable price although the service is a little bit slow. They also have a smoking area. I would recomment to try their pork belly which taste great for an affordable amount and it comes with ice tea.

I have a lot of happy and embarrassing memories at Tonyos! 😁 This is our go to place when me and my friends wanted to eat, drink and sing our heart out. I would recommend their pork belly and chicken bbq. And you can order pochero soup for only 25php! They also have videoke rooms if want to sing/dance and bands or acoustic nights on weekends.
The prices of food and drinks here are reasonable. This is much more of a beer go-to place; not really the place where you can have your shaken-cocktails. lol
This place can become a bit loud (and quite dark, literally) sometimes, for there are bands performing every night. Their restroom needs more cleaning and maintenance, though.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: They are well-known among the BPO crowd for their budget-friendly and delicious grilled-pork chop meal that comes with rice and free iced tea.
Make sure to check first on your seat (especially if you're wearing white pants), because the chairs can be dusty sometimes because of the fact that they are situated along the main road.
A mainstream choice for Cebuanos for a night destination with its acoustic nights and youthful vibe. yet, little did the people know they are also serving one of the best pochero in town.
Also a must try in this place is their signature fried chicken and pork sisig , it a good place to visit anytime of the week if you want to unwind within the city. Also, they have karaoke rooms for hourly rental which you can opt to and your friends.

My go to place if i crave a slab of delicious pork belly and garlic rice! :) now im craving again while typing! Hahah this place is just packed during weekend and nightime. I usually avoid the peak time and eat there during off peak hours

Tonyo's, my seci\ond home in Cebu. What a place. Open 24 hours a day it never ceases to impress me. If you had a bad day at work, walk into Tonyo's and have a quick drink to crash at the hotel. If you had a great day, walk into Tonyo's, enjoy the late night drink and crash. And when weekend comes, snack up and reach Tonyo's. You cant miss it. The place is electrifying and buzzing. Both young and old alike have loads of fun. Karaoke's, stage shows, Tagayag and french fries. The best part of Cebu and one of the key reasons I could survive the city.
