A family classic. Our family's favorite is the whole spring chicken. When here, you need to do that thing where you mix the banana ketchup, Worcestershire and hot sauce to make a dipping sauce. I'm not sure why we do this, but we've been doing it for 3 generations.

Maxs is one of my favorite restos in town. Their friend lumpiang ubod is to die for!!!!! One of the best! Their chicken is really good and you will really keep on coming back for more

Max's fried chicken is a classic and traditional restaurant of the filipino family. We order delivery or takeout from this branch when guests eat lunch at our office. Max's fried chicken with their banana ketchup... Yumyumyum!
