The chef of this cafe restaurant is world class having studied culinary arts in the US. It is amazing how she can create locally made dishes with a twist using authentic spices from the Middle East. The Biryani Chicken is to die for. I tasted the Vegan version of eggplant lasagna and it’s amazing how the dish can tastes like real mozzarella cheese using cashew nuts! Not to be missed is her Vegan Biryani pasta with chickpeas and tofu. The restaurant is in the heart of downtown Tagum City, 45 minutes from Davao. Don’t leave Tagum without dropping by this place for good food!
