Paul is more like our default food whenever we are in SM Aura. The place is awesome, the food is great, and the service is on point. Our family staples are the potato pancakes with mushrooms, the beef ragu pasta, the chicken and mushroom pasta, and that heavenly adobo. Yes, they do serve adobo with rice and it is fantastic! My son who is a rice monster loves it. And how can I not forget the bread, butter, and jam?!? Their service bread, butter, and jam are really stars by themselves. I especially like their bread with the olives and when paired with that sinful butter and I think apricot (?) jam, it's a match made in heaven. :) As for dessert, I don't have much to say because we get so full with the main meals already we don't have room for sweets anymore. But maybe when we go back to SM Aura (it's so traffic to go there now) and to Paul, I will save some room for dessert.
