The Ambiance is very romantic,
The service was excellent, waiters are very attentive.
The food was great, we tried 210 degrees chicken, foie gras with popcorn sauce is highly recommended! I had one order for my main course, if you are a small eater then this will be perfect!
A true hidden gem, this place.
1) Value For Money
- php 1,490 for a 5course dinner. This is not a tasting menu. This is Five. Full. Courses. I was pleasantly surprised and extremely full.
2) Food
- Bistro French Fare. I got to try everything on their 5course except the pasta and steak. My friend and I ordered alternately so we could taste it all.
Here’s my opinion on how to navigate the 5 courses:
—- Salmon vs Hummus, go for Salmon
— Cauliflower Soup vs Eggplant, this was even for us. I really enjoyed my soup it was so tasty and not starchy but my friend liked Eggplant better. So depends which one you prefer.. the soup will make you full.
— Bone Marrow vs Mushroom Ravioli, I would appreciate the Mushroom Ravioli if I didn’t get Cauliflower soup as they felt similar with the foam and all. But texture wise I felt the Ravioli could use a bit more firmness. Bone Marrow was delicious and deadly, so get this instead and live on the wild side.
— Chicken vs Pork Belly, we were all so full at this point but I think the belly wins over chicken. But both pretty safe choices. The side of mushrooms I got was delicious I could just eat that all day.
—- Tiramisu vs Creme Brulee, Tiramisu all the way!
3) Service was perfect.
4) Pro Tip: if there’s 2 of you, you can def share the set menu. And then order other dishes. But ask nicely. I can’t guarantee this but they let one couple in our group do this last night. they didn’t portion it separately which is fine. You gotta do some work.
5) Room for Improvement
— so many mosquitos. So many. Like buzzing around your head and food and eating you alive as you eat. Wear bug spray.
— personally I wasn’t a big fan of the decor, felt it was a lil too dark in there. But this is just me.
Despite #5 and a stumble with my Ravioli, I still would give them 5stars. I had a terrific time here and my tummy was happy.
I came here to meet a friend for lunch. It's hard to find a decent French restaurant in Manila. So when I heard about 210 Degrees in my neighbourhood, I jumped at the chance for lunch. I love the feel of the bistro and the service was excellent. We were greeted and often checked up on, which lacks in many restaurants in Manila.
I enjoyed the set lunch menu and the fact that you could choose if you wanted it with dessert or not. It almost felt like fine dining, or maybe thats just because its French?
All in all, a great dining experience, and I will return in the evening for some drinks and dinner!
Was too hungry and was not able to post everything.
Everything was excellent. This is one restaurant that shouts quality. From the appetizers, the Jamon, Humus, Salads, excellent! Recommended Salmon and Eggplant, so tasty. I don’t know how they cured the salmon but it was better than any sashimi or carpaccio is be had. Rack of lamb was unbelievably delicious. I literally bit into the bone! You
The tiramisu, Creme brûlée and Apple tart so light and fluffy and gentle to the pallet.
They ran out of Sauvignon Blanc, but even the Pinot noirs were very very good.
Definitely will come back to this cozy place.
Only problem was mosquitoes. Told the waitress to have citronella candles. If it were not for that, I would have given 5.
A great place to chill after an exhaustingn day at work. We had dinner somewhere else so we decided to try their desserts here aside from the cocktails. The desserts were heavenly. The tiramisu is very light but I love how strong the coffee is. The molten chocolate cake was to die for. It was like a dark semisweet chocolate I love how the bitterness of the dark chocolate comes through with every bite. I also have to give credits to their awesome bartender for the lovely cocktails we had that evening. Definitely coming back to place.
The place is french-managed and has a French (or at least) a francophone chef. That certainly is a garantee if authenticity if not of quality. But indeed the quality was there. They have stuff such ad mussels and snails that you don't get much elsewhere. The 1500 php 5 courses menu is quite nice for the price. I enjoyed their mussels and their own vetsion of bagnet quite a lot. Wine selection somewhat expensive. Nice decor and atmosphere. Excellent service. Just one rather negative point is the washroom. Lacks proper aeration. They must do something about that!
This is one of the best restaurants I have eaten in. I had lunch here last week and had the three course meal. I chose the tomato soup which was divine. It was clear soup that wasn't heavy but tasty. Then I chose their fried chicken which was the best! The sauce was very unique. I will certainly eat here again and again. Their service was efficient and pleasant.
My favorite restaurant at the moment. Everything is excellent, particularly The Egg. And great value for money on the set menu.
Service is very good, and the Chef is very friendly and accommodating.
Everything was good (ambience, entrees, wine) except the rack of lamb which was too chewy. They recommended medium well which I'm fine Bec it's lamb, but didn't expect it to be that tough.
The restaurant is located at where Adaam and Eve used to be. Its interior is absolutely Instagram worthy. We had lunch there today, and ordered three of the two-course set meals from their weekday menu, at P490 per head.
The starters, which were quiche, tomato soup, and poached eggs respectively per order, arrived in about ten minutes. All were very tasty, although the poached eggs were more liquid than we had expected.
The main courses, fried chicken, fish in filo pastry and risotto, arrived soon after we finished the starters. The fried chicken had three pieces, they were crispy outside and juicy inside, but the flavor was nothing special. The filo pastry was nice to look at, tasted ok, but portion was small. Risotto had cheese and arugula, and was delicious.
