The Best Takoyaki ��🖒🖒🖒

The Classic was close to the authentic takoyaki I've tried in Osaka. Definitely no cabbage and a mochi-like texture. Kyotako had octopus chunks in every takoyaki ball, too!

[Classic / Negi Takoyaki]

Classic Takoyaki has a big chunk of tako, onion leeks and tenkatsu.
It's topped off with good serving bonito flakes.

The Negi variant is the same as original but replaces the bonito flakes with a good serving of mayonnaise and negi (spring onion).
