I went to their tasting event and I must say I will dream about their steak for the next few nights. So delicious! Probably the best I've ever tasted in the Philippines. Juicy and flavorful, it melted in my mouth as soon as I took a bite. Medium rare is the best way to eat it. I was lucky enough to see my steak right before cooking and I can really see how the marbling of the fat in the meat is like a work of art.
Authentic Japanese food! worth it.
Delicious melt in your mouth beef that can’t be found anywhere else in BGC. Expensive but definitely worth the price. Very intimate place so it’s nice for dates. Servers are attentive and friendly. Surprised that this place isn’t more popular!
I would rate this 5/5 if they used coal
Miyazaki Gyu is a Japanese restaurant that offers Miyazaki beef – one of the best quality Wagyu there is. The beef came all the way from Japan and is a type of black breed of cattle raised and fattened within the Miyazaki prefecture. That’s quality grade 4 and above with high level of marbling that will make you really dig for more as it melts in your mouth.
Who would've known this hidden gem is just sitting right in front of the Marajo building!
Perfect for your next luxurious date night, Miyazaki Gyu will charm you with their Wagyu offerings.
Make sure to start your meal right with the Soba and Sukiyaki Salad. It has a delightful crunch and texture that will surely make you look forward to your Yakiniku or Sukiyaki mains.
It was a one of a kind experience having tried luxurious beef from Japan and since it is not often you get to eat with lavishness, once in a while, I recommend you do so - at least you no longer need to go to Japan or any other country if they are being offered here anyway.

Food: for the starters, we had Soba & Sukiyaki Salad, Torched beef sushi and Steak Tartare with diced eggs and crostinis. Price ranges from 350 to 600 php for the starters but they are all made with great quality and flavor.
For the mains, we had the Steak, Yakiniku and the Sukiyaki priced between 1200 to 3900 php per 50 to 100 grams depending on the part of the meat.
There are also other dishes such as Beef Katsudon, and Minced Beef Box - It's all about beef but then, the mains are the ones that you need to try.
Overall, I enjoyed the food. The staff were accommodating and the place, although it was unnoticeable at first, it is like a hidden gem.
Service was excellent and consistent. Our glasses were constantly refilled with water. Servers were easy to approach. Ambiance is cozy. The place was quite small. Location was hard to find at frist as it was quite hidden.Miyazaki Gyu offers Miyazaki Beef (Japanese black breed of cattle raised and fattened within the Miyazaki Prefecture) with the meat quality grade of 4 or above. We got to try some dishes offered by Miyazaki Gyu:Soba and Sukiyaki Salad - it was a good appetizer. It actually reminded me of a pasta dish with thinly sliced sukiyaki beef, and crispy beef fat for the textures and drizzled with soba sauce. The Steak Tartare was interesting. You should try the Beef & Reef (Seared Miyazaki steak), Sukiyaki (thinly sliced Miyazaki beef served with vegetables) and their Yakiniku platter, which is an assortment of Miyazaki beef. If you want something light, then the Maki Sushi (has Miyazaki beef as well) is for you.Price range is on the higher side. They serve premium quality meat from Japan, and quality was never compromised. I recommend Miyazaki Gyu.

First time to ever try a restaurant that serves Japanese black breed of cattle raised within the Miyazaki Prefecture of Japan and is ranked 4th grade of quality meat-- the Miyazaki Beef!
For the appetizers, they served the soba & sukiyaki salad, maki sushi, torched sushi, and steak tartare. My most fave appetizer is their soba & sukiyaki salad! The noodles are both crispy and soft, plus with the soba sauce, it became more flavorful. As for the maki sushi, I much preferred it over the torched sushi.
For the mains, we have tried their Beef & Reef, Beef Katsu, Minced Beef Box, Sukiyaki, and Yakiniku. The beef & reef was the surf & turf with a twist! Consists of seared miyazaki beef and garlic butter prawns, which are a perfect combination btw. Their Katsu is a bit inconsistent due to aged beef, but can be a good thing. I loved their Sukiyaki so much! The best Sukiyaki I've tried so far, and I was tempted to get some rice just because it's that good! Their yakiniku is also tasty.
Their location is a bit masked, considering you have to enter Coffee Bean first for you to see their entrance beside 7-11.
Hoping to come back soon though!

Here you can find the best quality beef in town. 🥩👌 We were invited by a friend and we tried few dishes; The Soba & Sukiyaki Salad (my favorite) , Maki Sushi, Sushi, Steak Tartare, beef and reef, beef katsu, beef box, Sukiyaki, and Yakiniku.
I like the beef thinly sliced and cooked with the flavorful sauce of Yakiniku. The combination of noodles, vegetables, thinly sliced Sukiyaki beef with soba sauce is so satisfying and is so perfect for me. There is really no guilt if you consumed a lot of Soba & Sukiyaki Salad. The beef and reef is also one of my favorite, they combine steak with garlic butter prawns. I didn't thought prawns being served here. The quality of the beef is really good! Sushi, steak Tartare and beef katsu are also a must-try if you visit Miyazaki Gyu. Every dishes are perfectly made with the highest quality beef and ingredients. I hope they will also open another branch in Quezon City so I can visit more often. ❤️
