Excellent food portions. Missing some items from the Los Angeles menu. Very courteous servers. Beautiful ambiance, top notch. Love the location. Easy to find. 5 stars and will recommend to all my friends. See you soon again.

Thai food ain’t about simplicity. It’s about the tossing of different ingredients to create a delicious Thai dish served here at Thai Original BBQ Restaurant
One of the best bbq I've ever tried. Try their Gaiyang (bbq chicken) dinner or their spare rib dinner! Both good for 2-3 person per serving and also their tom yam soup! Not too chilly not too sweet just right!
We have dined at Thai BBQ BGC for a couple of times already. Since we became a fan of their food and excellent service, we looked forward to their newest branch in Shangri-la. Our first experience with Shang was quite not apt to their standards and quality of service which left us disappointed. Nevertheless, Thai BBQ, especially Ms. Marie-Jo (Group Sales & Marketing Manager), exerted significant efforts to satisfy their customers. This resto and their food are worth trying! <3
Went to Thai BBQ last night for our family's dinner and they didn't disappoint us with their customer service and most especially THE FOOOOOOOOD!!! We also got a complimentary dessert, halo halo. Thank you so much! Wonderful experience. Truly recommended.
THAI BBQ Original Restaurant is one of the best Thai Restaurant i've ever visited since I already encountered this since we visited to our relatives in L.A. with my Family and visited this place in their Original Branch at L.A. and tried their dishes, it was so good! Am very satisfied with their service especially their special dishes Keep it up and I hope your management can decide to open your branch at new Ayala Malls Feliz located in Marcos Highway, Pasig
love the food and how the food was served, ill come back again to try different food in the menu
Loved the authenticity of the place! Excellent service as well. Must try when you're around the Fort area.
Do not forget to order the Thai iced tea!!!
Great family restaurant too -- meaning everything is great for sharing! x

The servers were very attentive and our food came fast. Superb service!
Food, place and staff are good. Highly recommended!!! Checked this out and see it for yourself.
Food: We've tried their Satay Combinations and it's divine! All meat were tender and it was perfectly paired with their Thai BBQ Fried Rice.
Ambiance: Romantic!
Staff: Attentive and nice!
We love everything served! Great food! Great ambience! Great service! We will definitely keep on coming back once it finally opens on Monday!
Love it! Friendly staff and they cook our meal spicy as we want
The fish salad with green mango was so delicious but spicy. Next time we will request no more Chili on it.
Pad Thai Noodles were ok but what I like most is the Beef satay! It was superbly tender .
Will surely want to go back.

The restaurant we chose to go originally was not opened so walked and wound up here instead. It wasn’t a bad choice since the food tasted okay. At first it looks as if the servings were small but good thing we didn’t order too much because the meal was heavy. I think this is a nice option for groups meals, tita type haha!
Tom Yum Goong
Chicken BBQ
Pork Belly BBQ
Aromatic. Flavorful. Consistent. This was how I imagined dining in a Thai resto and it definitely met my expectations plus service was also above average from the time they receive us at the door to the time we paid and headed out. The soup had enough sourness and spiciness to warm up the tummy. Even barbeque meats were fork tender with the spicy and sweet sauce. Although I forgot to take a photo in my other visit, the pomelo salad was fresh and was bursting with flavors - highly recommended starter. 👍👍. Portions good for sharing as well.
Nice Thai resto with comfy interiors and pleasant wait staff. Try their tom yam goong, satay bbq and pad thai. Serving portion is only for two, cost 600pesos/pax.
The Thailand International Promotions Board has certified this as an authentic Thai restaurant. In our dining experience, we devoured servings of Pad Thai, Tom Yum Soup with Lychee and Thai Tea.
I am a big fan of Thai cuisine and some restaurants failed in execution because of the authenticity of its ingredients. On the flavour department this establishment is good, though there are some dishes that I'm still not keen on like their version of Phad See Ew they added vegetables that are not usual if you get it in street kitchens of Thailand. Pomelo salad is another hit while the Papaya salad is perfect if paired with sticky rice. Salmon Teriyaki on the other hand seems to be out of place in the menu though the dish is lovely.
Ambiance is another plus factor for this establishment as they kept the interiors clean and modern. Staff were attentive and helpful and there's free Wi-Fi.
May 26, 2018 I think we will be sticking to this restaurant from now on if we're going to eat Thai. Deckard and Puppycat brought me some takeout from this place. I had the Chicken sate with rice and some roasted duck. I don't see the duck though in their menu. It's a little pricey but I think it's worth it. As for their rice, it sorta reminds me of the Java rice of Aristocrat but I like that so I'm happy. Theirs is the upscale version though because of the added veggies and shrimp. The Sate was perfectly grilled and flavor packed.
Thai BBQ's food is very tasty. I highly recommend the Spareribs, the Chicken Barbecue and the Spring Rolls. The staff are very helpful and attentive. The place is clean and very tastefully done but their music choices were unusual for a Thai restaurant. They played modern songs done with classical instruments which felt more appropriate at a wedding reception. Aside from that, I can't complain about anything else.
I was craving for Pad Thai for several weeks now and finally indulged myself and went to Thai BBQ at The Fort Strip. The place was really nice and sosy with ample seating to accomodate big groups.
It was both my friend and I’s first visit to this restaurant so we were excited to try it. We had the following:
🍽 Pad Thai (P420)
Having had legit pad thai in BKK last year, it kinda ruined all other pad thai’s for me. Fortunately, Thai BBQ’s version more than made up for it. Firm noodles with generous amounts of shrimp, bean sprouts, egg. It’s traditional and with just the right sweet-spicy-tangy taste, with a nice nutty aftertaste. I loved it! 😋
🍽 BBQ Spare Ribs (P480)
Two large pork slabs slathered with their special sauce. Served with shrimp fried rice. The meat was tender with a full smoky flavor. We had a hard time trying to finish this one due to its large serving.
🍽 Thai Milk Iced Tea (P140)
Just the perfect pair for my beloved pad thai, lol. It was milky with just the right sweetness. Refreshingly good.
Food was awesome, and more importantly, they solved my Pad Thai craving! 😂 I contemplated on getting the Mango Sticky Rice because I felt that it was too pricey for P280. 😭 But I really wanted to! Guess I’ll just have to go back soon. 😋
The ambience was nice, though i think there were too many tables to move around the area.
We ordered, as recommended by the server:
*Phad Thai - surprisingly large serving (for two people). It is served unmixed, but the server offered to mix it for us, and whether to include the chili flakes already -- it's a considerate act of service. It was already bursting with flavors of sweetness, but I added the chili kick to my plate. Would order this again, even for takeout.
* Sate Combination - mix of 2 chicken, 2 beef, and 3 pork sate with shrimp fried rice on another large platter. Comes with sweet peanut sauce for your option. It was delicious. The peanut sauce has the right sweetness and indeed makes a good combo to the meat.
Price was of course on the high side but the value is there.
Service crew were polite and accommodating too.
Would love to treat my family here on a special occasion.
It was lunchtime when we arrive and the place was full.
We ordered a full meal to share. An appetizer, mains and dessert. Pomelo Salad, BBQ Pork Belly, Phad See Eyu, rice, Mango & sticky rice.
The food was yum! Close to an authentic Thai food. The spice was just right especially the BBQ pork Belly and Phad See Eyu. The servings are enough for us three.
Our dessert was the note to end our lunch. Happy to taste their food.
But the not so good side... customer service. Our food was served very late, our water came almost half of our meal. Apparently all the water glasses are used in their VIP rooms. Well sorry we’re not VIP’s... we had to wait.
Anyway, hope they can manage to serve better next time.
Perfect ambiance! Good for special celebration like birthdays. They have extra ice cream cake for the celebrant. Cozy and elegant ambiance. Good thai food and perfect if you are craving for Pad Thai.
I have tried a few Thai restos and cuisine but I can say that the food here in Thai BBQ is legit. First, you can taste outright authentic flavors of the dishes. Pad Thai is my all-time favorite (of course!). This is good for 2-3 depending on your appetite and if you will order other dishes from the menu.
Second, super hefty serving! Their Ribs with rice is highly recommended. Serving and customer service are really a cherry on top as they are super fast. Their place is good for big groups as they have spacious tables. Would try their appetizers and desserts next.
Have been seeing this Thai BBQ restaurant starting to branch out on other mall. So I finally recommended this place to my friends. We just came back a few weeks from thailand so we were craving for some thai food.
The interior of this place was very thai. Love the colorful and creative interior, specially the artistic wavey wood design on the back of the bar. Lovely!
The menu was a bit overwhelming with so many choices. So we stick with what we were familiar with. So here are the one we ordered.
>Pad Thai - Lovely delicious thai noodles. The shrimp was a bit bitin but overall the toppings were good. Love it classic delicious authentic thai flavor.
>Beef Sate - tender beef skewer with peanut sauce on the side. I also enjoyed this one juicy and tender meat.
>Tom Yum Goong - was a bit disappointed on the serving size of this. Tastewise initially it was a bit of a miss for me but after asking for some chillis the flavor transformed and it was the Tom Yum that I know!
>Pork Curry - this one is also a miss for me. I know its hard to compare it to what we tried in Thailand. Maybe it was just missing the flavor of lemon grass and creaminess of cococnut milk. Tastewise it was good.
Overall Thai BBQ is a good Thai restaurant not a perfect copy of what you've tried in Thailand but overall its not bad. :)
Went here for some Thai comfort food and came out very satisfied.
Started off with the Tom Yum Gai soup which is chicken chunks in hot and sour Thai soup. Quite good.
Panang Beef Curry is great here. Yummy sweet and spicy gravy with a nutty peanut flavor with succulent beef chunks. The curry comes with a small cup of rice. Next dish was Sen Mee Rard Nar which is fried bihon topped with chicken and broccoli in a delicious gravy. Our first time to have a noodle dish with gravy in Manila Similar to Khao Soi we had in Chiang Mai.
Lunch today. Service is a 5/5. They look after their guests without overdoing it.
Others were correct when they said the flavors were mild but i just kept an open palate. Maybe it's their style. It's mild but it works.
Crispy deepfried pork- 3/5.
Shrimp fried rice-4/5
Satay combination 4.
Beef satay-5. Didnt expect the beef to be tender but it was.
Sweet sour pork ribs- 4
Bbq chicken-5
Bbq pork belly-5
Bagoong rice-3
Tom yum goong-5 really good
Phad see eyu-5 good flavor no need for condiments
Rice cake-3
Lemon grass iced tea-3
Tip: if your ordering rice no need to order the entrees that come with java rice. Order ala carte.
It is a must for one to be famished first before heading here.
The servings are huge (I kid you not). Enough for takeaway for tomorrow's breakfast (and lunch, if you still couldn't finish it)
The food is amazing, it ruined my diet haha.
The phad thai and chicken bbq are beyond delicious. But the sweet and sour shrimp is normal. The appetizer (shrimp and suha; forgot the name), is on the average level as well. The first two dishes makes it a 5-rating.
Thai BBQ is a local franchise of well known Thai BBQ Original restaurant in LA. In Manila, it's located in BGC. The restaurant is a bit cluttered and can sometimes feel a bit too close for comfort. I recommend the fish cakes, the crispy cat fish salad, the original bbq and the pad thai. The green and red curry was too sweet for my taste. The prices are quite reasonable considering the size of the orders.
This is the best place to try pad thai! I was also amazed how rich and flavourful their curry is. Of course to complete the experience don’t forget to order milktea!
Beef satay is the best out of all the satays and I think 7 sticks for the price is really good. I think the different flavors of fried rice is over priced though. Everything is okay, good enough to satisfy your thai food cravings. Just wish the flavors were bolder!
Impeccable service and great food, got most of the Thai staples. And man, they were good!
The location is the only problem here since it's scorching hot during the afternoons, otherwise, if you love good Thai food, come here!
We ordered food to-go. My take out service was easy, items were packed neatly in foil to retain the heat and placed in containers. I was ushered into a table to comfortably choose from the menu. Only a part of the menu was available when I visited last April. I don't remember what I wanted that still wasn't being served in the restaurant but who cares for now because what we got was amazing. We ordered 2 of each except for the crab.
**********
Here's what we had:
Thai Curry Crabs. 3500+. ✨
Humongous 1.6 kilo, finger licking good mud crabs. It was my first time to try this as I'm in love with the Crab Maritess and generally try avoiding any other crab dish. This one, this one is a serious contender. The sauce has the right spice. The whole crab was succulent up to the claws. Super loved this. They sell these at market value per 100 grams.
BBQ Spare Ribs. 480. ✨
2 huge slabs of pork with their signature house sauce and a lot of shrimp fried rice good for 2-3 people. The serving makes the up for the price. Fork tender.
Pandan Chicken. 380.
Deep fried boneless chicken wrapped in pandan leaves. Didn't try this but this was wiped out by the kids.
Sate Combination. 430.
Skewers of beef, pork and chicken with cucumber salad and peanut sauce. Didn't try this either. It looked dry to me, however it was for take out and I can't judge this considering it's best eaten and asap.
Pad Thai. 380.
Classic Thai noodles with shrimp, ran sprouts and egg. Liked the shrimp. Tried just one noodle. Tasted like traditional pad Thai.
Basil Eggplant. 280.
Sliced eggplant with basil leaves in oyster sauce. Tried just one piece. It wasn't oily at all.
Curried Pineapple Fried Rice. 420.
With shrimp. I liked this. Had a good curry flavor. I ate curry rice with my curry crabs.
Sticky Rice with Mango. 280. ✨
I had no doubt this would taste good. I liked how they made it look pretty in the container, even if it was for take out.
**********
As much as I want to share inputs about the other food, I was too fixated on my crabs and pork to try them.
Food was just excellent. While the prices might feel steep, the huge serving size makes if affordable. I hope they can maintain the quality of their food & service and last as long as they have in the US.
Shrimp was cooked so perfectly! Loved it we ate on a Sunday night and the serving was super fast (took us longer to think of what to eat compared to the food being served). We had pad thai, milk tea and pomelo salad and for both meals we really loved it. Definitely coming back for the rest of the menu!
I attended an outreach for kids just recently in The Fort, BGC and thought of bringing my team with me to one of the most sought after restaurants in the area, Thai BBQ Original Restaurant. We went there past lunch time, and surprisingly, the place was filled with so much customers. It only goes to show how people are fascinated with the restaurant's offerings.
Thai BBQ Original Restaurant originated from Los Angeles, and was brought here later on by No Limits Food Inc. owner, George Pua. His group also manages Ogawa, Modern Sichuan, Modern China, KPub, Oppa, and Tony Roma's. This casual dining restaurant in LA was launched by its founders, Pat and Tammy Ngamari, in the hopes of bringing the flavors of the East to the growing number of people in America.
Their amazing barbecue sauces are all imported from the US and they are combined with Thai ingredients. All the dishes here were made to closely resemble the ones in LA.
They were also granted the Thai Select award by the Ministry of Commerce in Thailand. Only two other restaurants here in the Philippines got this prestigious recognition.
Inside Thai BBQ Restaurant, they have modern and stylish Thai interiors with neutral colors that are very relaxing to the eyes, giving off a very fancy vibe to it. They can seat around 100 customers and they also have two VIP rooms that are available for reservations.
My team was feeling a bit full by the time we got here so we had fewer dishes than what we would usually have. Phad See Eyu (pad see-ew), which literally means "stir fried soy sauce noodles" was served to us first. It's actually of Chinese origins but a staple in Thailand. This beef dish had a lingering savory taste to it, with just the right balance of salty and sourness. The key ingredient here was Chinese broccoli which worked nicely with the Sen Yai, or the wide rice noodles.
There was also the Drunken Noodles, called as such for its power to cure a bad hangover. This is somewhat similar with the other noodle dish we had, except that it came with well cooked shrimps, and it is sweeter in taste and has a lighter color.
Next thing we had was the Green Garden, which is rich in fiber and some other nutrients. It's a dish that's similar to Chopseuy. It was pretty decent but didn't really stand out from the rest of what we had. As it name entails, it could have used more greens in it.
Of course my visit to the Thai BBQ Restaurant wouldn't be complete without trying out their specialty - their Kaiyang Chicken BBQ. This grilled dish had the perfect balance of sweet and spiciness to it. Even the white meat parts were well seasoned. Their half chicken serving was a bit pricey though for Php 540.
Out of everything we had, it was their Sweet and Sour Ribs that unexpectedly became my instant favorite. I just love pineapples and the whole plate was filled with it. On top of having tender meat, the sauce here was the star. Together, they were just absolutely delightful to eat.
Although the prices of their food here are somewhat higher than that of their competitors, I think it is somewhat reasonable. Come by and compare my notes with yours when you go for a visit here, okay?

The hubby and I came from a meeting and was quite ravenous for dinner. We decided to have a little bit of a treat to reward ourselves from work the past month. A quick stroll to The Fort Strip for choices and we ended up with a resto that he eyed earlier that morning. The menu was quite extensive! We decided on ordering Tom Kha Gai (Php280), which is slices of chicken in traditional Thai soup w/ coconut milk, herbs and chili. We also had the Chicken BBQ (Gai Yang) (Php420), definitely true to its description as having extra large portion. The staff was very knowledgable about the menu that they are serving and very accommodating. The place is a good family dinner destination and the ambience has an authentic Oriental feel.
If you're looking for exceptionally delicious Thai cuisine, this restaurant is definitely a must try!👌🏻 Perfect ambiance for dating and group conversation over delightful food. 😋 Impeccable customer service 👏🏻
They say you can judge a Thai restaurants' authenticity based on their Pad Thai. Defintely one of the best Pad Thais I've had comparable to the streets of Bangkok. The BBQ Spareribs tasted like Filipino style liempo so skip that entree if you plan to eat here. Another highly recommended dish is the Sate Combination; soft tender chicken pork beef skewers on a warm bed of Java Rice. Ask for more extra sauces especially their vinegar and don't skip their desserts also even if you're full 😘
Pad Thai P380
BBQ Spareribs P480
Sate Combination P620
Sticky Rice with Mango P280
Bua Loy (Bilo-Bilo) P180
Loved their signature dish, Gaiyang Chicken BBQ Dinner. It has a taste you soon won't forget. Also loved their Tom Yum Plah Soup. Together with Tod Mun Goong and Pak Boong, make for a perfect anniversary dinner for me and my wife. The staff were very attentive and courteous.
Thai Original BBQ & Restaurant recently open in Bonifacio Global City. It is originated from Los Angeles, U.S.A. The casual dining American-Thai restaurant is under the management of No Limits Food, Inc., the same team behind K-Pub BBQ, Tony Romas and Ogawa. All of them are situated at The Fort Strip, BGC. Thai Original BBQ & Restaurant have a beautiful and elegant interior set-up. "Sosyalin ang design."
Actually my friend recommend this place to me. And she said that I should try the version of Thai BBQ's Pork Spareribs which I did. I just add Phad Thai and Thai Milk Iced Tea in my order.
🦐 BBQ Spareribs served with sweet and spicy BBQ sauce for Php480.00 - ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5
"I was shocked with the big serving! It can be shared by at least 2-3 pax. It has fried rice already topped with shrimps. I really love the tenderness and succulent flavor of BBQ Spareribs. It is very appetizing with rice and it's also good with the Phad Thai paired with Thai Milk Iced Tea."
🦐 Phad Thai for Php380.00 - ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5
"One of my favorite Thai food. The noodles were cooked firm and it was topped with overloaded ingredients like shrimps, bean sprout, egg and nuts which makes the Phad Thai tasty."
🦐 Thai Milk Iced Tea for Php140.00 - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5
"One of the best Thai Milk tea I've ever tasted. It's very Thai. The exploding flavor of the Milk Tea infused of pandan was so refreshing. Best paired with spicy food."
All of the Thai dishes I've tried were good and recommendable. I just find it a little bit pricey. I guess it is best when dining in a group. Although the staff provided excellent service. Apir!
#ilovetoeatph 😃❤
The best Thai food in Town ... super service and excellent dishes ... drunken noodles and soup is to die for ... even if it's under soft opening , was amazed to see the staff's efficiency ... 5 stars from us
We go back to LA once a year and we always eat at the original Thai BBQ in Glendale at least twice. I like it better than everyone else's favorite Noodle World. The food is consistently excellent and the servings are way bigger.
I was so excited to eat at the branch here in Manila. I knew it wouldn't be exactly the same most likely due to the different ingredients available locally but still, it should be close enough. The verdict: it is, kinda. My favorite dish in LA is the sate beef dinner and instead of shrimp fried rice I get chicken fried rice.
Today I got the chicken sate dinner with chicken fried rice. The bf wanted chicken. The chicken skewers serving was almost the same as LA but the rice serving was smaller and different. The biggest let down was the peanut sauce. In LA I can eat it alone with rice it's very creamy and "peanutty." The peanut sauce here in Manila is more spicy (not in a hot way) and the consistency is more like a sweet and sour sauce. I hope they can change this to be more like the LA recipe. The chicken was also a little pink inside. I prefer my chicken cooked white all the way through. It also had a little bit of a sour aftertaste. It wasn't bad. Next time I'll try the beef.
The Chicken BBQ was good and the sauce was the same as LA. The serving size for both was smaller though. No complaints though. The Thai halo halo. Wasn't good. Pretty tasteless and boring. Even though the serving size is good it's not worth P420.
Overall there could be a few improvements (the peanut sauce!) but I will definitely be back to try my other favorite dishes. Very happy we have a branch here now and that they have good Thai iced tea.
Same owners and just beside Ogawa resto in Fort Strip, I came upon this place called Thai BBQ. The name may sound generic but there food ain't resulting to me coming back two more times with a total of 3 trips in this resto. Unique about this restaurant is that they don't have too much spicy food as stereotyped, rather they boast balance between the 7 flavors.
The BBQ spare ribs dinner (P580) was a regular from my tries here. It was consistent, fall off the bone and packed with thai themed umami. My friends who I've ate with fell in love with it too.
The Phad thai (P380)was also a favorite. It's a mixture of classic sweet spicy phad thai combined with umami a right balance of toppings; shrimps, bean sprout and stri fried egg in a mild sweet spicy sauce.
The spring rolls(P280) was overwhelmingly surprising of mix of crispyness and subtly sweet and spicy sauce. it was crunchier cause of the stir fried veggies and meat which was a generous serving.
Their thai halo halo (Ruamit P420) is a bit expensive, but we were amazed at how it was served in a goblet similar to harry potter films. It had lots of serving and had a bit of something familiar and something new to the taste buds. Although after a little while we belittled the serving and wasn't able to finish it.
Price 3/5 - a bit expensive for thai food for me especially halo-halo, but maybe I'm not used to thai food prices yet.
Food 4.5/5 - food was superb although was not perfect
Service 4/5 - it was a lunch break and many service was a bit slow but understandably it was a lunch break
Ambianc 3.5/5 - even on daylight I find it a little gloomy inside
I am a big fan of Thai Original BBQ and I couldn’t contain my excitement when I found out that they opened a branch here in Manila. It has been over two years since I indulged in its famous chicken bbq and I’m so glad that it won’t turn into three years as I managed to convince my friends to hold our Christmas get together at the newest restaurant in Fort Strip.
Hello, Thai Original BBQ!
It is hard to miss Thai Original BBQ as its prime corner location facing 5th Avenue and Central Square is very easy to spot.
This is a good family restaurant. Portions are big! A house specialty meal is good for four) even if they tell you its good for two only.
Recommended dishes: catfish salad, chicken satay and bbq ribs.
The new Thai resto in town, because it's the same owner of one of my favorite japanese restos "Ogawa" my expectation is high! And this resto did meet my expectation! Service was great, staff are hands-on, friendly and attentive. We had the conbination Sate out of the pork, chix and beef, the pork was the standout, tender with right fatness and flavorful. I had the best catfish salad in ages and the Pad Thai wa one of the best. I just wish the desserts were more and some coconut tapiocca. I will be back soon!
My dad saw in the newspaper that a new Thai restaurant opened in BGC so we decided to try it out. :)
For a restaurant in BGC, prices were pretty cheap. We ordered Sate Combination (P620) which included 7 bbq sticks (2 pork, 2 chicken, 2 beef). I'm not a pork lover but I tried it and it was pretty good. I especially liked the chicken. It's tender and flavorful! The beef was a bit hard but we told the manager about it so we might see improvements soon. Cucumber salad came with the meal and it was really yummy. It helps cleanse the palette after a flavorful meal. Actually, the ingredrients hey used in marinating the bbq made the meal exceptional.
I also ordered Thai Milk Iced Tea. It's basically milk tea. It's priced at P140 which I think is a bit pricey but it does compliment the meal. :)
Give this restaurant a shot. The servers are really nice as well. Ambience is pretty good. Perfect for family meals or business meetings.
I passed by to meet up with some foodie friends who were reviewing thai bbq during their soft opening / food tasting private event. The event was organized by my cousin whose cousin is the owner (cousin of the cousin). I was able to try the sate and the grilled pork which were both excellent with the awesome grill smell I love. The place was nicely decorated with some more fixtures on the way. It is spacious and parking is very much available outside as this restaurant is located at the fort strip. I can't wait to read about the reviews of my friends and to go back here to give this place a full on trial.

Thai food has a reputation of being spicy, but is actually based on a balance between different flavors including spicy, sour, sweet and salty. This goes beyond simply combining the flavors within an individual dish to incorporate the contrast in its spices.
I have listed the top 3 dishes that's surely worth a try here in Thai BBQ.
Among all the dishes we've tasted, Thai BBQ's Spare ribs won me over. The meat was so tender that you won't be needing a knife to cut it. It is oozing with rich flavor leaving you with momentary paralysis. I have even gushed about how yummy it was with my friends.
The second must try was the Pink Salmon with Teriyaki sauce. I love how fresh and not chewy it is. Call me exaggerating but this dish gives you that melts-in-your-mouth feeling. The texture was superb from the first bite up to the last burp. Even the sauce was to die for.
Last but definitely not the least was the Shrimp Curry. It's not just India who has the curry specialty but even the Thais have it in their menu. I maybe biased on this since I have always been a fan of shrimp dishes but this Shrimp Curry is both creamy, not so spicy and definitely not worth missing in my list.
The service crew were all polite and accomodating. The designs and interiors gave me this feeling that I was really in Thailand.
