I like the experience you get when you eat at the restaurant. It's not like other restaurants because you sit beside strangers and just watch them cook. I also like their ramen because the broth is milkier than other ramen stores. I sometimes feel like their prices are a little extra, but I guess their premium pricing is justified by the experience you get when dining there. I find the staff to be attentive and friendly.
One of the best ramens in town. Promise! This quarantine period, I don’t know how many times exactly I went there to eat ramen.
Food- Highly recommended ang shio
Or shoyu along side with gyoza. Perfect combination talaga siya! Super favorite! Very rich ang broth.
Place- Very clean! They make sure to sanitize before and after eating.
Price- High! But worth it naman.
Note: During community quarantine
Food - I undoubtedly selected the best choice for my first time dining experience - the Super Chasu! Turns out, one of the best decisions I made! *wink* The broth has a sensationaly rich umami taste, noodles was chewy, just the right consistency I am looking for, and last but not the least, the overwhelmingly upsized chasu was very tender and well-marinated. Sides Aji Tamago and Gyoza are worth mentioning as well. Truly, an exceptional meal!
Place - I thought this quarantine period was a perfect timing to dine to avoid long lines but boy, I was wrong! I arrived few minutes after the opening time yet I had to wait for at least 2 hours on queue to dine. Dining-in guidelines under quarantine protocols are observed as shown in the photos. I'd also like to commend how systematic their dining-in process was, dining tables and chairs were consistently sanitized every after each customer and comfort room was neat.
Price - High.
One of the best ramen places in the metro. Highly recommend ordering Shio and Shoyu ramen, along with some gyoza, aji tamago, and extra chashu ❤️
Ramen Yushoken's sister restaurant, Mendokoro Ramenba pretty much has the same offerings. I still had my usual TanTanMen but at the same time, was craving for chashu. Thankfully, one of my friends ordered one of their (not so) secret menu items, the Super Chashu, and oh my, that chashu was glorious!
The quarantine has me browsing the internet for restaurants that deliver, and imagine how happy I was when I discovered that Mendokoro Ramenba is part of the list! That's means that ramen lovers can enjoy their favorite noods— from their Shiyo, Shoyu, not-so-secret Giant Chasu, among others. Plus, their Gyoza is up for grabs too.
While the line is long, and a 2 to 3 week wait is in order, it's important to note that they send Ramen Kits to you. That's deconstructed elements of your ramen, which you then have to heat up and put together. There may be work involved, but the end result is worth it because you get ramen as though it were freshly served in the restaurant itself.
So far, my favorites include their Super Chasu— a meaty ramen that comes with a rich pork broth, springy noodles, and a massive (and I repeat massive) slice of slightly charred, slightly sweet but savory pork. Another fave was their Shoyu— a classic, soy-based ramen with a thinner slice of pork and the same rich broth. The Gyoza is a must-have too. The filling is just like the chasu— savory but with a subtle sweetness. Skin is not thick, and it has that combination of softness on top and a satisfying crunch once you reach the bottom.
Sadly, Quezon City isn't covered by the delivery, but if you live somewhere in Makati, Pasay, Taguig, Pasig, San Juan and Mandaluyong, you're lucky enough to be part of the area. Now, I'm secretly hoping someone will send me noods. Noodles, mind you. Not nudes. Yikes. 🤣
I've eaten here a couple of times and I never understood the hype until I tried their Super Chasu (first picture). It's in the secret menu. The broth was flavorful and creamy. Add a little more chili oil to make it even better. The meat was so tasty and was cooked perfectly—crispy on the sides, tender in the middle. Plus the meat comes in a big portion, I wasn't even able to finish it. This is a bit more expensive tho than the rest. It's Php 560.
Giving it a 4.5 rating though because I believe they could improve on the noodles. Make it softer. Or give the customers the option how they like their noodles like in other ramen places.
Their gyoza is good too!
The other ramen we had is Miso Ramen. The broth tastes almost like the Super Chasu's except it has a more veggie taste. The chunks of meat were superb.
This place had so much hype when it opened and up until now, people would line up just to get in.
I've tried their Shio Ramen and I realized why people are willing to wait just to eat here. Everything about the ramen was perfect, and it's fun to see the staff doing their thing and magically creating your food in front of you.
Downside is that since there's always a queue outside , it felt like I had to rush eating my meal as well. So as to give others their chance to eat too 😅. The place is too small for the crowd who wants to dine, hopefully they could expand.
Serving is small for the price. If you compare it to other Ramen houses, their serving portion is a bit small, which is okay, at least I can finish it all and crave for more 😅.
Been eyeing the place for years but always failed to try it as lines were always full! Had the opportunity around January 2020 to finally try it and it didn’t disappoint :) Best ramen ive tried so far and lining up was very well worth it!
Very similar to yushoken.
Broth of shoyu ramen tastes close to a creamy carbonara 😕
The Queue was surprisingly tolerable considering that we went there on Valentine’s day. Not bad. Hahaha! Hands down, the best ramen that I’ve tasted so far. The broth:perfect, the pork:superb, and the noodles: exquisite! Hahaha! The gyoza was yummy too.
OMW! Tsukemen here is legit!🔥
Rich umami broth so yummy.👌💯
Tastes equally as good as the best i had in Fukuoka 🇯🇵(Menya Kanetora level ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐). Extreme bliss in a bowl. 😋
Tsukemen soup is served hot which adds to the enjoyment of noodle dipping.
Will try the spicy next time.
Been to so many ramen places but this is probably the best tasting ramen ever in the metro. Will come back for more for sure!
#R5Reviews : Shoyu Ramen Mendokoro Ramenba
Living up to the hype. Shoyu is one the bestsellers from their Tonkotsu Ramen series. What's in the bowl? The pork bone base is thick and CREAMY (Parang may gatas level Haha). Firm yung noodles. Ready sa hamon ng buhay. Toppings: Mushroom, spring onions, garlic, pepper, and a slice of pork belly. Every sip is rich in flavors! Kung baga sa teleserye, may mga unexpected twists and turns. LOL
The kitchen is right in the center surrounded by the dinning table. So you can have a view of the food being prepared in front of you. Among Nagi and Ipuddo, Mendokoro is a stand out. ITADAKIMASU!
If heaven is a food, then this is it. The best ever!
Worth the wait, as there’s always a long line! One bowl of ramen is already filling! The soup is so rich and the meat is soo good! No need for that gyoza unless you’re extra hungry. Love the Shoyu ramen! but if you want something spicy, I suggest you go for the Tantanmen!
Their ramen is heavenly!! It was a Tuesday night when we went there but the place was still jam packed! We were really curious why people would line up for it so we decided to wait. We waited for about 30 minutes or so but when we finally got our order.. Man, IT DIDN'T DISAPPOINT. I had Shoyou and my boyfriend had Tantanmen. Both were divine! It was easily one of the best ramen I've ever had. Would definitely recommend!!!
PLACE. I can’t say that I love the set-up of the place but it is unique and gives you the Japanese feels. The only have one table surrounding their inside kitchen. So I kinda am not comfortable sharing the table with too many strangers. But at the same time it’s a good feeling to be sharing one table with lots of strangers.
FOOD was great! Whenever I go to Manila. Me and my partner always see to it to dine here. Legit my favorite ramen! Love the broth, the meat, and everything! Even the gyoza taste heavenly! Damn. Craving while I’m typing this. I just so love their Ramen!
SERVICE. I like the thought that customers had to order and pay up front before and afterwards they give you your number. Then you have to wait to for your number to be called before getting seated. When your seated you give your number to the employees who man where you seated and wait for your food to be served. And Voila! Heaven bowl in front of you.
For me this is still the best ramen in Metro Manila. Their gyoza is also one of the best I've tasted.
The best ramen I've ever tasted. I haven't tried Ippudo in the Philippines though but because my friends were raving about Yushoken (same company as Mendokoro), I decided to have this instead. Mendokoro ramenba 3 times in one week! It never fails to satiate me. I like the shoyu ramen more than the miso ramen but both are outstanding!

Undoubtedly one of, if not the best ramen my taste buds ever touched!!
Ordered the Tan Tan Men, and i completely forgot where am I---- just kept on eating my ramen. It has just the right amount of mouth watering creamy flavor, and the warmth that every ramen-lover craves for!!
You might want to consider the time when you go there though, because it gets too crowded, especially at Friday payday, weekends, dinner time --- or actually most of the time! 😋 But i suggest you come at around 2 or 3pm on a weekday.
Staffs are also friendly and attentive to customer's needs☺️
I have put off eating at Mendokoro since queuing for a meal is not exactly my thing. With far less
crowd on a holiday afternoon, I finally got to try Mendokoro’s spicy tantanmen. I must admit that it is the best I have ever had so far here in Mamila.well worth the wait! And best eaten with ice cold beer and a side of gyoza.
THE BEST RAMEN EVER!!
I'm from Marikina and I never get tired to go to BGC just to have my ramen at Mendokoro. I love how the staff treat their customers as if they never get tired at all whilst providing the service we deserve without of course compromising the food.
I just wanted to say that was an amazing Christmas Dinner & was alone! I tried Ramen Yushoken in Cebu and had Tantanmen and it blew my mind, and that’s why I had to come back. Turns out the one they had in BGC is called Mendokoro.
Super Chasu! - Off the menu Special Ramen! Bursting with flavors! Love the smokiness of the meat and the broth is creamy with a hint of spiciness to it. The noodles were thick just how I love it. A must try! (P.S, felt bad & sad coz I wasn’t able to finish all the meat and broth, I was too full!)
Gyoza! - Honestly, I love Gyoza a lot, I like that it has that perfect pan-fried bottom, just wasn’t expecting the skins to be so lumpy that every time I take a bite, it falls down haha but Gyoza’s supposed to be slippery at the top. Nonetheless, I like the seasoning and it tastes good.
Aji Tamago - Not bad for an 80 pesos egg. So delicate & smooth, melts like butter on your mouth!
All in all, it was a worth it 800+ meal! Would love to come back and devour the other ones! ❤️
Craved for some ramen so decided to spend Christmas day at Mendokoro Ramenba. I always go for the simple shio ramen and tried their BGC branch for a change. Gyoza was good as always! Mendokoro has definitely perfected their version of their gyoza. Ramen was rich and hearty as well, except that I found their chashu a bit on the salty side that day. Still good though 👍🏻
I love Mendokoro Ramenba. It seems like one of the pinnacles of ramen here in Manila which is why the lines outside the restaurant are always long. We got there a little earlier (5:30p) so the bar wasn’t so crowded. I ordered the Shoyu ramen and the gyoza. The shoyu had a tasty creamy broth and the noodles were perfectly firm. The tonkatsu pork was very tender and delicious. The gyoza seemed to break apart while being dipped in the sauce but I was ok with it. They still tasted fine. I’ve tried the branch in Makati and the BGC branch is just as good. Give it a try!
Fourth time and this ramen bar never fails to disappoint. The thick chashu of this off-menu item is not for the fainted heart. It may seem little, but the other side of this perfectly torched meat with pretty scorch marks is almost an inch of pork — so soft that it breaks using a chopstick with minimal effort. The broth is creamy and filled to the brim with flavor. The noodles though, is not what I generally prefer. I like the traditional thin egg noodles, not an udon’s half brother.
Gyoza is perfect, as always: a well-balanced mix of one-sided crisp, with a properly seasoned filling paired with a soy based sauce. Don’t forget to add a few drops of the chili oil by the bar to the sauce for a slight kick.
Best Ramen in Metro Manila for me so far.
We went here on a Sunday and waited for 30 minutes, but it was so worth it. We ordered the Shoyu and Tantanmen ramen with aji tamagos on the size and a three piece gyoza. I loved the texture and flavor of the Shoyu ramen although the noodles were thicker than what I prefer. The chasu was veey flavorful and tender. The tantanmen ramen also had a good spicy kick. The gyoza was a showstopper too, perfectly cooked and nicely seasoned. The serving was enough for me not to get 'umay' too.
You want to know why this place is always crowded? It’s because they have the best ramen. I went back here to try their tsukemen and it did not disappoint. It was so flavorful and I can’t even finish it (I was so full 🤣) Price was worth it. Gyoza was also good. Best to go here, afternoon weekends or 2-3hrs before closing time sunday 😉
Absolutely deserves a 5 in my book! If you can get a better Miso Tonkotsu please let me know. Everything about their Miso Tonkotsu is just great! Smoky, chunky soft pieces of pork, firm and chewy noodles, bamboo shoots and spring onions to provide texture and a yummy, creamy broth. Heavenly!
Gyoza is melt-in-your-mouth!
The tonkotsu broth is a little too rich and heavy, but the gyoza are some of the best in the area. I would say it isn't worth he long crazy lines, but if the lines are short for the day I would recommend giving it a try.
Mendokoro Ramen - what can i say? You have shamelesy put any Ramen Restaurant in Tokyo and in Metro Manila. The Ramen here is just phenomenal. Need I say more? The broth is just out of this world. The noodles are proper, firm and tasty (not floury in taste). The chashu is very tender, juicy and creamy. The lines are long though so you may need to wait for some time to get seated. But once your seated, service is fast. The interiors are very modern and functional.

Not really a ramen person and this is the only second restaurant i tried for ramen. After eating here, i don't think i will look for another ramen restaurant, we had to wait to be seated but its worth it. Also, i really love how they have training chopsticks ready, i initially asked for a fork and they didn't have one😅 I ordered Shoyu and it was really delicious, i als had a sip of my friend's Tan Tan Men (mild spicy), and it was delicious too, i'm not really into spicy foods but i think tan tan men is okay for me :) overall, i jus really loved their Shoyu ❤️🥰 Will definitely come back again!
My photos don’t give justice to all the good food I enjoyed 😅 but here we go, let’s review my orders.
Super Chashu is part of their not-so-secret secret menu cause it’s not in their menu board but I’ve been reading all about it here in Zomato. It’s a shoyu-based ramen with a huge slice of chashu that’s soft enough to effortlessly tear apart with chopsticks. Everything tasted really great but all ramen are salty so it goes without saying that this is a salty meal. In terms of saltiness, the broth and the noodles were actually just right but it’s the pork that is borderline too salty for me, especially halfway through. Nevertheless, I think this bowl is worth its price at P550 and I’d recommend it to all you ramen fans out there. 🙌🏻
Additional Aji Tamago costs P80 and I think that’s a bit steep for an egg but what is ramen without aji tamago? 😅 I just had to order and I’m happy that it’s nothing but perfect.
Saving the best for last! If I’m coming back to Mendokoro, it’ll be for their gyoza. The wrap is silky soft and the meat is super savory (not salty!). And to me, that’s the best! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Definitely the best ramen in Manila. The pork was so perfectly tender and tasty, the soup is very rich in flavour.
I went there on a Saturday night. Had to wait for about 15 minutes to get a table and 25 more minutes for my dinner to be served. So, the stories you have probably heard about the queue are true, but it was totally worth it. My Miso Ramen was awesome!
BEST RAMEN AND GYOZA IN PH!
The hype is real and justified 😂 My gosh, the best ramen in Manila! Ichiran is still no. 1 for me but in Manila this definitely takes the crown. I loved the shoyu ramen and gyoza we ordered. Cannot wait to try their other dishes.
We went here on a weekday holiday thinking it wouldn't be so packed but we were wrong 😂 BUT we waited for only around 20 minutes so it still wasn't so bad. Can't wait to go back!
To the Mendokoro owner/s: PLEASE EXPAND! We need you to accommodate more than 21 people at a time. Hahaha.
FOOD:
All ramen we've ordered were served in a big bowl with the same tasty but overwhelming broth which cause some umay factor. I noticed on the same line of eaters that they didn't finish the soup. The difference are the toppings and the flavoring they mix with it. Also, they used the same firm noodles.
Tantanmen 3/5
We asked the cashier her recommendation for a spicy ramen. She told us that this ramen is the one. Broth is too thick for our liking. This bowl lacks something we cant figure out. Also, it was not spicy.
Secret Menu Ebi Tonkotsu 4/5
It has the same overwhelmingly thick and creamy broth then they mixed it with some shrimp broth. Topped with kani, squid rings, small scallops, two medium sized shrimps and a bird's eye chili.
Gyoza 5/5
Three plump gyozaaaa. It has a light flavor, yet it is filling.
PLACE:
You can see how they cook and handle your order, so you have the guarantee of freshness and cleanliness. Place is jampacked ever on non peak hours.
PRICE: 3/5
A little overboard for the price. One slices tamago cost 88 pesos. It is just soft boiled egg with no seasoning added. So a little disappointed on this part.

First time here! I know - better late than never. I’ve tried Yushoken in Molito though but that was years ago. I was discouraged by the “horror” stories I heard about waiting in line for hours but we went here for merienda and we waited for maybe just 10-15 minutes to get seats. Maybe that’s the trick, go off-peak hours though they were still packed at the time but turnover is fast and they have an efficient waitlist system. You order and pay first and then you’re given a number.
We ordered the off menu Super Chashu Ramen, Tantanmen Ramen and 5 pieces of Gyoza. Everything was good, rich, tasty and filling. Pricey? Yes. Worth it? Yes.
Wish they served rice though, LOL! I want to pair it with the gyoza and the chashu hehe.
Loved it so much! I’ve always preferred thick and creamy broth for ramen. Wish they open a branch in the north soon 🤞🏻
Lunch time and it was packed in Mendokoro Ramenba (BGC branch). I ordered Super Chashu Ramen as recommended by my friend. We waited for 20-30 mins before we got our seats. Guess what?!? It's worth the wait!! The ramen was so delicious and toothsome. Very authentic Japanese Ramen since I've been to Japan. I would love to go here again - will visit this restaurant once a week.

I loved their off-menu 'Super Chasu Ramen' (550php)! I've been to Japan for few times and I can confirm that this ramen is at par with some of the good tasting ramens in Japan but their serving was not as much as what was being served in Japan. Still, it's really good! Their Gyoza (200php for 5 pieces) is also great but expensive for me since I'm a fan of cheap but good quality food! If money is not a problem or you wanted to try it out, you will love Super Chasu Ramen! Also, It's better to visit Mendokoro duting off-peak hours like 3pm-6pm to avoid long lines. Enjoy eating! 😊
#mendokoro #superchasuramen #ramen #gyoza
Me and my colleagues tried one of the best ramen places in metro, and I can say that this is already at par with other ramen places in Japan. Waited 10 minutes in queue for late dinner, I ordered Gyoza and Shio ramen. Shio has a neutral-salty flavor that is really suitable for everyone's tastebuds and perfect for first timers who wanted to try out this resto. Its broth is also rich and has a creamy taste. The pork in it is tender yet bursting with flavors. The noodle is also firm and great. And how can I forget the gyoza, it lives to their promise as their crowned best selling side dish. It never failed me! Been craving for ramen these past few days and this restaurant satisfied my cravings :)
If you're a foodie like me who's not a stranger in the exchange of ideas and places to dine on social media, I'm pretty sure you've come across posts and word of mouth about this "wowza" ramen place at Bonifacio Global City in Taguig.
Accompanied by a handful of foodie friends (OUR FIRST TIME HERE), we arrived at Icon Plaza around 6PM with just 2-3 guests lined up before us (this place is usually packed with diners with long lines especially lunch and dinner time) so we didn't have to wait a long time to have our orders taken.
We ordered 1x EBI TONKOTSU, 1x SUPER CHASHU, 1x SHOYU, 1x SHIO, 4x AJI TAMAGO, 2x 5pc GYOZA. If you're wondering why their menu doesn't show the first two I mentioned, it's because they're part of their "secret" menu. So you have to know to order them, or, you can simply ask the counter for their secret menu items. Do note that Ebi Tonkotsu (or simply, seafood ramen) is served on limited bowls per day, so better come early!
We waited roughly 15 minutes to be seated, and boy this is not your usual ramen house with square/round tables and seats, but rather an oval-shaped shared table with an open kitchen in the center - hence the name "Mendokoro" which means shared table. So make sure you're okay dining with little space between each chair. After waiting 15 minutes to be seated, we waited another 20 minutes for our orders to be served. Here's my unbiased review for each item we ordered (of course I tried every bowl hehe)
AJI TAMAGO (Ramen Egg) - Softboiled to perfection. Their custard-like yolk was both salty and sweet, and after mixing them to our ramen, they added so much flavor and richness.
GYOZA - Definitely one of the best in the metro. They were delicious and bursting with flavors. You'll surely order one (or two) more plates - because we did lol
EBI TONKOTSU - Seafood heaven! the super thick broth was perfectly seasoned and topped with generous portions of fresh squid, crab sticks, scallops, and shrimps. (not sure if there's more) I've never tried seafood ramen before, but now I know where to go if I'm craving for one.
SHIO - My #2 favorite! (by far) This ramen's base is salty-sweet, and it totally works! not the thickest broth, but not thin either. It's just the right amount you'd finish till the last drop - guaranteed (at least we did, haha)
SHOYU - Almost the same taste as Shio, same creamy and milky base, but this one has soy sauce. I still prefer Shio if you're only choosing between Shio and Shoyu. Trust me on this, Shio is better!
SUPER CHASHU - My #1 favorite! (by far) and it's not called SUPER for nothing! you'll get a soy-based with a humongous circular-shaped chashu that's so thick and tender, you'll want to eat it all at once but save them at the same time so you'll have more for later lol. This one will cost you a little over a hundred pesos more than the ones on the menu, but it's totally WORTH IT. Get this one guys.
And oh, before I forget, NO TAKE OUTS allowed.
Overall: 10/10 - If you don't mind waiting in line to place your order, waiting to be seated, and more waiting for your actual food, this ramen place is for you. Mendokoro Ramenba can take my money anytime I'm craving for ramen.
I love their ramen. Broth is so flavorful and rich. The noodles has just the right bite to it. Service was ok and waiting time to serve our food was still acceptable. The gyoza was good, too.
I love their shoyu ramen, super chashu ramen and gyoza. I've tried several ramen shops in Japan and I can say that this place does offer good food.
Food is still excellent, as expected from Mendokoro. Knocking off 1 star because service is slower here than at their Salcedo branch. We noticed that they only take the order slips for preparation once the customer is already seated, resulting in an extra 10-20 min wait. For comparison, at the Salcedo branch, they take your order slip before you are called to be seated so the food is prepared ahead of time.
This branch was slightly less crowded than the other one in Makati. It's not too noticeable since there aren't many signs so you might have to really look for it. But once you find their kitchen surrounded by a table you know you're in the right place.
I have always loved Mendokoro and they have never failed to deliver. It's really one of the best ramen places out there. My boyfriend had the super chashu. It was a really big serving of meat and pretty thick too. The broth as usual was amazing and rich. The chilies on top were an excellent addition. I had their gyokai which is my personal favorite. I love how their broth is incredibly rich. It is out of this world. It's my favorite tsukemen around. Everyone should definitely try it. ❤❤
Been here only once or twice (since mas malapit yung isang branch nila). Had their secret ramen (na alam naman ng lahat kung ano yun). Charsiu was really good and ramen broth was really tasty.
What's disappointing was their wait time. Less than 5 minutes I was seated already instead of waiting for long pa. Hehehe.
Highly Recommended!
Love the ramen bar dining experience. The ramen broth was rich and creamy. The noodles were firm and great. The meat was very tender too! Will definitely come back another time.
Their ramen is really really good! It’s our first time to eat here and we really loved it! We’re sure that we will be back again. Also, serving is generous! Some of us we’re so full that they did not finish the bowl 😂 so glad that I was able to satisfy my ramen craving here at Mendokoro!
We ordered Shoyu (soy sauce base broth) and Tantanmen (sesame base broth). Two of their bestsellers which their staff shared. The broth is sooooooooo rich!!!
I have heard mixed reviews about this Ramen place and I really wanted to try it out for myself. The place was packed even on a Saturday afternoon. I was happy that we were able to score seats right after ordering.
I got the Shio Ramen while my friend tried the Shoyu Ramen. It looks good and appetizing. The first few bites and sips were good, super flavorful. The pork was freaking tender and the char from the grill gave it an extra oomph. When I was trying to finish my bowl, I got that “umay” feeling as the broth was super creamy. It somehow felt like sopas soup but more pork flavor. Don’t get me wrong, it is good. It was just too rich for my liking.
The texture of the noodles was great. I loved it. We did not get to order some gyoza as I was going somewhere after eating here. I think that would be the way to go, gyoza and ramen combination.
Whenever I need my ramen fix, this is always my place. I don't care for the hour-long wait sometimes. The good thing when I ate here 3 days ago, there was no queue during lunchtime.
Tantanmen is very flavorful and rich. Gyoza is freshly cooked. Always fun to see everything in front of you.
One of the best ramen I’ve had! The pork meat was tender and the noodles weren’t soggy!
The wait for a bowl of Ramen is just priceless. I tried the Tonkotsu Shio Ramen which is the original salt base broth. The tender pork belly is cooked to perfection. The soft boiled eggs bring out a burst of flavours to the overall dish. The Gyoza is another must try dish.

ate there yesterday with friends and this place did not disappoint.
the line was pretty long and we had to wait a while to eat but at least we had place to sit while we wait.
we had the gyoza and tzukemen.
the noodles are fim and had nice mouthfeel.
the broth was rich and really flavorful. the aji tamago was just perfect.
one thing I liked about them is you can request a set of chopsticks rigged to be easier to use for chopstick newbies...kinda like a bicycle with training wheels.
overall, we had a great time there and the service is good.
would definitely go back there to eat again.
