serves down right damn great burgers! Both patty and bun are of great quality. Their skinny fries are so fun to eat! When you need a burger to comfort you, this is the place to go to. And, please, use your hands!!!
Excellent bacon cheeseburger (Carlo's burger patties are well-balanced, beefy, juicy, fatty, yet not at all greasy), addictive chocolate milkshake (try it with a shot of Kahlua), onion rings...the spaghetti with meatballs is damn good too. Love it.
The best burger joint in town!
Say hello to Boutique Burger Kitchen located at the Fort Strip! This place takes their burgers seriously, so expect to find pretty great ones here. After all, BBK is owned by Chef Carlo Miguel.
For those who don't know, Chef Carlo Miguel is also the man behind Draft and Brewery. So if you're a fan of those restaurants, you will definitely enjoy BBK, too!
BBK has a 50's retro diner feel to it. There is attention to every single detail, which I completely love.
We were also told that a lot of the memorabilia displayed come from the chef's personal collection. Cool, right?

Chef Carlo Miguel shook the Burger game to it's core when he opened his brainchild, Boutique Burger Kitchen early last year. Being the Burger aficionado that I pride myself in being, I immediately added it to my list of burgers to try. . And I was happy to discover an array of burgers so amazing, it easily vaulted itself to the elite status of burgers in my book.
I haven’t been dining in the Fort Strip lately, the oldest commercial space in BGC. I was surprised to see this newest spot and instantly decided to try it out. I was quite hungry going in.
Another burger place. So I was thinking will they be able to compete with hundred other serving the American staple? Boutique’s vibe is leaning towards your cool modern diner.
They had a stretch of burger options but I opted to have their Turkey version. The patty was decent and its sauces, barbecue cheese and cranberry flavored ketchup gave it a welcome boost.
I also had their new offering Chili con Carne rice meal. Have I told you before how much I love beans? I loved this bowl for its heightened taste and spice I could handle.
BBK also serves ice cream and your thick milkshakes. I wish I had more room for sweers but had to pass after overloading in carbs.
Loved the Aussie burger here. It was flavorful with its multiple layers of burger toppings. The nachos were good but nothing out of the ordinary.
Their service was superb. We dined outside because we were with our dogs. They gave our dogs water without being asked. :)
For a Riverdale fan, or any classic American diner feels... BBK is the place made for us; it brings me to Pop’s (of Riverdale). The cheese sticks, burgers and coffee are over the top. The price is justified by the taste and serving size. I am speaking for them when I say, “they really have THE best homemade ketchup.”
Dined here for lunch. Service is okay, and not too crowded. Classic cheeseburger is tasty--though I can get a burger in QC of the same quality at a third of its price. Maybe it would be worth the price if it comes with fries and drinks already.

It’s a gloomy Thursday night and it’s that kind of night when you just wanna stop living on this revolving land of the grief - pero syempre joke lang! Well, let’s just say I ain’t feeling great that night; the traffic condition had been “really considerate” and left me running around in circles.
I'm also hungry that time and would want a good food for dinner. I have nothing on my mind but good food - no specific like chicken or curry or what; I just really want to eat out. But upon seeing this newly-opened burger cafe in the classy blocks of Fort Strip, I immediately wanna give this place a try with a friend!
Place is American diner-inspired with some fancy interiors mostly covered in light shades of blue. It has some warm lights which could be an issue when you’re taking photos of your food in flatlay lol.
I decided to try the Chicken Burger while my friend tried their Classic Cheeseburger, and we added Haystack Onions to accompany our burgers. Chicken burger is more than just that Instagrammable look. Big chicken fillet cut that’s been deep-fried till perfectly crispy good, and stuffed together with a few greens and homemade sauce! They really take their burgers seriously ‘cause it’s been great and noteworthy! My friend seemed to like the Classic cheeseburger. The burgers are cooked medium, and then covered in their special Hokkaido milk buns, with some greens and special ketchup!
Another thing I’ve tried that night was the Peanut Butter ice cream for 90 pesos! I really like that the ice cream tastes pretty much like the famous Presto creams cookie sandwich Peanut butter flavor. Some might find it nothing really special but I thought the other way around because I really like Presto creams!
Aside from great and tasty burgers, they also have some lunch meals and some “adults-only” stuff like beer and wine. A well-deserved 5-star rating, in my opinion.
We were looking for a not-so crowded place to chill at Fort and eventually saw this restaurant. I immediately fell inlove with the interior since it looks like a diner where you can find your "booth" and enjoy a milkshake just like in the 2 Broke Girls series or Riverdale 😋 We had the Turkey Burger (super tasty!👌🏻), Onion Rings and Fish & Chips (both are average) and their craft soda. Moreover, I think they need to improve their plating to make their food more appetizing and instagrammable.

Not only do they serve best quality dishes, they also have homemade products such as homemade craft sodas , ice cream and yummy scrumptiously mouth watering burgers , shakes and more. I guarantee you that once you've tried it you would like to go back often. Not only do they serve quality dishes but they also have the finest and nice relaxing ambience.
