Food was GREAT but I wish they also serve pepper and garlic for roasting 😔😔😔 staff were attentive. And the view of the lake wasssss superrrrb. Definitely coming back once we hit up Tagaytay again. 💜
Got to eat here with my cousins and aunts, it was a nice experience. Their meat was good 👍🏻 we didnt get to eat here with a view thought because it was already late at night, but their food is great tho! Loved the japchae. Their service is fast too except that we waited for about 20-30 mins to get our seats.
Quick service, above average samgyeopsal, wide variety of sides, very accessible, and amazing view. Overall, a great place to eat. I’d come back and recommend this place for sure.
Get full for 499 pesos! All sides, drinks, rice, lettuce, pork and beef plus the bonus taal view.
Not so satisfied with chapchae (near spoilage), good thing per table has its own buzzer and just press it for any refill request.
We were 5 and occupied 2 tables with griller each. The other griller is not functional and provided us another griller that is also not grilling well.

Mr. Kimchi is my absolute new favorite KBBQ spot in Tagaytay. Their unlimited options are so worth it for 500 pesos. Although there are a growing variety of unlimited bbq in the area, Mr. Kimchi stands out because of their meat quality. I love that their meat are sliced in perfect bite size and cut thin enough that it doesn’t dry up easily.
Their location is top notch too compared to the others. They have a great view of Taal Volcano and they have a big spacious dining hall. It’s an amazing spot for family, groups, and date nights. Service and accommodation is also 5/5. The unlimited drinks are always full and they come by every now and then to check if we need anything refilled. Cooking materials and entire restaurant are the cleanest compared to others.
They also have ala carte items which are served generously as well. They also have a choice of authentic soju to make the experience even more legit, plus Korean ice cream for dessert to end an amazing meal. I’ll definitely be coming back 100%!
Staff are very accommodating.. It's nice to stay outside because of the view but after a couple of minutes, there's a lot of different bugs that will make you wish you stayed inside lol. I liked the food though. 👍
This place is in my top 5 fave korean restaurants located in the south. The unli beef and samgyupsal only costs Php 500 and it comes with unli banchan too (eggrolls, kimchi, lettuce and japchae). The banchan tastes authentic and the rest of the items in the menu are very affordable. Good and fast service too plus the place is neat. Definitely coming back next time.
