First bite of sisiglaw was extraordinarily delicious...indeed a must try menu. Then came the next dishes; tawilis super crunchy from head to tail, siglo salad unique and healthy organic vegies...first time to eat pipinito, lastly the kare kare... I thought it was good for 1-2 persons, I was wrong! I think it was good for four . It was one of unforgetable Fridates that my Tart and I will never forget..."best Fridate ever!" Definetly will try other food in the menu on our next visit. Thank you very much for the unexpected joyful food experience and the warm welcome and assistance of all the staff.

We first discovered Siglo when we stayed at View Park Hotel and had a vacation last Oct. The breakfast is great especially the coffee. But we never eat at their resto. On our last day upon checkout, we decided to eat lunch at Siglo. And omg!! ... we could have missed a lot if we didn't try Siglo... we tried all of their best sellers and we enjoyed everything...the food is so good to the last bite with very reasonable price...
We came back again yesterday and tried other dishes.. and still enjoy...the chef and crew are still very warm and fondly remember us...thank you Sir Rico and Vlad...we highly recommend Siglo Modern Filipino Cuisine!!!! We'll definitely comeback whenever we are in Tagaytay...see you again soon..
Tues night kmi napadaan & luckily, WALANG TAO. Solo namin yung place so super nakkarelax talaga. Anyways, super happy tummy talaga kami lahat. Service is gud also. Value for money 👌🏻

Sent an inquiry to Siglo's IG account regarding a reservation for weekend. I got a response and was able to make a reservation. I was contacted again by a staff on the day of reservation for confirmation.
When we arrived, the tables are set up. I ordered and the food was served afterwards. I loved the Bulalo, Sisig, and Bam-I among all the food that we ordered. We enjoyed dining here not only because of the food but also because of the ambiance and the staffs.
Would love to visit again to try their desserts and drinks. Appreciate the cupcakes given to the birthday celebrants. Kudos to Siglo Modern Filipinos' chefs and staffs. Keep up the good work. 🌹

Been passing by here for a couple of times already and last weekend we decided to have our late lunch here. My husband got curious as the place looked like it served good authentic Filipino dishes. True enough they did have alot of good food! We ate outside so werent really able to see the inside however it is also a hotel. The place looks great! Not only do they serve food, they also sell filipino pasalubongs such as filipino souvenirs, home made sauces etc..they were even selling Fresh and organic fruits and vegetables for very good price. Petchay, 1 kilo of sayote at 30 pesos and i think papayas... they have excellent service as well!

We tried the turon ala mode and maruja with coffee jelly. The presentation was nice. The taste was quite good. The service was superb, and the staff was really friendly. I just hope their pricing a little more affordable. But at any rate, it is worth the try

Food - 4/5
Ambiance - 5/5
Service - 5/5
Went here for Saturday dinner and there was a live band playing.
Food was really good and affordable.
Recommended:
- Siglo bulalo (solo, P280): served really hot and has an additional flavor (couldn't identify what it is) compared to other bulalos we've tried. Solo size is definitely good for 2. The meat was really tender and soup came with banana and corn.
- Aligue rice (P195): you can really taste the aligue and butter (?) on the rice!
- Crispy sisig (P280): not the usual sizzling sisig. A lot of crispy pork belly meat in it.
Two thumbs up to the server who prevented us from ordering a bigger sized bulalo.
The View Park Hotel is conveniently located a few meters away from the picnic groove and the Our Lady of Manaoag Shrine. It is also near convenience stores which comes in quite handy when you find yourself needing an item in a pinch.
The food was delicious and I recommend trying their Kare kare which is the best one I’ve had in my life. Their Laing is also a must if you like spicy food. They also have a variety of rices to choose from which are all very tasty. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. The quality of food and service is a steal considering the price. Also, if you stay in the hotel, they come with complementary breakfast and I recommend the tapa and longganisa. I would highly recommend anyone in the area to visit this cafe and try the Kare kare
Siglo Modern Filipino served our delicious buffet lunch during the recently concluded Sustainable Dining talk facilitated by the environmental group, WWF. We had Sinampalukang Manok, Poqui Poqui, Fish Fillet and Inihaw na Liempo. For dessert, their firm yet creamy Leche Flan. Pineapple Juice was served. I enjoyed the Poqui Poqui the most, grilled skinless eggplant mixed with ground meat, tomatoes and onions. Simple yet very flavorful because of the cooking process. It paired nicely with the inihaw na liempo. The Sweet and Sour Fish Fillet was so light i hardly tasted the fish, i believe they used Dory fish fillet. The sinampalukang manok was perfect for the Tagaytay rain outside, imagine partaking spoonfuls of this sour soup, alternating with vegetable and chicken while enjoying the view of rain outside. It was just a nice way to have it. Overall, it was a pleasant lunch, we also get to immediately practice what we learned during our sustainable dining talk. They was hardly any food waste because everyone finished all of the food on their plate. Recommended place to visit when in Tagaytay.
The best Chicken Binakol! Very nice theme wherein you get to eat all the specialties of different places in the Philippines. Plus they offer mini puzzles and crosswords while customers are waiting for the food. That was brilliant 😁
