The kare kare is absolutely to die for. Very very good with think rich peanut sauce. And the bagoong has the perfect mix of saltiness. I just wish they serve more meat for sharing 🙈

One of our fave restos in Tagaytay. Our family have eaten here numerous times either for family celebrations or just when we are craving for their crispy adobong pusit calamares and fried garlic rice. Food prices are very affordable too for the delicious taste and servings. ❤️

Pamana is great for a family lunch out. They have lutong bahay / authentic Filipino meals that will remind you of your mom's cooking back in the days. We tried Bicol Express and Kare-Kare, which are both good. PS: the view from the balcony is amazing!

They also have a branch in Makati (along Perea St.)

Gosh! Everything here is the best! We started with the Palitao as appetizer, which is the bomb. We ordered some the "putok batok" dish they had which is the crispy pata and sizzling litid. It was definitely good! The sinigang na baka was very maasim which I love. The only downside was we were seated beside the stairs and the dirty kitchen was behind our table. We would see scurrying staffs bringing dirty dishes to and fro our side which was very bothersome to our group.

Nilaga and Crispy Adobo Pusit were both superb. Hope to try more from their menu soon. We requested for the vacant seat in the garden at ground floor but the lady took us to second floor, which was windy that night. I guess the table was reserved(?) Anways, this place is recommended for big groups and family events. Cozy ambiance too.

This place was more of a repurposed house to a restaurant which was a good idea. We were not able to dine near the view of the tagaytay volcano view due to a reservation made though it was not big deal to me.

Price point was for me not that justificable though I understand restos like this tend to bump up theor prices due to location. Food tastes good though it makes me think how it was prepared since I saw a small cockroach in the firts table where we were seated. Ventilation was also not good if you are seated overlooking the parking area. Nevertheless, this resto is accessible for tourists who just commutes around since it is just in front of Ayala mall.

My only complaint was that I think they have to improve their cleanliness since I requested to move to another table due to the presence of a small cockroach. There were also tissue papers lying underneath the dining tables when we were there.

One of the reasons why I've always wanted to try Pamana is I wanted to enter the beautiful vintage restaurant. The ambiance is really great as we were seated in a balcony overlooking Taal. We ate here on a small group so we didn't get to try many dishes but we ordered their crispy baby squid, kansi, and kare-kare. All of these taste great! I especially love the kansi! Will definitely go back here to try more of their dishes.
