Hermana is Consistent!
Manager Ryan, staff Camille and Kenneth and Chef RJ are always on hand to provide a satisfying and sumptuous dining experience! We come here regularly and never tire of their dishes!
Fresh lumpia is delightful, crab omelette, pansit and crispy pata plus mais con hielo and other yummy desserts! Prices are reasonable and portions are good.
They offer a lunch buffet for only 299 - yes all you can eat!
Good and cozy place. Ideal for family gatherings..Accommodating staff... Love the buffet..especially the pancit, pakbet and coffee jelly.. Good music :) individual orders are not that pricy. Will be back! :)

A bit pricey but the flavor of Filipino dishes have been stepped up. The place itself is neat and clean. Wouldn't recommend though for family occasions since the space is very limited. Nevertheless it was worth it.

Expansive menu and new manager, Ryan Mojica, is definitely a professional. He listens attentively to how you want your food prepared, omits ingredients that you don't care for and those that could trigger one's allergies. It's rare to find a filipino restaurant that can actually perform this service because most dishes are already pre-mixed. He is a hands-on manager and remains calm even during the lunch and dinner rush. Thanks to him Hermana opens on time and everything is in order. Looking around, I've observed that customers are satisfied with their orders and leave content.
The restaurant is sparkling clean and tastefully decorated. Restroom is clean and odor free. There are 2 big screen TVs and when the restaurant opens at 10:00 am before the lunch rush, you can even pick a movie. Dishes are all appetizing and delectable. We have been eating at Hermana Serin since it opened and it remains one of our weekly rounds.
Nice to meet you Ryan Mojica --- you rock dude!
I like the place and ambiance. Food is good. Will try other menu on our next visit. A recommended place with you are on a budget. Not too expensive compared to other restaurants.
This restaurant in Tagaytay serves Filipino cuisine, not only great for balikbayans and for entertaining foreign guests, but also for locals who would want to have traditional Filipino comfort food. ✔ perfect for coffee lovers. ✔ cool and cozy place. ✔ Cash and Cards accepted. ✔ own restroom
was looking for a quick bite for merienda, but when papa and i saw the big menu outside Hermana’s resto w/ this tahong soup picture on it, we were sold! the soup was hearty and boy was it delicious and fresh! while the other parties were cooling off w/ the restos’s crushed iced treats, papa and i were chowing down on the seashells and warmly cozying up to the love this soup brought on. it’s just a simple dish, but it packed an impression that i will forever remember! sarap!
For a Filipino restaurant located at a mall, this one actually beat my expectations. The food is great and the serving is generous. Their signature binagoongan verde takes the cake. I always order an extra side of green mango purée because it just balances out the saltiness of the dish. I’m not reall the biggest fan of fusion food but this dish is something I come back to over and over. Their oyster Sisig is also good, although it can be on the salty side. The leaching kawali is also quite generous with more meat than fat.

The food in Hermana taste really good and value for money. We'll definitely go back for their Maliputo (rare fish that can only be found in Taal Lake!), Binagoongan Verde and talonganisa! Something new and delicious! Hope they could get a place with Taal view to complete the Tagaytay experience 😊😊😊
We tried the Binagoongang Verde (kasi ayon sa reviews must try daw), and masarap nga sya! To the point that we ordered 2!? And apat lang kami kumain! Hehe
Will definitely go back. :)
