I lost my wallet as I write this review.. when I came back to the restaurant. The waiters still kept my lost wallet. They saved my journey back to Makati!! Very wam service!!
Went to Skyranch at night with the family and decided to have our dinner at Uncle Cheffy. Bulalo tastes good, servings is good for sharing though for the group 2 items where not available but we have been offered an alternative which we also enjoyed. We had to order additional rice to finish off the ulams. Sulit sa bulsa, sakto s panlasa, busog sarap na din. I might visit other branches to compare the service and food quality.
Will definitely visit again other branch with the family.
The food here is very delicious especially the bulalo and the ambiance and the weather is very nice, the serving of bulalo is good for 2-4 people it is a little bit of pricey but I am tellinh you it is worth every penny. We are planning to spend our holidays in tagaytay and we will surely comeback in this restaurant.

I'll be subtle in giving out my five star rating since Ive only dined here once and I'm not actually blown away by the food but I'm beyond satisfied with their group meals especially if you are in a budget so I selected the 695 bar line hahaha good for 3 to 4 (were 4 in the group so its perfect!) it includes:
-Rice (its okay-average)
-Laing (laing tastes like pinangat, its so sarap haha)
-Vigan's Bagnet (Crispy and its okay but not the legit vigan style anyhow it tastes good)
-Inihaw na Pusit (2pcs) [actually its of medium size its kind a big so I was surprised, it also taste good :) but JT's is still my No.1 choice]
-Iced Tea (a resounding okay)
-Gelatine (is nice)
Service of food is actually fast and they are approachable really nice so that is definitely a plus. The place is alright but kind a old looking na despite the fact that it only started a few years pa lang. Also may mga langaws sad yun pero manageable naman I guess nakapasok lang sila haha so okay lang yun :) Didnt have a lot of pictures cause Im soo hungry na we'll be back for sure! Or will try the branches here in Manila :* Busog lusog kna sa halagang 175.00 :) haha
We came to Uncle Cheffy for their angus beef pizza and we were not dissapointed. However, its noticeable that there is a slight variation of taste according to branch. We've visited Malolos and BGC branches as well. So far, BGC branch nailed it
Had lunch here. Ordered their ribs, lechon kawali and bulalo (we're in tagaytay and this dish is a must LOL). Serving was HUGE! Yummy food!
Will definitely try other food in their menu.

Me and my friends had lunch at Uncle Cheffy when we were in Tagaytay last March. Uncle Cheffy is a fusion cuisine restaurant. Along side with Uncle Cheffy is Kuse which is a Filipino cuisine restaurant. We ordered kare-kare and crispy pata from Kuse and their famous All Meat Barbecue platter from Uncle Cheffy. The restaurant has a nice homey/cozy vibe perfect for family gatherings.
Their kare-kare is delicious. The vegetables were not over cooked. You can tell that the vegetables used were fresh.
Their crispy pata is the bomb. I love that it's lightly seasoned. It is so crispy and flavourful.
The all meat barbecue platter was ok. It is a combination of chicken leg, lamb breast, beef and pork ribss served with a sweet and spicy BBQ sauce, chimichurri and tomato salsa.
In terms of price, its affordable because of the good food and serving.
The place was nice and cozy and the food was good but I was expecting more but overall it was good. The salad was good but I was expecting it to be more fresh and crunchy. The service was okay too.
Love their best seller Roasted Chicken Maurico. ♥ plenty of servings per order. I just hope they have a menu for hot drinks such as hot choco especially for this Christmas season.
