One of the best in Bicol. A must try for those who love Japanese food with the touch of Bikolanos taste. This is such a nice place for family, friends and loved ones to visit. The place is creatively painted, service and crews that are superb and of course the ever beautiful and humble owner Chef Aya that gives a perfect all-in-one wonderful experience at Ishiaya Garden Bistro.
