Cheesy and madami yung serving, good for 2pips

Malalaman mo talaga sa lutong and lasa na fresh yung veggies nila

🍽LUMPIANG SARIWA -10/10
Grabe laki nitong lumpia na to. Nakakagulat. Pati presyo magugulat ka sa sobrang mura.

🍽CAPPUCCINO - 8/10

Sarap mag stay ng matagal and namnamin yung food. Napansin ko lang, madaming tao sa tanghali.. 🙂

Cecil's Cafe is NOT in Tagaytay. It is along 420 Santa Rosa- Tagaytay Road. Part of municipality of Silang in Barangay Puting Kahoy 4118.

Food here is cooked fresh. This place is not open Mondays and holidays. No WIFI, so you better bring someone you fancy talking to for hours. It is so sad seeing couples who dine here who does not even talk to each other or smile.

If you are super hungry, order these for quick chow:

Mango Date Squares(sweets first is allowed)
Chips and Dill Dip
