Hands down, The Red Bar serves the best cocktail in town, try the many signature drinks like the grape tasting Purple Rain and Pink Saturday ( like a mandarin cosmo) both yummy!!! If you’re with friends, the barkada pitcher cocktails are a good deal!!! Beer here is ice cold, no need for ice! Pulutan, try the Original Red Bar wings, American Style, not sweet! If you’re brave, try the Inferno Wings, super HOT! Crispy sizzling sisig, Crispy Pata, nachos, Crispy Calamares and onion rings are just some of my favorites. Save some room for the Must try the homemade ice cream made by boss Christian from scratch. The Ube ice cream is to die for. When in season, he uses fresh Organic Mango, Papaya, and Avocado � from the backyard garden to make his ice cream. Usual available ice cream flavors are ube, vanilla, strawberry � and spicy � strawberry. This place is perfect for dates, birthdays, meetings, reunions, night out with the boys or girls, Wednesdays and Thursdays are ladies’ nights, 20% off � cocktails�. Friday night is Acoustic Night! The Ambiance is perfect, usually chilly, windy, fresh air from Sampaloc Lake, very romantic. This is a hidden gem of San Pablo City!!! Must go!!!

One of my favorite places to eat and drink in San Pablo. Very reasonable prices and an ever growing menu of American favorites and the Red Bar is a definite watering hole in San Pablo City and it sits right "on" Sampolac Lake. Mon, Christopher and staff do a great job of taking care of the customer. Great job guys. See you again soon.
