I must admit im not familiar with Indonesian food. But when Chef Robby Setiawan introduce the Bumbu Bali Chicken, chicken Sate and sambal to name a few im a now a fan! Sate is not just a fine dining in San Nicolas, it has a heart of Ilocos because the Chef combine the local ingredients to make it more authentic. The resto is so cozy that make you feel more comfortable and with the warm welcome of the owner and staff its really a place to be away from home.
