The last time i ate here was years ago... but the place still the same.. 😁 The food taste the same (i like it), fast service and worth the money 👌
Another family favorite! Our Dad was the one who introduced this place to us. You will easily overlook the restaurant because of the interiors but dont ket that keep you from trying their food! Their spareribs rice have been our favorite since elementary! Best paired with their dumplings and siomai.

Dont expect too much with the place since its not that really a welcoming environment however the aroma of beef brooth and some chinese cuisines is really the catapult.
The flavor is excellent and the value for money is their.
Below are what we ordered...can't remember their names but im pretty sure the one with noodles are beef and the one with rice are pork spare ribs...all are must try :)
One of my go-to comfort food meal when in Greenhills. It still tastes the same after all these years. Perfect with their chili garlic sauce and ice cold Coke!
Haven’t ate here for the longest time, so we decided to give it another try. Ordered my all time favorite Beef Brisket rice together with the Fish Tofu rice, taro puff and radish cake. Everything tasted good! We were lucky to be seated immediately for after a while a queue was forming outside the restaurant. One setback is that I have to ask for water for about 4 times before it was served. Though it is quite understandable considering the number of their customers. My affair with Le Ching has been rekindled and would be looking forward to more visits to this restaurant!
I don't know if it's just me, but I think most people my age have eaten or at least heard of Le Ching. Not for me, though, and my first time here was with 2 of my officemates.
Upon their recommendation, I ordered rice with hakaw. I added some buchi as well, since I haven't had any since I started boycotting Jollibee Food Corporation.
I liked the affordability of the food, especially considering the amount. The hakaw was delicious! Very shrimpy, too, and not all wrapper. The chili helped me finish my rice, since there was A LOT of rice there. I had to take out the buchi in the end, but man those were some really good sesame balls. I just wish that I brought reusable containers or that they hadn't double-wrapped my buchi in plastic. Trying to reduce my waste eh, hehe. Anyway, will definitely visit again and portion better next time so I can just eat my buchi as dine-in. :)
Our go-to place each time we go shopping in GH!

Le Ching was a fave that my mom enjoyed when going to Greenhills back then. We would go after doing some tiangge shopping. I miss those days. I miss my mom. I guees it would be around 15-20 years ago since I last went. Recently, I had a dream about eating there. It made me instantly crave for their food big time, I knew I had to go there.
I was there as soon as their doors opened. The waiter said it would take some time to get things ready, as they just started preparing and cooking the food. And I didn't mind the wait. I sat their alone for a good number of minutes, on reminisced on the visits my family had before. I knew right away what to order without even looking at the menu. I ordered myself the Spareribs Rice and Siomai.
Spareribs Rice - Succulent, fall off the bone, pork rib goodness. Even with toothaches, barely any chewing is needed. Then, dipping it with their awesome garlic-chili sauce, just amps it up more.
Siomai - Nice chunky siomai. Real pork and shrimp--you can actually see full shrimp bodies, and not ones that are mined into bits. One of the best siomais in town! Drown it with soy-calamansi and their garlic-chili sauce... 🤤🤤🤤
Food: 5.0 - Really excellent Chinese food! Their quality hasn't changed in over the years. The classics never die!
Price: 5.0 - Very doable prices. The rice toppings can actually be good for 2, if you have a small appetite or if you order multiplr dishes and share with others.
Service: 5.0 - Friendly service. Staff is very accommodating, all smiles.
Ambience: 5.0 - The vibes are very old school. Minimal changes have been made over the years. Old school charm is a plus here. 😊
I will surely come back soon and not allow years to pass by. Still craving for a few other dishes like Chicken Mushroom, taro puffs and some noodle soup 🍜.
Ordered crispy spring roll, asado rice, sparibs rice, raddish cake.. all food taste good except for sparibs., Too salty.. i think they change the sparibs over the years.. cause the meat is darker than before..
If you’re looking for authenticity I think this is the closest restaurant in Chinese cuisine. Every time we shop or watch movie in Greenhills we always eat here. The price range is not that high, not really expensive. My favorites are spare ribs, hakao and buchi also their chili oil is kinda like home made. Their food is really tasty and the staff is also accommodating in refilling soup for the noodles 😊😊😊 a must try restaurant in Greenhills! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I did not hesitate to meet up with a friend in Greenhills because I know i will get chance to eat at Le Chings. The spareribs so so tasty And tender. Id you add their amazing chili garlic, it will blow you away. The siomai is also delicious and chunky. The Hakaw shrimp dumplings are yummy treats. I will be back again soon. Yum!
If millennials go to Korean resto, parents who don't go for the hype but go for a real delightful dining experience go to this old, busy place. Their hakao has a big, juicy, tender shrimp, which is my favorite. I had halo halo congee which is the most flavorful I've tasted so far and each topping has its own good flavor. The beef in the beef brisket rice is soft and delicious. And what I wonder most is that how they make that chili oil super spicy. And when I say super, it means that by a tiny dip, the spiciness is super.
Great food when you want to energize after a long and grueling Greenhills shopping. No other restaurant came to mind, but Le Ching.
Their Spareribs Rice dish did not change much in flavor. It still had that magic that made me become a fan of this place. Pork cuts were tender and juicy. Loved the subtle seasoning that went to each pork.
The Halo congee was ok. It had one giant pork ball which I liked. The rice quality was ok and fragrant.
Plus, always put chili garlic on every dish. It's my fave out of all the chili garlic versions out there.
Whenever we go to Greenhills for a badminton session, we occasionally go to Le Ching Tea House bec. we love delicious (and affordable) chinese food after the game. I always love their chicken mushroom rice, dumplings and steamed beef brisket noodles - and the complimentary pot of tea. Yum 🍜
I never thought this tea house serves a lot of fancy Chinese food. We really can't judge the book by its cover. We loved their noodles and rice toppings. Their pork dumplings are also good but the serving is small so it's pricey.
My default lunch place in gh. Whenever i go to gh with my parents, i always say i want le ching for lunch. Mom always says "na naman?!"
Torn between beef brisket rice or noodle soup! 😁
Been a patron of this place since elementary..
But comparing its price range vs other chinese or dimsum place.. i think its just too pricey.. but food is great though..
One of my favourite Chinese resto! I’m always satisfied here since their foods tastes great and it’s not pricey compare to other chinese resto.
When it comes to Spare Ribs Tausi Rice it must be Le Ching! It’s one of my favorite dish of Le Ching. Whenever I’ll go to Greenhills, it must be included in my list.
🐷Spare Ribs Tausi Rice - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5
“This epic and classic dish was si good. It was served tender and flavorful. The sauce blends well with the rice and it’s appetizing.
#ilovetoeatph 😃❤️
Good for lunch. Great teas and Chinese food options. Excellent value, nothing flash here but it does get busy. Just give it a try, simple place for reliable meal
The service was terrible but the food was good. It has been a while since i visited their restaurant and i was shock how high the prices were from way back then but it is all worth it when you try their dimsum and chicken feet
Le Ching! One of my favorite food places in Greenhills.
Here's their Beef Brisket Rice Toppings.
Siksik sa kanin at umaapaw sa laman!
Masarap!
Yung Chili oil, solid!
.
Oops sorry for that rice grain sa taas, halatang tumikim muna bago napicturan. 😅

I like spareribs meal but the place is so narrow and well-crowded. The table is not good to look at because there are many tissues and unused spoon and forks messed up.
I have been hearing good stuff 'bout Le Ching from the foodieverse. ABE | ABEventures has nothing but praises about their Beef Brisket
Rice and the infamous condiment - Chili Garlic.
I aint a fan of Chinese Food but when it comes to Hakao, i am willing to make an exception. I love dem dumplings.
We were having a serious case of the munchies. We drove to Greenhills, endured the long wait time to get a parking slot and speed walked to Le Ching.
Pork Spareribs Rice. Chunks of pork lying atop white rice. The meat is tender and flavorful. This dish will be a gazillion times better when you add an obscene amount of chili garlic and soy sauce.
Hakao. Man, this is a steal at Php 130! You get four pieces of plump dumplings. I love the fact that theirs can easily compete with the big brands. You get quality without spending too much
I shall return, Le Ching.
The smell of Le Ching, can't be denied. It has stood since Greenhills was build several decades ago. Yes, it might smell weird from the outside but the food was still good.
Spareribs Rice and Beef Brisket Rice were both Php198 each. My favorite is the latter part cause it's 2/3 rice and 1/3 viand. Which is the perfect ratio for me plus it's mostly meat.
The siomai (Php130) was expensive though it's small for the price.
Sparerib Rice + Siomai. Must visit when I'm greenhills. After shopping, masarap kumain dito. I think sakto lang naman ang presyo dito. I'm a big fan of Chinese food so winner para saken dito
Le Ching gives me a nostalgic feel since when I was younger, my mom and I always eat here whenever we'd be in greenhills!
Affordable, and still quite good! Fast service too :)
One of the classic Chinese Tea House that should definitely be in your list. :)
I knew this resto back when I still a kid being a Chinese kid myself. I always loved their classic spareribs rice, chicken feet, wanton noodles, and DIMSUM. Just remember that this place is always jam-packed during lunch, so go here earlier if you want to have a decent seat.

Classic Chinese fast food resto ongpin style. Good basic Chinese menu with noodles, rice toppings, dimsum, and congee. Pair your meals with dalandan soda Yummy
Rice bowls were delicious 🍚 ordered spareribs and beef brisket rice bowl, and both were yummy. Also ordered taro puff, and it was one of the worst taro puff i've eaten ☹️ the taro was almost white full of gawgaw so the texture was gummy and weird 👎 Not all the waiters were wearing uniform 🤔 the place could have been cleaner
Been to Le ching several times and my staples are rice bowls, wanton noodles and chicken feet. Rice bowls are their best sellers, there are several variety to choose from, all delicious! I love broth and I like it simple so I always order the wanton noodle soup, but for something special (mean I'm realy hungry) there is this SPECIAL noodle soup that has everything on it! Love it! it is a meal on its own. Big portion, can be shared by 2 person. Lastly chicken feet! yum. there are two Le ching places in Greenhills, so dont get disappointed if its full upon entering. Just a skip, hop and turn another Le ching!
Authentic chinese restaurant! You will be amazed people from all walks coming together to enjoy great chinese food. The waiters do not write down your orders but no matter how many orders you made you will have everything set on your table just as you ordered. We have tried their rice toppings and dimsums, we were supposed to order noodles but we were so full that we just set another date to visit le ching.
This restaurant is one of the oldest restaurants that you can find in Greenhills. It serves one of the best spearibs in tausi rice topping in the town. If you will shop and eat at Greenhills this should be one in your list to go to. I love their spearibs along with their garlic chili sauce. Their Beef Brisket is also a must. They serve their rice toppings newly cooked from their steemer in stainless bowl.

My favorite restaurant everytime I go to Greenhills. I really really love their Spareribs Rice. They have a variety of food to choose from. Some of the crew don't even smile at customers. The food arrives fast though so that's a plus. The price before was so much better than today.
The easiest place to eat lunch after going shopping at Shoppesville. The place is usually packed during weekends but on weekdays, it's easy to get seats from 11:00 AM onwards. People eat fast in here and I estimate not more than 30 minutes before people empty their seats during weekdays.
If you are a heavy eater, one order of their signature beef brisket or spareribs will be enough. But for hubby and I, we can be satisfied with 1 order, an extra plain rice, a plain soup and a dimsum, and then drinks. All these for not less than P500.
What I like here is that you will definitely eat piping hot rice and the beef brisket is very tender. The plain soup isn't plain at all. The seafood roll is fully filled up with steamed black mushroom, fish, shrimp, corn, rolled within baguio pechay leaves.
This is a dimsum palace loved by families and though my kids still don't have that mature sense of taste, they like the siomai and the sesame balls in here.

No Greenhills shopping trip is complete without a visit to Le Ching. Top picks for rice toppings would be the chicken and mushroom, spareribs tausi, and braised beef brisket, in that order. Always paired with piping hot taro puffs from their dimsum menu.
My go-to meal in Le Ching is and will always be Spareribs Rice despite it being pricier (Php 175) than other Chinese restaurants with the same ambiance and look (in short, those restos located in Binondo). I like how the taosi spareribs were tender and not so hard to chew. Their rice serving is always too much for me so I end up not finishing it. Maybe if they could add more servings of the spareribs, I can finish the whole meal right away? Hehe. This time we also tried their Shark's Fin Dumpling which was okay. It was not as tasteful and flavorful as their Pork Siomai so I would still go for the latter. We also got their Crispy Spring Roll which just tasted typical. The dish had nothing special but it was still yummy.
I just hope their service will continue to improve as our group had to follow up most of our dishes before we were able to start eating :(
---
Le Ching is best visited lunch time so that most of its bestsellers are still available. My sister and I didn't have breakfast so we were up for one big heavy lunch here.
My sister ordered Steamed Chicken with Noodle and Soup. I only got to taste the soup which was served on a separate bowl. It smelled good but it was a bit bland. I got my usual, Taosi Spareribs, and it tasted good. The meat was soft though sometimes it lacks a bit of flavor so I had to put soy sauce on it. We also shared Pork Siomai which was really tasty.
——
My go-to meal in Le Ching is getting pricier whenever I go back and visit. Their famous taosi spareribs is now priced 210 pesos. Inflation + tax stuff got them, I think. They now have legit tape receipts vs. order/sales invoice before.
The taosi spareribs is still the off the bone type and their serving did not get any smaller. It’s still kinda tasty but I prefer it saltier so I dip it in soy sauce.
Eating here always brings back memories of the old greenhills. How when I was young I would always order the spareribs rice with tausi chicken feet and how that taste is still the same today. They remodeled the place but still kept that le ching tradition and taste which is good as this is what the people go back to. What's better is their price did not really change that much throughout the years.
This restaurant has been my husband's childhood favorite so we never fail to drop by everytime we are in Greenhills. Wanton Noodle Soup, Spare Ribs and Soy Milk are our staple orders. We love the food but dreads the service everytime. It is also high time for them to renovate and maybe pest control?!
Spareribs rice, beef brisket noodle soup, seafood roll are the best! I Never fail to dine here whenever im in Greenhills. One thing i noticed is that maybe it's time to renovate and change the tables and chairs, i saw a small cockroach on the table beside us, it came under the table..

The place is very small and very crowded, since it is near greenhills shopping area.
The price is very cheap though it gives you big serving.
Try the rice top meals that they offer.
Another go-to place whenever we can't decide where to eat when we're around Greenhills area. It was my first time to eat Spareribs rice topping since my usual is Asado rice topping. The spareribs was tender and tasty, and they have fast service too!
Love their spareribs! An old favorite. Their service is real nice and wait time is short. Servings are adequate (though unfortunate they raised their prices) and dishes are delicious. Watch out for peak hours, a lot of people. Haha. Definitely going back here next time I go to GH. Wish they had more branches!
Finally tried Le Ching. My boyfriend and I ordered the beef wanton noodle, Asado rice and hakaw.
1. The beef wanton noodle soup is tasty. The noddles are very thin and seemed freshly made. The beef was also very tasty. Cost abound 180.
2. The Asado rice is just okey. This was my boyfriend's order. The rice seemed too soft though.
3. Hakaw - nothing special
Total bill is 485. Not a restaurant that would make me go back up north though.
I visit here for brunch. And order a lot of dim sum menu, also congee. The food is marvellous. And the price also very affordable. Its really nice place to dig in....
After 3 years, yesterday i ate here again. The taste was still the same, good experience to eat here.
Our default lunch place whenever we go to Greenhills.
On the table
🔹Spareribs Rice - love love love this! I have tried this dish in other restos but this is still my fave version. I eat it with some toyomansi and a hint of chili.
🔹Chicken Mushroom Rice - same flavor as the spareribs but i still prefer the pork! Watch out for small bones!
🔹Fish Tofu Rice - mom always gets this and ends up eating most of the tofu
🔹Wanton Soup
🔹Chicken Feet
🔹Hakao - wrapper was a bit thick and could have used a bit more time in the steamer.
There are 2 branches in Greenhills but we tend to eat in Le Ching Too most of the time. It seems brighter and more comfortable although space is tight. Don't expect excellent service. They tend to get busy but the Spareribs Rice is sooooo worth it!

A visit to this resto is a requisite whenever dropping by at Greenhills... It's one of the few unpretentious restaurants that serve great Chinese dishes. Their famous Pork Spareribs Rice (my fave and staple order) is sumptuously steamed to perfection. The same case too with their Siomai dimsum. Dipping these dishes with their signature chilli garlic sauce doubles up its delectable taste... wanting you to engorge more! Nowadays we have to fall in line during peak hours to eat here. But hey, it's really worth the wait! Will always come back here for some great casual dine! 😋
Food is absolutely delish! Not a fan of Chinese food but Le Ching surprised me. Could use a renovation though as it does not really look very inviting from the outside.

If you're craving for tasty dimsum break from your shopping in Greenhills, drop by Le Ching. While Hakao is a staple for me, the Taro Puff is a welcome discovery. You just need to watch out for the "umay." By the way, in the last time I was here, the place didn't have potable service water.
Craving for Chinese food Le Ching Tea House is the one. Favorite order is the Sparerib rice, chicken feet, and many more. They also serve house tea for detox
the ever forever le ching tea house! a go to place in greenhills and forever in contention with luk yuen. dimsum, noodle soup, congee and rice meals.
We have been going to Le Ching Tea House since I was a child. Every Sunday, my family and I would look forward to this diner all the time. We would always order the Beef Congee, and each one would order a bowl of Sparerib Rice. We would also order hakaw, shrimp dumpling, siomai and chicken feet. My mom and I would add Monggo Cake as our dessert and we would eat it with satisfaction.
I was very happy to see that they upgraded their place. I was even more happy to realize that their food tasted delicious as ever. I ordered their classic and my favorite spareribs rice and it was the same yummy one I had when I was a teenager. Yummy!
Dirty, poor ambiance, noisy and mediocre service. But the Spareribs rice and Beef Brisket rice is comfort food that I grew up with and continue to crave for.

We had their spareribs rice toppings and its really good and very flavorful. 😍 We also ordered their siomai and ita one of the best siomai that I hace ever tasted. Tho the service is really bad and really hated it. Waiters are not accomodating. But since their food is really good I have rated them 3.5 i just hope that they change their way of accomodating their customers. 😊
No photos because my friend and I didn't realize how hungry we were until the food arrived.
After we shopped, I suddenly blurted out "I miss Le Ching na." when we passed by it. So, she pulled me back to Le Ching. Entering Le Ching made me remember how my Achi and my mom would bring me there for merienda after shopping when I was a kid. I always loved their beef brisket and the smell that lingers in the store. It will always be my favorite Chinese restaurant in Greenhills no matter how many Chinese restaurants emerge or something. I don't only pay for the food, but for the sense of familiarity and of family it gives me too; I pay for the happy memories it offers me. So, I don't really mind spending money here even if the service kind of sucks somehow. :))
Since I was craving for hakao, I ordered hakao and, yes, their beef wanton noodles. Maaan, did the flavors played with my tastebuds! Everything hit the right spot! Although, it would've been lovely if the soup wasn't a tad bit cold and if the noodles wasn't too dry. But the flavors were spot on. The soup wasn't too salty; the beef was oh-so tender; the wanton was cooked perfectly! The hakao was also superb! I love how sweet the shrimps are (meaning they're cooked perfectly!) and the wrapper wasn't too sticky. It didn't really stick on the roof of my mouth. Ahhh! My tummy is beyond happy. :> And I only paid 172Php for the noodles and 119Php for 4 pcs of hakao. Plus, the countless memories that flashed in my mind while I was eating. :)
My friend had beef brisket noodles and she was happy with it! She paid 168Php for her meal.
Well, the food still impressed me, but the staff? I don't think so. :( I noticed how the other customers would get irritated because they have been asking for something (ex. Soda), and it took them 10 mins and 5 more times to ask for soda before they actually get it. I actually asked one of the servers for chopsticks and two glasses of water and I got it after probably 15 mins--- after another server asked me if we were waiting for our food pa. Then, they thought they misplaced our reciept so it took them 20mins (and me asking for the bill thrice) to give us another copy of the reciept. After I paid, another server came and gave us the "original" reciept. And everybody (the manager and some of the staff) was like, "Nakay *name of server* pala eh! Kanina pa namin hinahanap eh!" It was with him all along and it slipped his mind; he forgot that we asked for our bill and he's supposed to collect the payment. Oh well. Also, it was really crowded and super hot! :(
... But whatevs, I got the chinese part of my being happy. Yay to hakao!!! I can eat their hakao all day long! :>
Le ching is one my favorite restaurant in greenhills ever since and i have influenced my hubby and daughter :) our usual order are the following three spareribs rice, one beef brisket noodle soup (which is most of the tine not available because lots of costumer loves it too) and one big soya milk! :)
the place is not that pleasing but many people still loves to eat at le ching the service crew are very nice, accomodating and very quick. we are happy costumers of le ching
Le ching is my comfort food, the only restaurant in greenhills that i love since i was a kid. My all time favorites are the shredded pork with meat ball congee, which gives me the pleasure of the almost same congee in hongkong whenever i crave for it. The spareribs rice and the seafood roll. But most specially is the chili.. The chili is the most amazing chili ever!! I dont know how they do it, but for some weird reason i always ask for a huge amount of it so i wont keep on asking anymore. The servers kinda knows me already and i like that. I can't eat here if the chili is not available.. Or else it will never be the same.
This place is always full of people. It would not be a mystery why since it is a tradition of greenhills and people would always love tradition.
Their food is awesome and is superbly priced. Come during lunch times and have the famous spareribs rice. Now this dish is a classic and will always be a bestseller. The pork is juicy and the serving size is appealing.
Those of you who loves noodles are not left out. They serve a good bowl of beef wanton noodles.
It is and will always be an awesome place!
One of the best Chinese food in town today. My favorite food here is the beef brisket with matching soya milk. :) actually, the serving here is different from others. If you are first timer here, you'd notice the food place in stainless cup and mixed it with rice and beef. I really love this place. :) great restaurant. Definitely you'll all love it. :) #justsaying
Le ching is an institution in greenhills. It is a restaurant of bygones past. Everything that was good about the old greenhills can be found in Le Ching. Its rice bowls are very affordable but at the same time very yummy. The first time I ate there was in high school. And it still has not changed in terms of taste and flavors.
Best Le Ching Tea House branch. The waiters here really take care of you compared to the other branches. I love their steamed chicken with black mushrooms and their beef tripe. Really tasty! They also have this soya milk (just right sweetness) that you can buy from their branches.
Another Chinese Food Adventure!! Finally, Le Ching!
Food - we had their Rice Toppings which are Spareribs and Asado. Then we also had for soup is their Wonton Noodle soup that was very delish since the filling was full of baby shrimps which was great!! Lastly, we had the Fried Dumplings which was also filled generously with meat and shrimps.
Place - the resto was all cramped up probably because its Sunday so family day it is.
Service - great service the servers were polite
I'll be back to try more of their bestsellers.
My forever comfort food! This is always my safety net when I have a bad day.
Le Ching has been around for more years than I can remember. It has been a staple for these loyal people who go to greenhills and seach for Le Ching after a long day.
They have not much choice to choose but these choices are worth every coin you have. I have tried their chicken rice, their chicken feet, siomai, all the way down to their soup but what really makes me go back is their SPARERIBS RICE! I know this sounds so common but like what they say, it is the most common one that makes a good place to be in. It is just so tender, soft, generous and filling. Pair this of with their siomai and you will have that smile on your face that makes your smile eyes too.

My auntie loves eating chinese foods so we tried Le Ching. The food is here is really tasty, delicious and affordable. Definitely worth the try. We ordered their best seller which is the spareribs. It was good but I prefer their asado more because to me it is much tastier and tender. Their wanton noodles good too and lastly their fried dumpling was really delicious. But I was rooting for their "hakaw" because many said that it was one of their best dumplings, wasn't able to try it because it was a blockbuster in their menu. So most probably I suggest that you eat their during weekdays. The place was small but te staffs are were good and nice👍
Everytime I pass by this place, they're always packed with eager-looking, hungry guests. I love how the place hasn't change for years as well as the food they serve 💕 Affordable price + fast service. Perfect for friends who're cutting down on expense but looking for a good chinese place and also, good for family bondings 👌
As always, the best here is their classic Spareribs with rice! I also love their asado rice toppings. One of those classic chinese resto here in Greenhills.
I've been eating here since I was a kid. This was my grandparents' favorite restaurant. You'll surely like the food especially their beef brisket
