Being in southeast asia, we don't really have affordable access to ingredients that makes a good salad. Salad Stop aptly fills this gap in the market by offering some of the best greens you can find and tosses them into delectable meals (at least for those who could afford it). Many salad places have tried but Salad Stop is the only one that I can really say has captivated a following, which is hard to do in a country so meat-savy like the Philippines. Come here for the tuna san and the smoked salmon but don't come here if you're trying to save a buck.
Need I say more? SaladStop is my ultimate fave place to be in. I love how just seeing their shop outside makes me all excited and happy! Imagine how I feel everytime I walk inside their store and see all those fresh veggies in front of me waiting for you to choose them! Sounds like a ‘Spark Joy’ moment? Hahaha
My fave for their wraps would be the Big Bird (Turkey Wrap), the Cobb Salad Wrap, the Oh Crab Lah (Crabstick Wrap), and the Go Geisha (Super vegetarian Beans Wrap)! As for their salads, I love their Omega 3 Baby one!
Salas Stop will always be one of our favorites. Everything is served fresh and they have a wide selection of flavors to choose from. Totally love their guilt free desserts, too!
Mia and I love having Salad Stop. This is one of the few restaurants we instantly agree to visit when we are dining out. Going healthy, however, is not the affordable choice here as we spent Php 795 for two salads last night.
She got her usual Oh Crab La (Php 285) while I got a customized version of Big Bird. I paid Php 60 more for half Baby Spinach greens and another Php 30 to convert it to both bowl and wrap. So mine ballooned to almost Php 500! Yikes.
Anyway, as I had both varieties, I enjoyed more the wrap kind. It’s more filling and easier to consume. In one bite, I can get all the ingredients too in one go.
I go specifically to this branch. I have tried the Megamall branch a few times but I find that their Pink Panther seem inconsistent in taste (sometimes watery, sometimes just right). So this branch is great because you get consistent taste from their smoothies, to wraps and bowls.
Cessy's Verdict: It's not cheap, but you pay for fresh, quality, delicious vegetable wraps, bowls, salads and more! 😊 I read somewhere "Don't ask why the food is expensive, ask why fastfood is cheap".
My Rating Legend:
Rating 5- One of my personal favorites or the food is REALLY worth trying!
Rating 4- It's a good place to eat. Try it!
Rating 3- It's my safe grade. Someone who tries this place may or may not like it the way I do. 50/50 chance for agrees or disagrees.
Rating 2- There is something bad. Either the food, the place, or the service.
Rating 1- Don't even bother.
Sobrang sulit toh👍🏽 dito kami usually pumupunta kapag nagkukunwari kaming nagdidiet kami. Iniimagine namen na masaya na kami sa kinain nameng salad kahit sa puso namen gusto namen maglechon. Perfect toh sa mga buntis, mga sadista, walang magawa sa pera o sa buhay. Pero for real ok sya👍🏽

Been eating here at since it opened last year and my I’ve always ordered their Wraps. Oh Crab Lah is good but the crab sticks seem artificial to me. Aside from Oh Crab Lah, I’m a classic person. Hail Caesar and Cobb are other wraps I would order. I’ve tried Berry Grapeful and Pink Panther but I like Pink Panther more because Pink Panther’s taste is not too Berried Up.
I also ordered their Berry Greek Yogurt and it’s super fresh and tastes creamy and healthy.
I was able to try Salad Stop for the first time. And have an opportunity to create my own salad and/or wrap. At first, we were given a choice to create our own or we just choose from any of the suggested combination on their menu.
I got the bestseller Oh Crab Lah Wrap for Php250.00. It has a romaine, crab sticks, grated eggs, vermicelli, cherry tomatoes, red onions, croutons, Singapore Chili Crab. I was surprised that my order was spicy, though O didn’t know or read that there’s a Singapore Chili on it. Pairing my wrap with Green Glow for Php150.00. It has spinach, mango, apple, greek yogurt, honey, chia seeds and coconut water.
If you’re looking for kinda healthy, you might want to try Salad Stop. But you need to have at least Php400.00-Php500.00 for a complete meal.
#ilovetoeatph 😃❤️
Eating healthy today with Oh Crab Lah! from Salad Stop after working out. Not normally a fan of veggies, so I opted for the wrap option... which was an innovative way to get me to eat my greens, lemme just say! 😂 Portions are generous, and it was filled to the brim with a mix of crabsticks, tomatoes, tangy onions, lettuce and get this... crutons for added crunch! 😋The creamy dressing even had a touch of spiciness that I really liked. ❤️ Paired this lovely snack with a Berry Grape-ful smoothie (gotta love their puns 😂) of grape, banana, blueberries, honey and coconut water, plus chia seeds which was refreshing, sweet and yummy. ❤️
My ultimate favorite is the oh crab lah with soy vinaigrette! I feel like being healthy is made easy whenever i get it. Serving’s big and an order can fill 2 people - a little bitin though if you share hehe
At first glance, it seems as though their salads are pricey ... and then they serve it to you and you realize one order is good for 2 people ... or 1 really hungry one. My faves to date are Oh Crab Lah (which is slightly spicy) and Man-Go Wild (which is fruity and sweet). One other thing I really like is that they are amenable to swapping ingredients at no extra charge. This is important to me because of my food allergies.
If a full salad is too heavy for you I recommend telling them to serve only half and then take the other half to go and have them put the dressing on the side. I haven't tried having their wraps yet because I really enjoy digging into their deep bowls. :D
One last thing .... a must try is their mango muesli. It is deceptively small but I promise you, it is very filling!
My order was the Go Geisha Salad. It was so delicious, filling, and healthy! I especially liked the edamame. Also, the ambience of the store is so relaxing!
Tried making my own salad, and I liked the results, though it seems a lot pricier to make your own compared to getting the prepackaged ones as you have a more limited choice of free toppings. One can definitely have a meal here that will keep them satisfied at a decent price, you can have a filling meal for as low as 250, which is not a bad price point at all. Would definitely come back and try their other salads
Fave healthy and quick stop in town! Oh crab lah and cobb salad for the win! Yeyyyy!
A bit expensive but it's yummy and there are a lot of choices too.
Pros:
🔸quality of ingredients were all fresh
🔸we tried 7 flavors of salad, and they were all yummy
🔸serving size was huge!!
🔸calorie content of the salads were on display
🔸smoothies were good
Cons:
🔸kinda pricey, but worth it
🔸ambiance of the place felt like fast food
Great salad, fair prices and all made with care. My personal go to is the Jai Ho salad 🥗 but lots options. The highlight here really is the service and the portions really are a good size for a hungry person.
In order to change we must be sick and tired of being sick and tired. Such powerful words from a restaurant that is advocating to eat wide awake.
I got myself a Jai Ho wrap. This has chicken, chick peas, and Indian spice yogurt. I haven't ordered any other variant except for this one. Though I've tried the others from tasting from my lunch dates, this is my default order as this has the lowest calories on the menu.

I woke up pretty late and hungry so I head over to Saladstop Greenhills coz it's the nearest salad place for me. And I'm also in a non dairy, seafood and chicken diet. I ordered Go Geisha since it doesn't have any meat just veggies. The service was good nothing incredible and the ambiance is just okay.
First time to try their product and i must say, Superb 🖒 I will definitely introduce this to al my ealth conscious friends. Definitely will come back and try their menu!
I ordered the oh crab-lah! wrap worth P250 and had it sliced in half so I can share the other half. Considering I only ate half of the whole wrap, I was surprisingly already full. Even better, the ingredients were fresh and healthy. I recommend this place for the health-conscious. Servings seem to be for sharing for me. Haha.
Had a Create-Your-Own salad for take out. For 300PHP you can have a romaine lettuce, 8 add ons and a homemade sauce of your choice. And I must say, the ingrediets are very fresh as they taste very good and the veggies where crunchy amd the fruits are very tasty. I also love their balsamic vinaigrette as it has rich and appetizing taste. Hope that there will be a branch near us here at near Robinson's Magnolia.
If you've lived as long as I have in manila the capital city of fried food and rice you will appreciate a place like salad stop. Creating a bowl of fresh salad with so many options is quite rare in this city where carbs and fats rule the plates.
I just love eating here. Their soups are also amazing. It's no wonder they are starting to pop out in so many new locations.
Tried the create your own salad. Romaine lettuce with chickpea, edamame, red bean, carrot, corn, cheddar, pomelo and Tofu. Topped off with wasabi honey soy.
Taste was perfect. Greens fresh and the AMOUNT was amazing.
Availed the Create Your Own Salad for 300 pesos for the Romaine lettuce, you get to choose 8 toppings and your own sauce. I did enjoy choosing the toppings for my salad, it was kind of hard to choose as all of the ingredients were fresh and delectible.
Service - staff were very accomodating and answered all my inquiries w/ a friendly smile. Very attentive.
I am already a fan of their salads, but it's my first time to try two things at SaladStop!
First, I was able to try calling the store and placing our order in advance... The result was that our salads were already waiting for us when we got to the store... Very efficient, especially since this store doesn't have many parking spaces available. Make sure the dressing is on the side to keep everything from getting soggy. But everything was packed well by their nice staff and ready to go... Perfect if you are in a hurry!👍🏻
Second, I was also able to try the mango muesli, which tasted great! It's actually filling, so it's great for on-the-go breakfasts and is heavy enough as a light lunch... I want to try the strawberry one next time! 😊
I really liked their salad/s. Especially their soy sauce dressing with honey. What's better is that they give you an idea on the content of your food, great for counting your macros.
For those who want to have a light and yet healthy dinner and if you want to feel the power of fiber the next day this is your stop. 😄
It is located right across Gloria Maris greenhills. Parking is difficult in this place since they have around 6-8 slots available. You can park in the basement of the greenhills shopping mall right below Gloria Maris.
Upon entering the shop, one could notice the vegetables that looks fresh. They have a simple interior that would make you feel relax and the staff were nice and willing to help. You can also customize your salad in any way you can.
Go geisha in a wrap was what I ordered. It combines the freshness of the vegetables with a twist of Mexican dish. The vegetables where crunchy and the soba noodles compliment the dish perfectly.
Iron "wo" man in a bowl. Well this dish made the wrap look very small. The vegetables were fresh and crunchy as well. However, the addition of feta cheese makes it quite heavy to eat and making it tiresome to eat.
I would recommend that you order 2 different kinds of salad with a friend and share the salad with each other. 😂
Finally a place where I can eat to my heart's content without having to worry about proper nutrition and chlolesterol. No more boring salads and yes to fresh organic ingredients. You can choose from 10 signature salad recipes or even customize your own DIY salad 👍🏼
I grabed a salad wrap from Saladstop today because I wanted a delicious, light, and healthy food for dinner. I am not always a fan of salads but I feel like wanting salad for dinner. So I got their Jai Ho Wrap, it was good, the dressing and the toppings is well balanced to the vegetables (you can choose the amount of dressing to be in your salad). You can feel and hear the crunch and the freshness of the vegetables in each bite. Their Jai Ho is one of their best sellers and it is a must try if you are not a veggie or salad fan.
Tried this twice and I am always satisfied. For the first time, we ordered the oh crab lah salad and jai ho wrap. I love their spicy sauce for the oh crab lah! It's very addictive. The chickpeas inside the wrap are my favourite. The 2nd time we ordered the iron wo man, smoked salmon quesadilla and strawberry and banana muesli. They are all good!!
Ate here once only but I enjoyed my Jai hi salad very much! My salad bowl's ingredients were fresh, generous serving, very filling and only 360 calories! I wish there were more restaurants like this around the metro, eating healthful food is not as easy when you're eating out by I'm glad there are places such as this around in Manila.
Each salad option also comes in another option to put in a wrap, each menu item also says how many calories they have.
Will definitely go back!
All Hail Caesar wrap is really good and filling.. i had the other half as "take away" for dinner... price is a little high but with the size of the order, i think it is worth it
My all time.favorite order ia their OH Crab Lah , with a spicy kick in it.
I just love how this place is located just opposite of the gym I go to! So every time I don't have baon and I'm starved after an intense workout, I can come here and eat without feeling guilty at all. I also appreciate the calorie count!
Salad Stop has been one of my favorite healthy food options. A restaurant that both gives you the satisfaction of a good but filling meal, minus the guilt. With my nasty appetite for all naughty food options, this one is a welcome change and relief 😝
I was craving for their tuna salad that gives one a good light but satisfying snack. I love the perfect balance between the tuna & their dressing, providing just about the right amount of heat and tang. The orange slices just perfectly cuts through the sweet and tasty pan seared tuna for a balanced concoction. I am giving them half a point lower than the other branches as the tuna on my salad was a tad less than I got from their branches at BGC and Rockwell.
Hail Caesar! That's all you can say once tasted this gem. Large servings, the other half is more than enough (at least for someone like me) even on an empty stomach. This is supposed to be a to-share servings but since my love already ate his part, this is what's left. Thanks for sharing your food my love. :)
Got the Raspberry Yogurt in this cozy salad bar. The yogurt was so fresh and it had dried fruits, rolled oats, raisins, and honey on the bottom of the cup.
We also got the Strawberry Banana Muesli. It wasn't the greatest muesli bowl that I've ever had and the portion was pretty small, but it definitely did hit the spot.
Not only is this the yummiest salad bar, but their No-Preservative Pastries are legit AMAZING! The Quinoa Cookies and Fig Bars are divine! I've been addicted to them ever since I tried my first one, and I truly can't believe that it had no butter, eggs, or dairy! A little expensive for a daily habit, but hey, that's the nature of salad bars.
If you want to try their wraps/salads, my personal recommendations are Jai Ho and Big Bird. Far and away the best salad bar in the neighborhood. Must-visit!
Trying to be healthy for a moment. Ha!
I'm slowly trying to alter my eating habits, step by step.. I'm trying to embrace a more reasonable and healthier taste.
Aside from serving healthy greens, the resto's main thrust is the "Wide Awake Movement".
Reading their healthy points on the wall essentially encourages customers ( well hopefully ) to adopt a more conscious role in enjoying healthy food. Ingredients used for each food is all-natural and free from preservatives.
You should order their Granola, Yogurt, Rasberry, Strawberry Banana Muesli - these will surely complement your meal.
Their salad staples are Nicoise Salad and the all time favorite, Greek Salad!
Lastly, best way to have a complete meal is to order a fresh juice from Happy Carabao!
Don't forget, California Crunch Cassava Chips is also available here! You might want to try it out too!

I'm a fan of the Salad so when it was time to have lunch & SaladStop! was within the vicinity, the choice was obvious. It was my first time to try SaladStop & I liked it! I just decided on which salad to get based on calories (can you imagine the salad calories range between 300-500?!). I went with Jai Ho! (P260). My husband had the Man-Go Wild (P260).
We both liked it & even got the Kale Chips with Vegan Cheese (say, vegan cheese?!) after. Surprisingly, it was a filling lunch.
I love the concept store & I like the cucumber water (for self-service). Hope to try their other salads.

Losing weight is never easy. Burning all those calories through exercise is a lot of hard work. So when you find a place that makes eating greens something you will look forward to, then you found a partner to healthy living! I've tried 3 of their salads and not one of them, not one, disappointed me! Thank God for places like this!
Salad Stop is located in the new bldg. along Missouri street, near Greenhills. A fresh, new concept that serves salad and wraps to go that elevated it from the boring, all veggie meal to a gourmet healthy option. I like their choices of salad sets and you can also customize your salad to your liking, from the toppings to the dressing.
Jai Ho Salad (romaine lettuce, tandoori chicken, potatoes, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, chickpeas, and Indian Yogurt Dressing) was a medley of flavors and textures. From the crunch of the lettuce to the spiced, smooth dressing. It's a great way to enjoy a healthy snack that is both flavorful and tasty.
Salad Stop elevated the concept of salads to a more adventurous way to have one. Either in wraps or bowls, it is a better way to start a healthy lifestyle. (together with workout)

I don't know how we did it, but we didn't give in to temptation and let SaladStop! conquer our hungry dinner appetite. I'm sure fellow dinners in Starr's Famous Milkshakes/Schmidt's Hotdogs, Craft Coffee, and Carousel Creamery were thinking parallel thoughts - us looking at them, them looking at us!
We ordered an Omega 3.0, rich in healthy fats, and a custom salad with a sesame dressing, fruit, cucumbers, sugarbeets, and sunflower seeds. Again, I think the portions are almost too big for one person and can be shared, and I think repricing would help reach a wider audience - but hopefully not at the expense of quality.
Most ingredient items were and are usually quite fresh, but we noticed the salmon in the Omega 3.0 should probably have been discarded. That said, everything was still okay and our digestive systems thanked us for taking care of them.
I tried their Oh Crab Lah salad and it's really delicious! It's quite expensive compared to other salad places but it's worth it! You can either make your own salad or get their signatures! Will go back soon!
Ordered the cobb salad and omega 3 baby! Wrap-- didn't disappoint 👌 I love how fresh the ingredients were... crispy and a delight to munch on! One let down in salads is sometimes the dressing could be too overpowering, SaladStop's weren't. Would definitely come back to try more! 😀
More meetings more hungry. This time, quickly asked for a wrap to go, as saw this awesome place and decided to have a quick bite before the next meeting. Always love the Hail Cesar Wrap and again in another location with the same awesome taste. Highly recommend Salad Stop any day to any one especially if you are wanting some awesome healthy food. :)
Was feeling hungry on a Saturday morning and opted for their wraps as I heard that it was filling. The lady behind the counter was super efficient, knowledgable, and helpful to a newbie like me. I ended up ordering their signature wrap #1 called "Oh Crab Lah" which contained romaine, crab sticks, egg, vermicelli, cherry tomatoes, red onions, croutons, and Singapore Chili Crab dressing. (Ingredients lifted from their website)
It was delicious! I was only able to eat half as it truly was filling! It had a delightfully refreshing taste plus that mild chili kick to keep your tastbuds alive.
Perfect for people who wants to live a healthy lifestyle but doesn't want to compromise flavors.
Aside from salads and wraps, they also offer muesli with different fruit toppings. I am not a fan of oatmeals in general, but I got to taste their blueberry muesli and strawberry muesli from my friends, and would recommend the strawberry flavor for a newbie like me (its sweeter)
I would definitely go back there!
SaladStop is such a good addition to the Greenhills community. Their salads are good and the serving is quite impressive but what turns me off is that it's quite expensive. I tried their Tuna San and the amount of tuna in the serving wasn't much, given that they charged 360 for the wrap.
I wanted to try the make your own salad but they didn't have labels on the veggies/meat you can choose from. There weren't any list for the choices either. It was a bit hassle so I opted for the ready made wrap.
Almost everything in the menu is expensive and I think that Juju Eats is a better option.
