I have known this place since I was in high school and I have been a fan of their formosa milktea ever since. Inside, they also have these cute merch/stuff which they sell. Aside from all these it’s also perfect for studying/reading because the place is not too crowded and it has a very relaxing vibe.
We had a food shoot in the nearby area specifically along A. Mabini (Chinese Restaurant) then right after we decided to chill in Tea Tap Cafe (another milk tea place) because 3 out 6 of us need to work so they knew Tea Tap has a cozy and reliable Internet connection, (and it was a fact) and I love their milk tea by the way I had Cream Cheese Tea.
My go to place for milk tea cravings for 5+ years now. Their service standards havent changed as they took care of the entire cafe. I would certainly recommend their Wintermelon Cheese mousse, a must try. 👌🏻
This place is the best for people who want to study and or work outside.
Coffee and milk tea are average. What really sets this place apart is the ambiance and the coziness of the seats. WiFi is active for your entire stay and place is huge.

Everything I need in a cafe and more! If you find yourself in search for a place where there's a great selection of food and drinks; strong unlimited use of wifi and allows plugging of gadgets, this is the go to.
You have coffee and milk tea selection plus a wide selection of asian cuisine from noodle to rice options.
Ive visited quite a couple of times and im never let down. Especially today when i finally got to try one of their rice selections - this pork curry rice. Crispy slab of crispy pork sitting on top of tasty curry and generations portion of rice.
I paired it with their wintermelon milk tea and it was divine!

This place was always one of my go-to places for my thesis. But after it closes at 11, I go some place else but, I always ordered Osaka Milk Tea and Yakult Based Drinks, specially the Peach one here with some of their food such as their Laksa, Taiwan Porkchop Noodle or Hayashi Beef. Missing the place already..
When my cousin and I went here to kill time while we wait for our reservation, I didn't know what to expect considering it didn't seem too eyecatching. But upon entering I wondered why this place isn't bustling especially with their numerous choices of milk tea, drinks and other meals. I love the interior, the theme and decor is really nice. It's really quiet and relaxing, and they have wifi. I also love their matcha iced tea with cheese mouse. If we weren't waiting to eat in a buffet I would've tried their meals too. All in all, it's a hidden treasure (for me, since I've never been to the Little Baguio area) that has yet to be filled with milk tea lovers.
Took shelter over at Teatap during a very rainy afternoon. Because we were chilled and very wet (the rain did catch us off guard, and showed no signs of letting up), we wanted something to warm us.
I’ve always been a fan of how the place looks. It was quaint and lovely— something out of a fairy tale. It was full of whimsical cat decor, and the interior was very spacious and open. Seats are made to be comfortable, perfect for studying, working or just chatting among friends. Overall, the place was quiet, like everyone was in an undisturbed world of their own, with computers or phones. I appreciated the silence— it allowed me to rest and relax. With a book ready, and a strategic choice of a booth with a soft couch to sit on, I was ready.
As per the staff’s recommendation, I got myself a hot cup of Paris Rose Milk Tea. It was very warm and milky, quite soothing, and quite sweet as well. In the gentle mix of warm milk and black tea, was the light touch of sweet flowery rose and sugar. 🌹 You could catch a whiff of the pleasant Rose smell right when you get your cup from the counter, which I really appreciated. This drink may sound strange to those who don’t drink flowery teas, but I find this blend a very elegant mix— one you find in tea parties, mixed with the gentleness of home. ❤️
Great place for special teas and good food choices and everything at a very reasonable price. Also good place to hang out over tea with friends.
We had the Wintermelon Cheese Mousse Tea ... very unique with the cheese complementing the flavor. Honey Lemon Fruit Tea was also good.
Taiwan Chop Chicken was tasty with spices. Chix Coco Laksa was very good with boiled egg and generous portion of chicken ... all in a tasty Malaysian laksa broth
Yes, i visited Teatap cafe again because of its chillax atmosphere. This time, I tried the chix coco laksa.
At first, i was disappointed at the broth because it didn’t seem like the malaysian laksa with its bright yellow color and robust spicy flavor. But its actually topped with a sambal which, when mixed well, adds the needed piquancy to the dish. The chicken slices and egg were pretty standard, but the meat balls were flavorful and, for me, the standout feature. I was also happy with the generous amount of noodles. All in all, i would definitely order this again.
Food is good, serving size isn't bad for the price. Drinks are delicious (favorite is the chocolate mousse) and ambiance of the place is good for hanging out.
I decided to “kill time” in Tea Tap Cafe because it’s the only place in Wilson that has free wifi. It is still the same quiet place I know - making it appropriate for studying and working. I got one of the booths near the wall. It had soft couches but some of the cloth is almost removed already.
Their menu is still extensive as ever - both drinks and food. I hope they update the menu that they have on the counter because some of their newest offerings are just written on paper and are just placed beside the POS. They might want to invest in updating their menu boards also. For the main purpose why I went here (WIFI), it’s not that fast but probably because there were a lot of us using it. It’s waaay faster than the one I have at home so I’m not complaining.
I got my favorite Wintermelon Cheese Mouse and Taiwan Chicken Chop to go with it. The wintermelon milk tea is still within the expectations and tastes good. The cheese on top was yummy, too! I wish there’s an option to add more cheese on top. The chicken chop has now become the usual partner for milk teas. Tea Tap Cafe’s version of it looks bigger but is actually just wider and thinner (than other chicken chops of other milk tea places). Their chicken is a bit on the chewy side and the flavor was just right.

Tea Tap has been my family’s go-to place if we want to go outside to study or work. It’s also a plus that Tea Tap has stable wifi.
For a change, I tried their Brown Sugar Milk Tea. I found it too sweet despite having the sweetness level of my drink at 50%. I guess that’s where the brown sugar kicks in. I’d probably not order this again because I didn’t find anything different about their Brown Sugar version with the regular milk tea.
——
Ordered Taiwan Porkchop with Noodle Soup in Teatap for a change. The Taiwan porkchop was thick, a little crunchy and not salty. It is actually a lot better than their chicken chop. The noodle soup was so-so. The noodles tasted like it’s instant noodles and the soup had a cloying taste.
Student review: this place is absolutely studyable!
It's a haven for students, actually. I've been going here even before I was a law student, back when I would hermit myself for finals during college.
- Milk tea is yummy. Nothing special, nothing bad. Tastes like most milk tea places.
- Price is cheap. For a large size worth P110 or less, your milk tea can last for hours.
- Pretty ambience. Nice lighting, nice seats, plenty of tables, and cozy atmosphere.
- Friendly staff.
CONS:
- Aircon doesn't reach some areas of the cafe.
- Very limited electrical outlets (like they probably only have 3). Not for laptop users!
Tried their hokkaido cake and their wintermelon milk tea. The hokkaido cake was fairly forgettable, with the base being too crumbly and the cake itself being a tad too bland. The wintermelon milk tea tastes about like what you'd expect, though I think their wintermelon mousse cheese is better than the milk tea version. They have WiFi but it's kind of slow. All in all a decent place to go for milk tea
Good place to work or study as it is rarely packed with people. A lot of customers get their milk tea to-go so you get a place to yourself. I only get to go there before 5pm. My sister said it's usually packed in the evenings.
One of my favorite milk tea cafes around Wilson! It's a little bit more expensive than the other milk tea shops, but I don't mind cause it's really good. It's also the only milk tea cafe that I know is great for studying, cause of its spaciousness and sockets. 👍🏻 Love the vibe and everything about the interiors!
My go-to drink is the Wintermelon milk tea with nata de coco. I have yet to try the food, it looks like there's a lot of delicious dishes to choose from! 😊
I'm here a lot because it's near my house. I like this place for the visual ambiance, the good food and drinks, but don't go here if you're looking for a quiet spot. The staff is nice, but noisy and they converse in loud voices. There are quieter places in the area ;)
Try the cheesy dynamite sticks and the green tea drinks (very interesting if you're into that).
If you're looking for a quirky place to hang out with good tea or milk tea and good food, this is the place to go. I usually go here to study with friends for their generous study space. I usually only order drinks but at times I order their food. Their curry is actually pretty good. Perhaps the only negative things I could say about the place is that it's quite more expensive than one would expect, but given that it's in Wilson area, it's not much surprise. Also, the temperature is either hot enough or cold enough to just be uncomfortable. Additionally, for students that come here to study, they have limited sockets only.
But nonetheless, good food and good drinks is more than enough to bring me back again and again.
My colleagues often comes here whenever they feel like to be in a nice place to somehow free their mind from stress. They invited me and since I am a tea enthusiast I joined them.
The place has a typical tea cafe ambience and has nothing special but i like it that way simple, cozy and very relaxing. I ordered the sakura tea with 50% sugar level and it really does taste like a flower and i loved it. I also tried their salted seaweed, taiwanese chicken chop and chili cheese dynamite. I love nori so i will rate it 5.0. They also serve meals (rice and pasta), so it's a cafe and a resto at the same time. 😊
I love it that this place is so near my house. Im telling you that Tea Tap Cafe is the perfect escape from the freakin heat. The servers are fast and nice. The prices of the drinks are right but the meals are kinda expensive. The best part about this place is the ambiance. Its cool calm relaxing and they have self service cold and hot water and a sweetener dispenser incase your tea is too strong.
We ordered Matcha and Genmaicha. Their both good as expected but nothing that stands out. Overall, the perfect place to relax!
Tea Tap Cafe is one of our go to places for Sunday desserts!
I haven't been back in a long time and was really surprised that they have so many different kinds of food now!
Their milk teas are consistently good. They even leave out a bottle of sugar syrup in case you'd like to make your drink sweeter!
They used to offer frozen yogurt. They took that out and replaced it with shaved iced desserts. ⛄ I have yet to try these!
I also enjoy eating their takoyaki! 😊

Tea Tap Cafe is a tea shop with a cat theme. There are displays of cats everywhere in the tea shop. It has a relaxing ambiance that is perfect for studying or having a meeting. Stayed here for at least 4 hours during my visit, was able to finish my work while waiting for my wife to pick me up.
During the course of my stay, I tried their Takoyaki and Rose Tea. For the drink, they offer different kinds of teas, milk teas, fruit teas, and modern innovation on teas. You can also choose the amount of sweetness and coldness to your drink. The takoyaki was pretty good in terms of presentation and taste, very much like the authentic version.
Aside from teas, they also offer different types of food like snacks, pasta, appetizers, rice meals, and sandwiches. They also offer yogurt ice cream and their latest, snow ice desserts.
When my wife arrived, we eventually ended up having dinner here, and ordered Tuna Pesto Pasta, Curry Pasta, and Soy Glazed Chicken Wings. The food is okay but nothing special. The curry pasta has a good soup, but once the pasta rests for awhile, the soup will start to taste starchy.
Overall, a good place to relax and pass time.

I've been to this place lots of times. Of course the milk tea was great and their rice meals as well. So they had a new food selection two offer which was basically shaved ice with mango and sticky rice. Mind you the ice was the star! It was way beyond divine! It was creamy and compliments well the sticky rice and mangoes! It didn't take long before I emptied my bowl!
tea tap is not only a tea place but really a full restaurant. the place is very spacious and nice to hangout in. I particularly like how they have healthy wraps. It's hard to find a good decent healthy sandwich or wrap in the wilson st. area.
I live close by and maybe this is the reason I see this place but have not thought of dropping by as I had other places to go. One night though, maybe because of not wanting to go home just yet we parked and entered the store. From the outside, it does not seem to be much, but surprisingly inside, it's like the entire place has transformed into this really cozy and cute cafe. I was amazed and delighted at the way it looked like and it surely made me come back to be able to experience more of the ambiance. Apart from yogurt, the place mostly serves tea and they also serve dishes like pasta. Have yet to try the pasta, but the place is worth visiting.
If you want to chill with your friends, then this is the best place for you! I have been in love on how Tea Tap can make his customers stay not only because of its ambience but also because of their food and customer service. However, they have to do something with their washroom. Their common washroom smells a little bit stinky. :)
👍 Nice ambiance (esp the lighting). Courteous staff. Good ventilation. Perfect for studying or meetings. tho it gets a bit packed at night/weekends.
👍 Very affordable and yummy! I love their cheese mousse series esp the coffee and wintermelon (tip: tell the staff not to put the seal on top so you can sip the mousse!!)
👍 Clean and artsy comfort rooms. Plus they always have a tissue.
👌👌👌 WIFI!!!
Tea tap has a really nice ambiance to study at. Beware: groups of "conyo" peeps stay and play cards there. Haha! I also love their salads, pastas and their teas! Overall, this place is a must try!
I pass this place a lot and had the chance to try it once as I was craving for yogurt. From the outside it looks like any other ordinary place, but upon entering the interiors were surprisingly nice, cute even, and inviting. There were lots of seating inside and the place looked cozy as well as modern. They yogurt was good but I need to visit this place again to try out their dishes next time as they did seem rather delicious from what I saw was being served.
I have been to dozens of milk tea places and Tea Tap consistently remains to be my favorite. Great interiors, free wifi, cozy furniture, and of course great milk tea! They get it right every time for me! My favorites are Hokkaido Milk Tea and Green Apple Yakult. I also love how they have Perilla as a sinker!
I wish there were more branches of this!
nice quiet place to have tea. I had the strawberry fruit tea which was very refreshing. Even if the green tea had an after taste, it was very bearable because of the taste of the strawberry mix which had seeds to give it an authentic taste and look.
I went here with a friend who is a regular. It was unplanned and since it was a Sunday. I wasn't expecting that there are only a few customers.
I like that there are a lot tables. And when it comes to tea shops/coffee shops. I particularly survey the chairs. I love that they have non-plastic chairs. If you love crossing your legs while reading something or whatnot, you wouldn't mind sitting on them. They wont make your bumbum hurt with longs hours of sitting down.
Honey lemon green tea. so-so.
What I didnt like about is their bg music. I guess it's too loud. I LOVE hearing the sound of people chattering when I'm in a cafe. And if the music drowns the sound of chitchat then it's too loud for me.
Also, there are very limited power outlets in this cafe. One that is near the table, is unfortunately, busted. The working ones are on the hard to reach areas.
I had the chance to visit this place and try the food, desserts and of course the Milk Tea. The place itself is quite relaxing, good for family and barkada get togethers. It is also perfect for students and professionals who are doing their research, they got free wi-fi access. The Milk Tea that i drank, Hokkaido Milk Tea, is by far one of the best that i have had. I chose to have its sweetness level by 75% and added pearl sago to it, yum yum. Aside from the one that i ordered there is a lot more variety to choose from, like the Okinawa Milk Tea, Wintermelon Milk Tea and etc etc. Now, if you feel like eating, there is pasta or rice toppings to choose from. The food here is served fast and it's delicious, i tried the Pasta Carbonara which left me wanting more. They also served Korean Chicken wings in Spicy and Soy Garlic flavor. And of course, for those who love the taste of basil, the Cheesy Basil Pork Dumplings. After eating your Lunch, Dinner or Merienda you can opt to have Yoghurt as dessert from Simply Life Yoghurt, from the same makers of Kozui and Tea Tap. Overall, Tea Tap Cafe is the best. Thanks to its good ambiance, great food and Milk Tea.
Absolutely love the place and interior but parking is quite a challenge at times.
Price is very reasonable and it's one of my favorite places to work on reports and presentations.
Tea tap! I like their milk tea! Nowadays, Milk tea are very mainstream you can find it in any corner of the mall. but the milk tea in tea tap different from others. Its delicious and they also got the perfect blend. I also brought some of my friends here. and they also like tea tap. because they got the perfect blend of winter melon tea and of course the milk tea plus the perfect ambiance of the place. Well, All I can give them is a Two thumbs up!
I have loved milk tea since it was first introduced in Manila in the 90s. Unlike before when milk tea places were sporadic and hard to find, nowadays they're everywhere and too many to count. I'm sure everyone has their favorites and swear their allegiance to them and I have mine. Tucked perfectly along P. Guevarra St. In San Juan is the perfect little tea joint that I just adore. And what makes it more fantastic is that it's only ten minutes from my house which allows easy access but a lot of self-control on my part. Tea Tap serves up quality milk tea with their house blend of teas you can even purchase from the counter. The taste of their delicious tea permeates their drinks which sets them apart from other places. Must-tries are their Hokkaido Milk Tea, Chocolate, and Yakult selections. They also have the well-loved Wintermelon Tea. Tea Tap is more like a cafe where you can also order Pastas, Gyozas and Rice Toppings. So so good, I love this place.
