Love the burgers and the onion rings...
I cannot stress this enough: 8 Cuts food is really good, you can count on that. Personally, the factors that differ per branch are the ambiance and the service. The best part about this branch is that this is where I get seated and receive my food fastest.
Finally an 8 cuts in my neighborhood. They have been here a while but haven't had a chance to eat there. Last night we were able to get some burgers and fried chicken wings to go. Good stuff. Still one of the best burgers in the market.
8 Cuts never fails to deliver on it's promise is tasty burgers. We had Hangover 2.0 and Frenchie with waffle cut fries. Very delicious burgers. The sunny-side-down egg, shoe string potatoes, sugar glazed corned beef and horseradish aioli make Hangover 2.0 a favorite. Caramelized onions and Bechamel Gruyere make the Frenchie tasty.
I go to this branch at least once a month. Definitely my favorite 8 Cuts branch. The staff are always attentive -- I rarely need to ask for water. The burgers always juicy and very consistent - taste never changes. Ambiance is good, as with all Moment Group restaurants, sound track is always on point. I hope you guys never close down!
Good food, quick service. Place was packed but servers weren't rushing or all over the place so it was a nice experience. Really enjoyed their chicken wings and bleu cheese dip too.
Ordered this free flow iced tea for only P99 and 1 onion rings for P70, which was originally P60 (before inflation, haha!) But hey, their onion rings don’t disappoint! Their iced tea and onion rings is a perfect pair . 👍

What’s not to love about 8cuts! 🍔 Aside from the burgers being juicy and tasty, here are even more reasons why I love it:
1. They’ve got 1 of the best mozzarella sticks I’ve tried, they’re called the Golden Cheddar Mozzarella Nuggets. The batter is not too thick, just right, fried perfectly to a crunch and then the cheeses are all melted and gooey and then the other best part is the red pepper ranch dip that they’re paired with, perfect combination! Best appetizer, snack or side dish. 🧀
2. Delicious house blend iced tea! Not your usual “commercialized mass-produced tasting grocery” iced tea. So good! 🍹
3, In terms of flavors, I can’t say that they have the best ones when it comes to their chicken wings but what I will say is that the wings are perfectly fried to a crisp outside and juicy inside. So when you’re there to have a burger anyway and craving too for a side of wings, it’s a one stop shop, you can go ahead and get both- I just try to stick with the Good Ol’ Hot Fried Wings (and stay away from the other variants that are on the sweet side almost honey-ish). Sadly they changed the menu and now you have to buy the dip separately even for the Good Ol’ Fried. 😕
4. Last but not the least, the famous Onion Rings!!!! I don’t think I need to put much description here because we all know why it’s a must when in any 8Cuts branch. 😉 And if you don’t yet, hust give it a try, you won’t be disappointed. 👌🏼
P.S. Right now they have an ongoing Shawa Wama pop-up inside 8Cuts Branches, for a limited time only, check out their IG or FB pages for more details. I loooove Shawa Wama too so please check out my review for that under their branch in Power Plant Mall, Rockwell if you want to know more. 😊
As usual, I’m very happy everytime I will have 8 cuts burger. Just so good. The fries though, I don’t like it at all. Maybe skinny fries isn’t just my thing. The crew that served us here was kinda slow. We went here before lunch and it’s not crowded at all. But they are taking so long before they attend to our orders.
It's my first time trying 8cuts after all the hype. I had a cheeseburger. Patty was super juicy and super tasty. It was just the right size for a filling snack. - CC
"The juice coats your mouth like an angel who came down from heaven and hugs your tastebuds tightly. Delisyoso!" - CJP
The salted caramel milkshake was nothing special.
8 Cuts Burger is one of the top burgers in the metro.
Burgers are consistently juicy, well-seasoned and good balance of fat and meat with them utilizing 8 different cuts of beef.
Favorites...
Lamb Burger - more expensive than the beef burgers but hits the right spot if you are a lamb lover. I like the feta cheese, harissa, pickled onions and garlic aioli.
Shroom - with its portobello mushroom, spinach tempura and black truffle oil.
Onion Rings - exceptional compared to their ordinary fries.
I don't recommend the Loaded Tex-Mex Nachos. Pretty lame nachos compared to others. Stick with the burgers and onion rings.
Downside of this branch is the very limited seating. And some guests takes forever to leave even though they're done eating.
AWESOME!
The juicyness of the patty, the sauce, and the bun was perfect. I really loved their simple burger, fries and milkshake was also great. I just loved it! 😋
If we're sawa na at eating at Sariwon this is our 2nd choice. Good burgers and delicious fries. Price ain't so bad too. Sometimes the order takes a while to arrive but maybe because they prepare everything fresh
An instant favorite and I can't wait to taste the rest on their menu. Yummiest burgers I've ever had and that tops the stuff I make at home. Flavors you can't recreate. Onion rings that are to die for. Iced tea, thick but not too sweet. Burgers will never be the same after 8Cuts, might as well give up ordering burgers from fast food joints. Seriously puts you in a spell that makes you crave for more.
The place is casual, the menu well thought of, the pop punk rock early 2000s music selection makes the experience. Great spot to drop by after shopping or before watching a movie. Forget fries, get a bucket of their onion rings.
Daily Steal: Cheeseburger + Onion Rings + Iced Tea
Cost: 325+php (includes service charge)
Service: Attentive, 15 minute waiting time
8 cuts was out of this world! We shared the cheese burger with 3 wings and a side of skinny fries. The burger was phenomenal and juicy, cooked to perfection and was so nice to bite into. The bun was soft and the right size to hold everything in. The fries tasted hand cut and were fried to a crispy perfection. Delicious!
Best tasting onion rings I have ever tasted !! Juicy burgers! Best onion rings! Best onion rings! Best onion rings! Best onion rings! Best onion rings!
Fo sandwiches, this is our go to restaurant in Greenhills. The patties are juicy, skinny fries are tasty and the iced tea is refreshing, we were so sad when they removed the diy burger but the good thing is they allow additional toppings for their burgers in the menu.
8Cuts is one of my go-to-places in Greenhills. Their burgers are always exceptional and scrumptious! Ambience is fast casual dining. Place is always jam-packed during the peak hours. Be sure to go early. Also, it’s always noisy inside due to the music and tables being placed so close to each other.
But the best part about 8Cuts is their burgers. I always go for their “The Frenchie” burger. I’m a sucker for caramelized onion dishes, so this is definitely a staple order for me. Don’t forget to request for the Grass Fed Burgers. It’s healthier and tastier - in my opinion. I also anticipate the return of the Soft Shell Crabwich - this is in line with a similar dish called Soft Shell Crab Taco Maki in their other restaurant called Ooma. Definitely a must try when you visit!
I like the burgers here though they are small but the taste is really worth it. Fries and pasta are good too. The only thing I’m not a fan of is their fish. Ambience is nice and so are their staff.
I ordered the daily deal of Piggy burger, onion rings and iced tea.
Fantastic burger and onion rings. Yummy mango iced tea. Outstanding. Proper good food.
Ordered the Soft shell crab burger with the boyfie and some appetisers. The soft shell crab burger was very delicious, they put a good amount of toppings there, enough to satisfy are very hungry tummies! Get the onion rings, it’s super yummy and worth every penny
Food: 5.0
The hype is real! The burger did not dissapoint. The chicken (and dip), fries and the small burger also are very very great. It comes with a pretty expensive price tag if you're budget concious but it is worth it!
Service: 4.5
Staff are very attentive. You don't have to ask them to refill your bottomless iced tea and orders are served fast.
Ambiance: 3.5
Nothing really special on the place except for the Alternative Rock playlist which made our stay really fun and relaxing
Favorite ko ang cheeseburger dito. :D

8 Cuts Burger Blends is characterized by 8 cuts of beef “freshly ground, custom-blended and seared to order.” There are 2 types of blended beef patties to choose from: the House (Mean & Meaty – which consists of short rib, rib eye and brisket) and the Grass Fed (Lean & Clean – which consists of sirloin, round tip, flank, short plate and chuck). The resto also boasts of having “no extenders, no fillings,” just all beefy goodness.
Cheeseburger craving satisfied
Product: We ordered 2 Piggy's, a Q-Daddy, and a classic Cheeseburger. Along with a promo for buy 1 take 1 Oreo Milkshake with Fries. I was strongly craving cheeseburger for days and I immediately thought about how many people recommend 8cuts for having one of the best burgers they ever tasted. I'm glad I believed them. These are definitely burgers you'll come back for. Although, to be honest with you some of them are quite pricey. Our bill was bigger than expected but I would still say that it was worth the try. The patty was already so tasty as it is, combining it with the ingredients each burger has definitely made it even better.
Now, they didn't have Oreo Milkshake at that time so we had to settle for their regular flavored ones for the promo, even though Oreo was a premium flavor so that kind of confused me. Anyway, we had a Salted Caramel milkshake (even though I definitely ordered Strawberry but it's fine because I also mentioned SC that time so the staff must've been confused by me lol), and Chocolate milkshake. And an additional order of Nutella Milkshake. And a pair of bacon flavored skinny fries. Those fries were heaven! Oh my goodness. The milkshakes were sweeter than expected but regardless, they made our whole burger experience too much enjoyable.
Venue: 8 Cuts is located near the cinemas in Promenade, Greenhills. The place gives off a diner retro vibe; with those neon lights and diner like chairs and booths that look really inviting. We were welcomed and seated right away. The staff were very easy to call since the place isn't that big and even though a lot of people dine in. Probably my only complaint is that the cloth they used to clean our table smelled a little but it's also fine since we got rid of the smell with our tissues and they were nice enough to accommodate our request to transfer seats and it happens sometimes to cloths, so maybe we're the only ones who noticed that day. I'm still coming back to 8 cuts, believe me. I need to try more of those juicy burgers.
Great burgers though the ambience could be better, as it doesn't do justice to the concept and flavor of the food. The music is meant for young people but I consistently see a very mixed demographic and families. Try the Lamb burger! You can also specify grass fed beef for the same price!
Reading many reviews using 8 cuts' cheeseburger with sauce no 3 and truffled cream cheese, I was really intrigued... Sounds good right?
The Sauce no 3 is the Burger Bar's signature sauce! Why Burger Bar? Because this is the first branch of the franchise in Greenbelt... The first 8 cuts branch is in UP Town Center, which made a such a splash when it first opened... Personally, I like 8 cuts name better; catchy and cool name for a restaurant... Plus it more clearly states what the restaurant is about-- the 8 cuts of beef that they mix and match in order to make their patties unique...
So, I was eagerly awaiting to try this creation... Alas, the burger came, fresh grill marks and all on the patty... I like the sweet tangy blend of their signature sauce... But the truffled cream cheese was just THE BOMB!💥 It went so well with the burger! Love the distinct truflle taste, though it must be a bajillion calories!😅 Not as many flavors as some of their Tributes, but I liked it better for this... You can really taste the patty as well!
Works best with their onion rings!😍 still my fave in the metro!👍
8 Cuts remains one of the prized brands of The Moment Group. They currently have 9 branches of this American premium burger chain, which was born and developed here.
8 Cuts' high price points are justified by its beef source. Each patty is either from an American or Australian cow's multiple parts put together. Its end result is a packed meat with no extenders, juicy and tender. They have a House blend patty which has short ribs, brisket and rib eye; as well as a Grass Fed blend, a mix of sirloin, round tip, flank, short plate and chuck. The charm of their burger is where it matters most, the beef and not its toppings.
On this food trip with two other bloggers, we got a pair of appetizers, milkshakes and 3 burgers distinguished from one another.
We got the highly recommended wings first, a very tasty starter with an interesting dip of blue cheese and lime. Our table also got an excuse to have ketchup as we ordered criss cut fries.
For burgers, I fell in love with the Hangover 2.0, a breakfast piece with sugar glazed corned beef and sunny side up. It also had potatoes, tomatoes, dijonaise, aioli and fried sage. All of these made each bite epic, a symphony of flavors bursting in one go. At Php 295 at 1/4 pound, it was a superb deal indeed.
Four Cheese 2.0 trait was its overwhelming taste from parmesan crusted mozzarella, sharp yellow cheddar and Monterey jack merging together. This should be shared because it was too rich for one palate consumption.
Last savory burger was the Falafel, a favorite with my two other friends. It's deep fried chickpea mashed with quinoa, nut, and mushrooms topped with cucumbers, pickled red onions, feta and garlic aioli. This one was most unusual and could be a hit with vegetarians.
8 Cuts outdid itself with their out of the box creations from its core meat, process and artistic combinations. I foresee them staying out for the long haul as long as they continue to challenge customers, with food adventures.
Got a steak meal deal thing that has spaghetti, slider burger, and mozzarella nuggets.
The burger tasted amazing, spaghetti is great, and the tots are perfect.
However, kinda weirded out that it only came with one slider burger considering the price of 300+.
They removed the blue cheese burger and now you have to DIY to recreate it. It's just too bothersome.
Anyway, burgers are good as always. I also love ordering their fries and onion rings. Their desserts are good too!
They have awesome burgers with special sauce, onion rings, & milkshakes. For the burgers, they have a set of simple burgers and the fancy ones packed with many ingredients. The flavor of their beef pattie is top-notch!
They don't have their own restroom; closest one is on the second floor.
Service meets my expectations and the staff are friendly.
Enjoy the diner-vibe!
Great place with nice teddybear:)
Love the burgers here. My favorite ones. Good and fast service. Definitely recommend - especially if you have a hangover.
Me and my partner were looking for a decent place to eat around Greenhills area until we bumped into this burger resto in Promenade. It was my first time to eat here and I asked for their best selling burgers. I ordered the 'Piggy' which includes housemade-smoked bacon, house cheddar, garlic aioli, their sauce no.3 and bacon onion compote while my boyfie ordered 'Four Cheese 2.0' with parmesan crusted mozzarella, sharp yellow cheddar, monterey jack, sauce no.3, garlic aioli and fried basil (both 1/3 lb. for the burger patty size). We also had onion rings in the side. The burgers were a bit pricey compared to other burger restos (265php each) however it was somehow 'sulit'.. I would definitely go back maybe in its other branches to try their other burger variants. :)
Burgers and Onion Rings kind of lunch. I had the Piggy with a House Blend Patty. All I could think of while eating it was that it was so juicy and messy. Their Onion Rings were so addicting. I kept on munching on the BBQ flavored crunchy onions. Quite a hefty price tag for an ordinary meal but you could really feel that they were serving quality burgers. Loved the interiors of the place too.
One of our favorite burger place. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Reasonable price and cool ambience. 😉
Loooove their onion rings, one of the best we've tried so far. 😍🍔 Kudos to their skinny fries too! 🍟
The best burger yet!!! I just love the paty, it's perfect. The buns are so fresh. The cheese and the vegetables as well. I'm really really inlove in this place. It's a total heaven for burger lovers.
8 Cuts Burger is a customized your own burger joint by the Moment group (which is also behind the famous Burger Bar). It is a reference to the eight cuts of beef used in their patty blends - chuck, short rib, sirloin, ox tail, rib eye, brisket, flank and hanger.
We ordered the Onion Rings, Cheeseburger and Four Cheese.
Onion Rings - definitely the best onion rings I've ever tasted. It's coated with a bbq coating and had a bit spice on it. The onion itself is sweet that balances the other flavors you've tasted.
Cheeseburger - good old fashion burger. It's juicy and tasty.
Four cheese burger - Has parmesan, yellow cheddar, aged gruyere and mozzarella. Cheese lovers would definitely loved this. A perfect comfort food for people who are craving burger.
Overall, we were really satisfied on what we have oredered (also the crew were warm and accomodating to us). I must say that they truly deserved the award (Best Manila Burger Joint) they got at Manila's Best Restaurant 2014.
It was my first time to try this place and it was ok. I tried the Four Cheese 2.0 and Super loved their Onion Rings. For dessert, i tried the Molten Chocolate Bottoms.👍
Service was great!!! Our waiter, Martin, was so friendly and nice. He made our day! The dessert with whipped cream, ice cream and lava cake was 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

We tried their best seller burgers the Qdaddy, Piggy, Four Season and also The Boss & the Blends they all taste good. I recommend the boss & the blends choose sesame bun with all topings on the menu and the OX blend beef.
Was it 2 months since I've been here already? I can't remember exactly but I know that our experience and the food were great. We were already full before we even finished what we ordered. I remembered also that their staff were so friendly! Will definitely be going back here :)
Service in this location is definitely faster than the one in Megamall! The place is more quiet and cleaner, people are not loud, and the ambiance is more chill. It's a great place to hang out. I still think the Shrooms is the best in the menu. The Onion rings are also good with a bit sweet and salty flavor, as well as teriyaki(?).
The burger patties are juicy and tender, cooked outside and a little pink in the middle. They also allow pick-up orders because the venue is a little small. Waiting time needs improvement though, but I guess that's the price you pay for freshly-made burgers. #QueenMuncherPH
Skinny Fries with Bacon bits and Cheesy Sauce FTW! A lil pricey and satisfaction lv is the same with Zarks pero sa Zarks may takeout ka pa. *Heavy Breathing*
It will satisfy your burger cravings, the taste is both unique and excellent. I had the 1/3 cheeseburger with sauce 3. Don't miss put on their onion rings.
Must try: ONION RINGS!!!
On the Table: Onion Rings, Classic Burger w/ No. 4 sauce & House Blend Burger on Brioche w/ Gruyere Cheese.
My-Food-O-Meter:
Taste: 4.5/5
Price: 3.5/5
Service: 3.5/5
Their onion rings are totally amazing!!! Don't over do it with the numerous topping selections for burgers. Keep it simple. The meat itself tastes really good.
Tried out their classic cheeseburger and boy, was it good! The onion rings were also amazing both in size and taste. Will surely come back to try the other burgers.
