It is one of the few Koreans I really liked. The quality of the meat was very good and easy to eat. The service could be improved a little bit, but was not too bad. We still could find a table with 6 people on a weekday with no problem. Overall it was a good and very yummy experience, which was also cheap.
Awesome food! Chapchae is a must try! The best kimchi ive ever tasted. Love the service always ready to assist customers and willing to help. Kept on coming back here!
One of the most affordable samgyup place in the Metro! I love their variety of side dishes especially their korean chicken. 🤤 For 350 pesos you can have unli side dishes, unli pork, a variety of sauces, and unli hotpot. The only con is that they have limited kinds of korean meat.

We all know that Korean BBQ restaurants can be found everywhere. But as time goes by, our cravings for samgyupsal don’t just satisfy us anymore. We want more. Luckily, we found a new restaurant offers NOT ONLY unlimited samgyupsal but there’s HOTPOT…plus BUFFET! WOW!!!. ABOUT SODAM RESTAURANT
The place was a bit hard to find at first but once I found it I was surprised by the crowd. It was already 8 PM and the place continues to full up with people from all over the world. The first gets kind of hot and stuffy with a large number of people. I would suggest sitting downstairs where the air-conditioning is reachable.

An overwhelming number of Korean restaurants offering unlimited Samgyeopsal have been flooding the food scene nowadays. Come to think of it, all you’re planning to do is just to satisfy your samgy cravings, and the next thing you knew you’re already undergoing the hassle in decision making!
Set amidst variety of restaurants lining Jose Abad Santos in San Juan, the aroma coming from Sodam allures bypassers outside—during dinner most of the time. What I liked the most about this restaurant is the way they stand different from other Korean Grill as they offer a set of griller, Shabushabu stove and an eye-catching Korean Buffet!
Yes they have it. All that for just 349 pesos only!!! I almost ignored Korean Barbecue as I delved deeper to the scrumptious array of Korean Cuisines served at Banquet. I really enjoyed the Korean pancakes—similar to omelet but mixed with flour—finding composure is very challenging as we enjoyed the dramatic feeling invigorating every bite.

The place has a great ambiance. The range of prices is really affordable compared to the other Samgyeopsal restaurants. The unlimited side dishes taste great which is also included in the package. My favorite is the California Maki, I ate a bunch of it. I can really taste the freshness of the fruit in the Maki. For the Korean BBQ, the meat is tender and juicy. I love their marinated meat because it is bursting with flavors!
It is my first time to go into a Korean BBQ restaurant that offers a variety of ice creams which are perfect for desserts. I would definitely go back again, thank you Sodam for having me ❤
I've been here numerous times and by far the most affordable korean restaurant i have been to! Buffet+hotpot+samgyup all in one! No need to look for a different place, SODAM will surely satisfy your cravings!
I love this place, although AT FIRST (((some))) staff were a bit confused to what they were doing and not so accommodating but overall we still had great food and time
Knowing the cheap rates of the resto, I didn't expect much of the food. But wow, I shocked! The meat was very fresh, buffet dishes were attentively refilled by the staff. There was a lot of variety-- Korean side dishes and Korean Ice cream. My favorite was the Pajeon (Korean Pancake). They also have good service, and the Korean manager is very caring to the customers' needs. Really great food! Better than other samgyeop restos talaga. Will definitely come back again!
Food quality is great, you'll know it is an authentic korean food. Sobrang haba lang ng pila nung nag punta kami. It was raining that time wala kami ma pwestuhan sa loob.
This is a good restaurant. Crew are not friendly, but who cares... The buffet has a big enough spread, considering the price. The meat just keep on coming, like there is no tomorrow. Highly recommended.

From a small venue to the two storey building it is today, Sodam is the pioneer in korean food in the Greenhills area based on my knowledge. What sets it apart is it has an extensive cooked viands as options. Their selection of ice cream desserts not included in the buffet is varied. Try the greek yogurt its good. Quality of meat is what you can expect from a buffet. You get what you paid for.
ONE WORD: SULIT! I love how the meat and the condiments are perfect for each other and a lot in terms of variety. The wait is pretty long yet I always find myself being very patient with it. The ambiance is not as great doe for there were times that the aircon broke down while we were there. Nonetheless, love the resto!
Super sarap lalo the side dishes!!! The meat itself is super yummy.. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who loves samgyupsal!
This is one of the best korean buffet ive ever had. So many side dish to choose from. This is worth the price for a buffet
The service is good
It's affordable and aside from samgyupsal, they have cooked food available. Their pork and beef slices are thin and cooks quickly. They also have hotpot, all for 369 (weekend lunch).
There's nothing really different with the taste, but you get the most out of your money with Sodam.
Ever since the K-drama invaded the Philippine television some years ago, quite a number of Filipinos have been caught up with the K-pop bug, no wonder Korean products, even restaurants have proliferated and mushroomed in the metro to cater this whim. But I am one of the fewest Pinoys who have not guzzled up with the K-pop wave. Nonetheless, I am curious about their food.
One word: Sulit!
The place is big and not crowded with people, even on a Sunday. A bit hot, maybe coz of the grillers. For a place with unlimited food, not enough restroom, that's one important thing.
About the food, for less than 500 pesos, plenty of side dishes. Love it!
Unli beef and pork, for up to 2 hours, wanna mention that, amazing!
Unli hotpot!
One crucial suggestion, please expand your choice of beverages to not only soda and beers. Juices please! A good glass of pineapple juice surely gonna help my digestion after consuming that pork bellies.😉
Overall experience? Let's say, am gonna be back there.
Sodam is a well-known Koream Restaurant even before the trend started.
And now, it is worth coming back because of its new offerings. But nonetheless, still affordable.
Ambiance - 3.0/5.0
When you compare it to other Korean Restaurants out there, its bigger and not suffocating.
Service - 3.5/5.0
Sometimes, the crew is not attentive and we even needed to approach the counter before we were able to settle ourselves.
Food - 4.0/5.0
Me and Troy had the Pork all you can with a hotpot. The Pork for us is thicker than its competitors. We love the marinated ones than the plain ones however, its both good. However, we suggest that they should provide a list of what they serve so that we have an idea of what we are eating.
Also, what I love about here is that you get to choose your side dishes. Troy Sitosta
Food is flavorful and tasty. I really like that they put on different food in the menu and it's not just the same thing over and over. I also like their service. Although they're busy during peak hours, you really see them working non stop to cover every customer that needs attention. Plus, it's very affordable. I highly recommend this place. Friendly tip: Call to make a reservation especially during weekends and peak hours to avoid waiting for a long time as a lot of people frequent this gem.
Good place for family gatherings or even reunion with friends. Much quieter than the typical Korean BBQ places, but offers the same kind of meat selection. Dips are delicious, and you are free to serve yourself as much as you want. Sides and rice are served on a buffet table. Also offers desserts. Best to arrive early, especially if you are bringing a car. Just a small parking area.
Great value for money and they have lots of meat selections and side dishes. Staff are attentive. I would have given 5 stars but our stove kept on malfunctioning. Kudos to the waiter who had to hold on to the stove knob just so it will continue to work. Overall, I highly recommend this place :)
Everytime I crave for Korean dishes, Sodam is definitely the first to come in mind! I may not be that much of a fan of the meat they serve, but what keeps me coming back is their korean buffet dishes.
Best Korean Buffet around! Remember to always book in advance, otherwise you need to wait for seated guests to leave. 100% recommend this place to all my friends
I would rate their meat 2/5. The slice is too thin. However, they have excellent main and side dishes. Also, the staff and the owner are very accomodating. They also have very fast service
I’ve been to several Samgyupsal places before, and so far, Sodam is one of the best. They have a buffet for the side dishes and thu replenish the meat on our table very fast.
Everything was really really great! From food, ambience and service! Really really worth the price too!
Overall experience was superb!
Will definitely comeback! 👌🏻🔥
Nobody’s perfect but close to it? Sodam surely is. From the time I called for our reservation to the time we drove out of the parking lot we were all satisfied. Food is excellent for the price. It’s hard to find at 399. Staff is friendly and efficient. Perhaps they are inspired by the lady manager or owner. She is very gracious. Facilities may be improved but functional enough. To sum up, Sodam sure is hard to beat.
My favorite place for my Korean craving! Its my nth time here. I keep on coming back because its very affordable and everything they serve is edible and tasty unlike other Korean Buffet.
Good day! I'm calling your 2 number posted here but apparaently none of them cant connect. Kindly please check your landline is not in service... What landline we can call to have reservation
Wanting to wash away the taste of an awful Korean buffet we had at Tagaytay, we made the trip to Sodam based on the reviews here. I must say that the 4-star rating is warranted. We had a good time here. We had to pay an extra 100 pesos or so for all-beef, no pork meat for the grill, but it was justified since beef is more expensive. There were lots of appetizers and they were quick to refill them. A happy surprise that out of the 15 dishes, only a couple had pork in them. Staff was very attentive, giving us meat as soon as they see that our tray was empty. Parking is limited to six cars, so get there early or park on the street. Sodam really is one of the best, value for money Korean buffets in the metro, and I would happily recommend it to anyone.
The food was good though some of it was a bit sweet for my taste. Make sure to make a reservation before a week you plan to eat there. Staffs were very attentive and nice. The place LACKS parking. We were lucky to not bring a car, because there was no parking space when we got there.

High rate for the service. Very responsive to customers. Food is great. Love the cuts of pork and beef easy to cook. You can get the food for buffet and then when you come back to your table pork and beef are set to cook. Love it!!

Sodam is one of the first unlimited Korean restaurants near my vicinity and I’ve been able to enjoy their make-your-own Bibimbap way before they even transferred to their location now. The quality of bibimbap ingredients here is so great and authentic. It’s always been fully booked and I think they can use better meats or add sauces to add flavor to the meats. They should have something that has a marinade mix to it and serve ramen too. But nevertheless, they’ve got so much fans already. They should still continue what they’ve done and just add to it.
Food is really good. Aside from the unli beef and pork you get you can also have the side dishes, which are freshly cooked and high quality.

Our first time here, the experience was great.. Though we were walk-ins( and the place was fully booked due to advance reservations) they still accomodated us.The staff is great, all smiles, good, fast and quality service. Would definitely visit again!
Sodam is great value for money Korean bbq. All you can eat beef and pork bbq for just Php 399 with a large array of side dishes. We arrived at 8pm on a weekday and were ushered in right away to our table.
The bbq meat is fresh and tasty, especially the beef. Side dishes are served buffet style and are plentiful and tasty.
Tried a couple of their Korean ice creams too

This is my go-to Samgyeopsal place at San Juan, great slices for both pork and beef, lots of other dishes to choose from, they have great tteokbokki and they have this mixed seafood dish that I really love. They do not have long lines too. This is a must-try for all KFood Lovers.
The ambience is nice, the crew are attentive and snappy... but hopefully, they should have name cards for the served food for those not familiar with korean food... i dont know why the griller only cooks on the left part. Sadly, my 4-yr old son was not even tempted to taste any of the food.
My go to samgyeopsal place! Aside from it’s only 400 pesos, you can have more food with their buffet and I love the thinness of the pork and beef. ❤️
I have been here twice and will definitely come back for nth times! Food is great, including the unlimited meat. Above all, servers are very efficient!😊

This is what you would call a boutique buffet. If you dont need all the amenities and what you are looking for is more bang for your buck, then this is the place for you. Offering quality pork and beef and ready cooked korean meals, this place is always jam packed. Either you arrive too early for the first batch of diners, or you are ealry for the second batch. No reservations, the wait is part of the charm
Service is good! The food is great! The meat is thinly sliced so it cooks fast. It's better if you get a reservation so you won't have to wait long and you can eat right away. They restock the food fast so you can just refill your plate asap!
The place was in between two mid-rise buildings, looks like an old house converted to the restaurant. The meat was of two kinds pork and beef, the staff would offer lean or fat meat, which was really great. The offering for their sides were on a buffet, about 20 varieties, most were delicious, they did not use romaine for their greens.
Food is great. There is a cycling menu set and meat is very good. A good value for your money although service is a bit slow due to the influx of people.
The place is simple yet cozy, we didn't wait too long since we first entered the restaurant. Pork, beef and all other korean dishes are so yummy.
Best bargain for a korean buffet under 500. Has good set of main courses from the open buffet. And also hands down for the thin cuts of the meat.
This place is pretty impressive. I made sure to make a reservation a week in advance since I heard that this place gets packed especially on weekends. This place offers so many delicious side dishes. I ate most of the side dishes that they offered (they had chicken, potato balls, rice, and a whole lot more that I can't really remember since they were a lot) and I have to say each side dish is amazingly delicious. :) the meats here are what you get at pretty much any Korean barbecue buffet but it is decent. It's a pretty good experience for me. :)
The place can get crowded especially on weekends and ventilation inside is not that great. BUT, this is still one of the most ‘sulit’ Korean bbq places in the Metro. Staff are also efficient and very accommodating 👍🏻
Searched thru Zomato to find a good lunch place on a weekday within Little Baguio area and we found this Korean buffet worth braving the noon heat for. It was a happy experience esp with generous refills of the pork and beef boards. Thumbs up for price, taste and variety. The place is easy to locate but the limited parking slots may be a challenge.

Been here a couple of times, Sodam never failed in providing us with quality food and services. To sum it all up - had a really commendable experience. Great food and service. Will definitely be back for more!
One of the best Korean Buffets I've tried.
Very good quality of meat, finely cut not too thick and not too thin.
Their staff is also attentive, they would refill meats on your table quickly.
We walked in but its better make a reservation as they get crowded fast. Reasonable price. Highly recommended. 👍
One of the most "bang for your buck" Korean BBQ buffets in Metro Manila.
It can get crowded and smoky so expect to come out of the place smelling like grilled meat. Making reservations in advance would also make your trip here worthwhile as there is usually a wait.
The sides could use some heat though and the place could use a little sprucing up; but with unlimited pork and beef at their low price, I'm not complaining.
The Korean owner can usually be seen being hands on with the service and the staff is very attentive. Sometimes, you won't even have to ask for refills of pork or beef--they automatically place fresh slices of meat if they see that you already consumed the previous serving.
Finally tried the much heard Sodam Korean Restaurant with my friends last night!! The Samgyeopsal part about the restaurant is very ordinary, I’ve tried different Korean Buffets that has more delicious marinate for their Samgyeopsal.
What I like about the restaurant and somehow surprised me, other than the fact that the price is cheap, is the side dishes and other main course food that is served at the buffet table. All of it tasted delicious.
The griller was nice and the interior of the place was authentic. Its like we’re in Korea all of a sudden. ❤️❤️
Best priced Korean buffet I've ever had! We went here for dinner during holiday and it was definitely worth it. We waited quite a bit to go inside but the waiting time was bearable. Servers were very attentive and really make sure you get meat at all times. I loved their tofu side dishes the other one was steamed the other cooked in soy sauce. My friend loved their spicy ribs! We were so full because for the price of 380 there was a lot to choose from in their buffet. I'd want to come back and bring more friends here!
Sodamgood! Love their unli pork and beef. I also love their additional menus on the buffet. I just hope that it’s not that hard to book a table every single day.
We went on a Sunday but we were not able to reserve seats. After a few minutes of waiting, we were already seated. There is a variety of side dishes to choose from however, some food were just too sweet for me. Other than that, I think this Korean BBQ place has the best value for money that's why I gave 4 stars.
