This is the 4th time i've been here. This time I tried the NY Cheescake plus The Chewie Baka Flavor!
Omygosh, the Cheesecake tasted so authentic. The cream has a very thick consistency plus they have bits of the NY cheescake itself. The Chewei Baka flavor on the otherhand which name sounds weird but tasted so freakin good, is worth trying!
It has bits of beef jerkey mixed with the ice cream thus the name chewei baka hahaha! The ice cream itself reminds me of the "... madagascar" I forgot the exact flavor name from another Ice cream Store. Lol!
It's a good combination. I have yet more flavors to try.
Tip: expect LOOOOONG lines during weekends especially after dinner time. They also have limited parking on the building so I guess just park in Gh then walk going here.
What I hate about them is that they don't have a branch near to my residence. Kidding aside I just had a great ice cream experience here. The owner is also so kind accomodating I had the chance to free-taste some of their not so ordinary ice cream. My friend doubted their Rhum and raisins ice cre but when I ordered it and she had it tasted she enjoyed it. I went here for their Beer and Chicharon Ice cream, and I was not disappointed. It's weird taste of chicharon ice cream really gave it a kick. Will surely go back to this place specially this summer season.
This has been my favourite ice cream of all time. My favourite store/branch was nestled at Greenhills.
Two all time favourite flavours: Chunky Cheese and Avocashew. Apart from sumptuous ice cream, staff their were also superb and immaculately fantastic. It was top notched by one of their staff named Kenneth. His customer service is always on its pristine, he is very sleek and pleasant. Always has an amazing experience here.
Good people plus good food: Super love it!
A happy place for all ages. If you love ice cream, then this is your heaven on earth.
The best in town! There's a variety of flavors to choose from and I was never disappointed to taste my all time fave, Pistachio! Am going back soon 😊
Every time I have dinner with my rowdy bunchy we end up at the Creamery to indulge in one of our guiltiest of pleasures ... and there is nowhere else that guilt can be so delightful. Love the place ... and especially the people behind the counter who are as good as the ice-cream with their sincere smiles.
Huge selection of flavors. Some not of my preference but great to have so many choices. Sometimes the numerous choices can feel overwhelming that it takes a while for you to decide. But great place anyway.

Carousel has excellent ice cream flavors and the taste-testing part will really make you wish your stomach could take in a scoop of each ice cream they have. Sadly, my stomach could only take a maximum of 2 scoops so I got their Java the Hott and Dark Side Chocolate, both very delicious! The staff are so accommodating and the owner is so nice! We'll definitely come back very soon!
It was my first time to try the ice cream at Carousel Creamery. They taste testing is supposed to make you decide on which flavor to get, but with so many flavors to choose from, it can be tough. Love their marshmallow mint ice cream.
I'm a sucker for Great Ice Cream and I can say that You can never go wrong on this one.. You'll come back for sure.. Tried their Dark Side Choc and Smores.. Too bad It's far from our place..
The staffs were very accommodating :D The flavors were new to my taste and I luuurv it so much. This is indeed a place to visit. Will come back to taste a lot more flavors
It took a while for my 2 boys, my hard-to-please Mamu and me to choose the flavors that we will order but with the help of their awesome staff, we were finally able to pick our flavors after trying a lot of them😂. Actually, what makes choosing very difficult is the fact that all the ones that I tasted were so yummy. Not too sweet and with just the right amount of creaminess.
I was soooo happy with my choices of “You’ve Got To Be Nuts,” their NSA (no sugar added, also keto-friendly) Avocado, and their Pistachio flavors. These 3 are a fually the best nutty chocolate, avocado, and pistachio ice cream that I have ever tasted. Pramis!🤣 My Mamu ordered her 7-flavor Mini Scoop Bouquet (Avocado, Calamansi, Yoghurt, Durian, Strawberry, NDA Vanilla Macadamia, plus you other flavor that slipped my mind. Sorry dami eh 😂). My eldest son happily finished his Mocha Oreo and Nuella Brownie ice cream while my youngest son’s Red Velvet, Peanut Butter Jelly, and Salted Caramel ice cream vanished in a flash😝! We also liked their salty snacks that we ordered for lunch—their Calamari and Fries, Beef Nachos, Beef Hotdog and Fries, and their Mozza Chicken Tenders with Fries. You actually get a free scoop of ice cream when you order anything fr their hot menu.
If you need to impress or just got that intense craving that you need to settle, then this is the place for you. The selection is quite overwhelming I admit, just go ask for their baristas (or whatever you call them) for the best ones and save yourself the headache of making up your mind.
The best ice cream parlor in the Philippines! Carousel Creamery is a place where you’ll come back again and again! ❤️
I’ve been wanting to try their ice cream out for quite a while now. Their place isn’t hard to get to,it’s near Gloria Maris. All I can say is that the quality of their ice cream is good. You’d have a problem picking out which flavor to choose out if their big selection. Their service is really good, although I wonder what would happen if there were a lot of people in their establishment. Not sure if you’d get the same excellent service.
Overwhelming is what I would say if you first come to this place. Just with the amount of choices you have, its going to be a tough decision picking your icecream of choice. Good thing is the staffs are willing to let you have a free taste or two(or in my case, until I found my flavor)
They have flavors ranging from beer and chicharon to winey strawberry, its hard to give this place lower than 5 stars because with the amount of choices, they will surely have something for you.
I liked their salted caramel w/ porkfloss because of its sweet and salty contrast. The midnight chocolate was also really good.
Over a hundred selection of ice cream?! And they include weird ones too which i know i’ll never get to try! Their ice creams are smooth and creamy, although somewhat expensive. Funny that they charge extra for people who want to eat their ice cream inside. Also, parking’s a b**ch, not only do they charge you mall rates, they also have so few parking slots available!!
You can't go wrong here if you love or are craving for ice cream. So many to choose from, whatever you prefer. You can even have a taste of everything. Clearly, everything is of quality. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. Some of my faves: avocado, mint choco, midnight choco, brownies

So many flavors to choose from!
From Filipino ingredients to different types of chocolates, your taste buds will surely be satisfied. Best experienced with friends so you can try and share the different flavors.
Several unique and classic flavors to choose from. Truly an experience. Their ice cream is the best. Would always travel here anyday.
++ Try their hot chocolate!! A FAVE
Lots of flavors to try. 😍 If you’re an ice cream lover, you’ll really love the place. Price is reasonable so it’s a must-try. 👍🏻 I tried red velvet, cookies and cream, and smores. Their best sellers.
I now understand the 4.9 rating of Carousel Creamery. Remarkably creamy ice cream. The Rum & Raisin is the best I've had next only to Haagen Dazs.
Hong Kong Milk Tea was good too. Fairly authentic milk tea taste.
My team went here after having KBBQ for lunch and it was just the best way to end our meal. Also helped beat the heat given how hot it was that afternoon. Took so much time choosing flavors cos there are just so many to choose from. Despite that, the staff were all accommodating and even offered free samples which helped us decide which ones to get.
I ended up ordering what's pictured and all of them were good especially the one with speculoos. Wish they had a plain version of green tea though aside from the ones with white chocolate and red bean. The gummy bears they use as toppings are also of good quality and not like the cheap ones usually served in buffets that are super tough.
Lastly, was amazed that our server memorized all our orders considering how many we were at the time. She did not even ask who ordered which. She just knew and handed out our orders correctly left and right. 👍
One of the best ocee cream shops. Flavors are very unique that you’ll have a hatd time choosing which one to order. This place is highly recommended.
This is the best ice cream place that I've ever been to! Variety of choices, flavors, and quality of service is outstanding. My boyfriend and I always come back here to get our favorites and try out new flavors.
Its expensive but its worth it if you want to taste a new flavor of ice cream that you dont usually see. I forgot the flavor that i ordered hehe but i like it
The number of ice cream flavors to choose from is actually overwhelming, so it was quite difficult to choose what to order, especially for a first-timer like me who's unlikely to return to this place frequently to try other flavors. My friends and I eventually went for Olive & Basil, Dark Manta and Strawberry Cheesecake. We liked all three flavors but loved Strawberry Cheesecake so much we ordered an apple pie a la mode to get another scoop of it.

Ice Cream haven located just outside the main Greenhills Shopping Center. This joint is a sanctuary for both Ice Cream lovers and casual foodies. There are 101 flavor choices you can choose from with approachable staff to assist you. You can free taste flavors before ordering. We ordered Dark Side Chocolate and Winter Green Tea. Qualities of both are on the higher end and just beats every Ice Cream I've tried (and reviewed here). The scoop serving is big and cheaper than most Ice Creams. With 2 flavors down, we still have 99 more to try.

+ so many flavors to choose from (I think they have over 101 flavors)
+ you can sample flavors to know what you want to get
One of the best ice cream parlors in the metro! They have so many flavors to choose from. You can also ask the staff for a free taste in case you feel iffy about trying out unusual flavors! It's so yummy and it's definitely worth the drive 😋
It does the name "ice cream parlor" justice: It has a couple or so outlets so as not to encourage lingering laptop users, and the place itself is small, so you really visit just to buy the ice cream and not stay long. I do love the seclusion (which saves the place from becoming overrated and popular to the masses) because if we didn't walk around outside Greenhills, I wouldn't have found this place at all.
9/18/19 update: They know their chocolate.

Service - 5/5
Professional, neat-looking, and courteous staff with very hands-on manager on duty. Feels so warm and friendly!
Ambience - 4/5
Ample seating space for an ice cream parlor. Well-lit and instagrammable too. With fast wifi and sockets! I'd love to buy 10 scoops of ice cream and make this my coffice for an afternoon.
Food - Ice Cream and Desserts - 5/5
- Snack Foods - 3/5
Ice creams are great!! Seriously! So hard to choose just one flavor! Snack foods are yummy too but serving sizes we encountered were quite small for the price.
We tried the following flavors and I'm ranking them based on how much we loved them from highest to lowest:
Avocashew !!
Double Shot Espresso !!
Dark Side Chocolate !!
Butter Pecan
Vanilla Macadamia
Mango
50 Shades of Chocolate
Choco Chip Dough
Price - 4/5
Can compete with the price of other big names in the creamery industry and value for money yung desserts paired with quite a good selection of coffee too!
Location- 5/5
Right across Gloria Maris and easy to spot along Missouri.
Parking - 4/5
There are ample parking spaces (with basement parking too) but the guards said they didn't have PWD parking and the empty parking spaces right in front of the store were reserved and cannot be used even by PWD.

Not gonna lie, but for me every flavor tastes so good and unique. The only problem for me is that it is so hard to pick from 100+ flavors. Wish I could get a spoonful of each. My personal favorite is the Beer & Chicharon.
So much flavors to choose from. I can't wait to comeback and try all of them. The place was nice. Accomodating staff.
Tried the Dark Night and Chunky Cheese flavors. The best Ice cream we have ever tasted.
Wish it were nearer. The ice cream is really good here. Carousel Creamery has just this one branch. Or at least have pop ups in BGC once in awhile.
They have so many flavours. From what I’ve tried I like the maple walnut, olive and basil, and honey lavender.
Ambiance is good, staff are very accomodating. Hardest part was choosing the icecream coz they offer a lot of flavors and all looks delicious. I tried blueberry cheesecake and it was topnotch. Quality of the icecream itself is amazing. We'll definitely eat here again.
I swung by here to enjoy my first keto ice cream. The service here is always superb. The staff members are attentive, responsive, warm, and courteous. They even have a greeter ready to engage new guests. The vibe is just always positive and I commend them for that. Ice cream joints should have a warm, bubbly, and happy atmosphere after all.
So they only had one keto ice cream, the ketocado (avocado flavor), which wasn’t too bad at all. Although, flavorwise, I would say that sucralose is a bit on the strong side as a sweetener so I couldn’t get enough hints of the avocado flavor (it was green though). Maybe matcha (has a stronger aftertaste after all) could be a better match to sustain the flavor when paired with sucralose. For those curious enough about insulin spikes of various sweeteners, you can watch https://youtu.be/CYfqvTZWilw for guidance.
I’ve been here 5 times and the bright lighting raises the feels and vibe of anyone swinging by. They have an innumerable selection of flavors and they’re not hesitant about letting guests try whatever flavor they want. The free tasting is all part of the premium experience.
Has some of the most interesting ice cream selections in metro. Offers a variety as well. Some of the memorable ones were Beer and Bacon and Cheese.
Actual rating: 4.7
Generally, it is a good place to enjoy your ice cream with the best service and ambiance. They offer a wide variety of flavors, perhaps even more than a hundred?
I usually get the cheese, it’s my personal favorite. The other day, I had tres leches naman. It was also good. The only thing that stops me from giving it a complete 5.0 is the fact that I know a place in Maginhawa whose ice cream flavors I love better.
But honestly, this is a close second.
Great experience pa rin!
Let me start by saying that parking is bad, really bad. But other than that all else was great, their selection of flavors were more than what can be describe as abundant each wanting to be tasted, better yet, chosen. For a big eater like me, 3 scoops is more than enough to make your tummy full:)
When you see the counter, it's easily over 100 of flavor choices. (125 approx.) This is good but also at the same will give you a hard time to decide. We ordered the triple scoop for sharing, makes you save a bit of change than 3 single scoops.
It's too sweet for me (I'm taking sugar only on weekends since a year ago) but I think will be ok with others. Wife and daughter love the bubblegum and macadamia.
However, coffee was a turn off. I ordered a latte but was mostly milk. There's just this mini espresso machine which maybe explains why. In any case, will not be a deal breaker. Ice cream is their genre anyway.
Better take notes of the ones you have tried already so you can dry a different one when you come back- in which you will for sure.
Specifically went to San Juan to try this! Yummy ice cream. Worth the walk ( Yep,we walked from Crowne Plaza). They will let you have a free taste for at least 3 different flavors i guess! 🤣😍😘

I SUPER LOVE the idea of having to share a variety of flavors with the squad! CONEnundrum (P750) brings you 10 scoops of your choice from their 100+ ice cream flavours! These creamy desserts are topped off with homemade waffle cones with a sprinkle of nuts and chocolate, plus my favorite topping: whipped cream! Of course, we won’t the final touch: cherry on too!
This ice cream shop piqued my interest simply because they offer a wide variety of flavors. Who would have thought you can get a free taste of every ice cream you want to try. Nice place to stay. Courteous and attentive staff. And a world full of ice cream. 5 Stars.
Just a stone's throw away from our condo is Carousel Creamery which has over 101 ice cream flavors!😋🍧🍦 Wasabi, Olive & Basil, are some of the outrageous flavors that we tried and everything is just delicious!👌🏼
They have a wide range of flavors so it's pretty much impossible to not like anything. I personally would come back for their vanila basil ice cream.
What's your flavaaaa? 🍦Carousel Creamery is a dessert specialist offering 101 classic and whimsical flavors of premium small-batch handcrafted ice cream. Unique to their menu are the Beer & Chicharon, Wasabi, Red Pepper Walnut and more. They also serve some light snacks and coffee.
I tried their ice cream with bacon. It’s very interesting. Though I still have a lot of flavors to try when I go back. They have so much flavors that it’s quite hard to choose from. I want to try their bleu cheese ice cream next time.
Carousel Creamery - located in 8 Missouri St. Greenhills, San Juan.
This ice cream shop is so good as they serve various flavors that makes it difficult for you to choose. 😂 They have 3 sizes to choose from whether on cone or cup. Prices vary depending on the number of scoops you want. A quick tip, is that they let you taste before ordering what you want.
We have tried the following:
👌🏻Vanilla Macadamia
👌🏻Raspberry
You can buy as well for take home (pint or family size) ranging up to Php 999.00.
Btw, for those who love Matcha, you can choose the strong or the light one. Will surely try it next time! 🤤
Carousel creamery is a wonderland for the ice cream lover. With a mind boggling array of flavours to choose from and friendly staff that let you sample it all, what more can you ask for? Worth visiting again and again and again.
This place is every ice cream lover's dream. 💛
We ordered the following flavors (in order of our most preferred flavors):
1. Oreo Cheesecake
2. Double Shot Espresso Chip
3. Cheese
4. Blueberry Cheesecake
5. Salted Caramel
6. Chocnut
7. Smores
While we were tasting the flavors, the staff was all smiles and were SOOOOOO accommodating. Note that it was already near their closing time and it didn't seem to affect the quality of their service. I was with two kids and they were attended to just as well as the adults. This place is unlike any other ice cream parlor I've gone to!!!
All the flavors we tasted (including the ones we didn't get) were very good. It was a matter of picking the best ones out of the really good ones.
Sure to come back!!! 💕

This ice cream place gives your palate plenty of selections to explore. Aside from brain freeze, they will also give you a sense of bravery to try new things. Or better yet, create your own flavor! I actually ordered something berry like and bacon-like. Problem is they don’t have a list so you must go there to try for yourselves. Some are kinda weird but some are too sweet but, of course it’s ice cream.
The ice cream flavors are unique and superb. Some of the ice cream names are unique and witty. The staffs are knowledgeable about the ingredients of their products. Its just that some of the ice cream scoop on our pallette was melted already when they served it to us :(
I have had Carousel Creamery on my bucket-foodie-list, but always seem to forget about it. Dessert isn't my top priority for food. I am more the type to eat salt, hence I prioritize savory things, main entrees, and whatever else. After eating dinner at another establishment in the same building, it was then I knew exactly where to go for dessert.
An ice cream wonderland! That is exactly what Carousel Creamery is. If Willy Wonka had a creamery with wild and exciting flavors, Carousel would be it.
They have odd flavors, from Beer & Chicharon to even Bacon & Cheese. And let me just say, all work, and are surprsingly very delicious.
After trying several flavor samples, I opted to go for the Wonderous Woman as my friend decided for Chocolate Almond something (sorry, I forgot the name) being too excited for mine.
Wonderous Woman is a vanilla based ice cream with bits and swirls of different berries. I am such a sucker for berries, and normally creamery/gelato places don't combine berries. With the Wonderous--more than 1 is yummier fun! 😜💯👍🍓🍦
Food: 5.0 - Best ice cream in town! Most flavors you won't find anywhere else.
Price: 5.0 - P95 for a scoop maybe pricey, but I say it's well worth is. This artisinal place uses top quality ingredients, no fillers that form icicles in the ice cream.
Service: 5.0 - Friendly service. All smiling and very courteous. Very knowledgable and passionate about their products.
Ambience: 5.0 - Clean and playful. A place for everyone to hang.
There are still a bunch of flavors I have yet to try. Maybe after watching the next Jurassic World movie, I will have some Jurassic Worms. 😜😁😝😋🙌
Carousel has always been our go-to ice cream parlor whenever we find ourselves in Greenhills because it has unique flavors that you can’t find anywhere! These are the flavors we’ve already tried so far.
🎶 Cookie Dough 🍪 for the little one— not enough cookie bits but yummy nonetheless 🤤
🎶 Barley Tea ☕️ for the oldest— it tastes like Haagen Daas coffee ice cream for some reason 🧐
🎶 Maple and Bacon 🥓 for me— practically my go-to Ice Cream flavor there 😅 The maple flavor was sweet, creamy and the bacon added a nice touch of saltiness to it.
🎶 Double Espresso Chocolate Chip: fudgy and creamy, with just the right sweetness.
Go-to dessert place whenever in Greenhills area!
I love the variety of flavors they offer, to the point that they have weird ones you'll never dream of as ice cream flavors such as Beer & Chicharon and Bacon & Cheese.
Flavors with base of dark chocolate, avocado, or matcha are my favorites. But the best flavor for me is the Carrot Cake (which I think they've phased out already, haven't seen it for months 😭😭😭).
Small place but crazy 101 flavors! They offer free taste to each of their flavors so you can decide first what to order. Perfect place for an ice cream desert this summer
This is without a doubt the best ice cream place in the metro! They have such wide variety of awesome flavors to choose from! Beware, it’s addicting!
Looking to beat the heat? Look no further and make your way to Carousel. They literally have a lot of flavors that you'd never expect. Go on, don't be shy. Try each and every flavor before you decide which to get - it took me 10 tastes before I got to choose my "perfect ice cream combination".
Oh, and this is the ice cream place where you don't have to line up to scream for ice cream.
We got to taste their flavors because of our seminar event. Not being a biased foodie but all I can say is that they really got your flavor! What I mean is, for every taste that you want, they got it! Carousel Creamery has its own uniqueness in terms of the names of the flavors that they got. Plus, they have a free tasting! What an intelligent strategy it is!
All I can say is I think it is best if they will have some toppings on their ice cream. I don't know if they got some but yeah, maybe to add a little embellishment to make it more instagrammable I think. But this is really worth the price! It won't disappoint you just like what your crush did to you. Haha!
For the overall experience, we really had fun! Their service is way more than what you expected. I'd definitely come back here 💕
Thank you Carousel Creamery! 💕💕💕

Best tasting ice cream in the metro. Wide variety of flavors with extreme taste. Must try and very good value for money.
Ambience: 5/5
Staff: 5/5
Food/Ice cream: 5/5
Definitely the best ice cream store in the metro! :) They have the widest range of flavors, from the ordinary to the most unique. They just seem to think of new flavors everytime we go here.
Ready for some sugar rush? This ice cream shop offers 101 (handcrafted ice cream) flavors. Yes, you read it right. 101 flavors! ❤️ Too many flavors to choose from.
We got their triple scoop ice cream. Bacon and Cheese and Marshmallow Mint Fudge were 2 of their bestsellers. Then their Dark Side Chocolate. Aside from their super yummy ice cream, they also serve shakes, coffee and other food items. I think they call themselves as Carousel Creamery because you’ll get dizzy from the choices of flavors in front of you once you enter their place.
It may seem a bit pricey for ice cream, but it's definitely worth it considering how unique some of the flavors are and that you can get lots of samples of different flavors when you order. The staff are even nice enough to give suggested pairings for even the weirder flavors. I was actually surprised when I asked for a possible pairing for Wasabi. You probably shouldn't pair it with anything, but what I ordered (vanilla toffee) was probably one of the better pairings it could have had. Even when I still feel I probably shouldn't have done that lol
My only real complaint is that the ice cream base seems a little thin? Or maybe a little lower quality compared to higher-end ice cream, with a slight waxiness(?), sort of? I don't know, it's probably personal taste. I like ice cream that's thick and almost chewy, so maybe that's affecting my judgment a little. Still very well-made ice cream and great value for what you're getting, mind you. Just not my favorite.
It was a delight to see a hundred and one different flavors of Ice creams surrounding you in one place. I ordered their sampler, and I really had a hard time to come up with five flavors. Good thing, my food attendant was patient enough to assist and explained to me each flavors. She gives me her insights of which one could suit my taste. I liked their Butter Pecan which is not too sweet, nor too salty like the salted caramel. My favorite so far would be Chocolate Macadamia. I love chewing the big chunks of macadamia in my ice cream. I also had their Hot Latte drink which is good to wash away the taste of one flavor before I taste the next.
Overall, the experience was good, service was great, they even offered me a free taste before I order. I would love to come back and try more other flavors.
ice cream is always a good thing. they had 2 display freezers of all kinds of flavors. ask for a taste of whatever. it's allowed. i opted for good old chocolate and strawberry (safe choices) and was not disappointed. i can always come back and try the other flavors.
the place is clean. the staff was helpful. i can't complain. i'll be back. highly recommended...
Wow! Love the coffee almonds! No sweetener! No sugar! And he got mango speculoos! Never thought i can still have ice cream with no sugar 😊 surprisingly, Greenhills is free of traffic!
I tried their chunky cheese flavor, which is basically the regular processed cheddar cheese flavor we're all familiar with, and it was good. The flavor was quite intense and it really came through. They have so many flavors to try, there's almost too much of a choice. Would certainly try their other flavors
Heaven on a cone. I tried several flavors before deciding... it was a very hard decision to make. Everything tasted so good. I ended up with the Milo Kitkat ice cream which I think is the first of many flavors I'll have in this shop.
The place definitely attracts a lot of ice cream fans around, and it's a good place to have one of these frozen treats. However, eventhough service was done well on my end, it was confusing. I didn't know who to approach to to have my order taken. All I do know was there was a cashier at the very end and a person assigned per freezer for sampling. The staff were cordial, but I wouldn't be surprised if someone made a comment on their service architecture.
Overall, my Milo Kitkat tasted great. It was not just heaven on a cone, there was a mix of nostalgia in it. This is ice cream for adults done right (friendly for kids too). The creaminess of the milo flavored ice cream plus the solid crunchy kitkat chunks. Truly delightful. ❤ 😋🍦
This has got to be one of my top places to have desserts. 101 flavors of ice cream!!!! Am I in heaven or what?!?!?! There's just so much to choose from and so much to try. They have your ordinary all time favourites down to the weird and wacky combinations. They've also got sugar free for the diabetics out there as well.
I decided to get the Yoreoda flavor which is a mint based ice cream along with some marshmallows and chocolate, this is on of my fave flavors because it is cool and refreshing, perfect after having a super heavy meal. My companions got Avocado, Almond, New York Cheesecake and Coffee. All were delish!
Thumbs up to super good service! I will surely come back for more ice cream goodness. Keep it up.
Overall, their deserts are great! Definitely worth countless visits if you're craving for ice cream since there are a ton of choices ranging from stracciatella, pistachio, tiramisù then Bailey's infused, or something extreme such as beer & chicharon flavour.
Tried so much flavors but ended up with almond soya ❤ super yummy and not super guilty while eating it + it taste like the almond jelly my mom used to buy in binondo for our baon or afternoon snacks!! :)
Heaven is a place on Earth with Carousel Creamery.
If you're an ice cream lover like me, go ahead and pay Carousel Creamery a visit. One thing you should take note is that they offer unlimited free taste! Go ahead and try the different flavors colorfully lined up inside their spacious freezers. They have a wide variety of flavors, from safe (e.g. chocolate, s'mores, choco chip, etc.) to very odd (e.g. wasabi, beer and chicharon, maple and bacon, etc.). However my favorites are the following:
-Red Velvet Cheesecake
-Chocolate Chocolate Chip
-Blueberry Cheesecake
-EVERYTHING WITH DARK CHOCOLATE
Also, their staff is very accomodating! They're very patient even if my friend and I try a lot of flavors (lol). If you haven't tried this ice cream place, you're definitely missing half of your life! ;)
If you re looking for an ice cream shop that serves unique flavors, head to Carousel Creamery for they offer 101 different flavors.
We ordered the sampler plate of 5. Don't worry you still get to choose your flavor. It was really though for me to choose 5 flavors out of 101 delicious flavors.
These were the flavors we chose:
✔ Toblerone
✔ Nutella
✔ Coffee
✔ Bacon and Cheese
✔ Beer and Chicharon 💯
Toblerone and Coffee taste delicious but nothing special to it. While the nutella flavored ice cream was a bit off because of the texture of the ice cream, its a bit rough sa dila.
The bacon and cheese was bizarre. There are bits of cold bacon that perfectly fits the cheese flavored ice cream.
So far, the beer and chicharon flavor was unexpected. You can really taste the beer but it was not that strong. Perfect amount of beer poured to that tub of ice cream. I wasn't able to find some bits of chicharon to it or maybe it was infused in the ice cream already.
I will definitely be back for the white chocolate with vinegar (super curious on how will this taste) and of course to try some of their unique flavors too.
Price wise is okay since the ice cream was really flavorful for the price of 85 per scoop. 🍦🍧
What we got:
1. Mascarpone and Figs - 4/5
Have never tasted mascarpone nor figs before which is why I chose this. It has a subtle flavor but really delicious.
2. Speculoos - 5/5
Highly recommended!
3. Lime and Cheescake - 3.5/5
Nice tangy flavor; however, there were only bits of graham crackers instead of cheesecake pieces
Although we were pleasantly overwhelmed with the variety of flavors in this store, I’m giving this a 4/5 since I prefer flavors with berries which were scarce in our visit - and the ones we tried were unfortunate: Cherry Cheesecake just tasted like vanilla, not cherry nor cheesecake; the Strawberry Balsamic one tasted like regurgitated strawberry (sorry!). But I must say that they serve really creamy ice cream, much like gelato.
I also find it funny that they have signs in every single table saying that their seats are only for dine-in customers (those who paid 8% service charge). This kind of feels discriminating to those who opted to have their ice cream to go but would like to sit down for a little bit. I mean, we all bought ice cream. Can’t we all use the seats?
Overall, our experience was good. Staff were accomodating and friendly in giving out free tastes and the scoops we got were generous. I’m looking forward to trying other flavors.
104 different flavours available this morning in Carousel Creamery !
That was a real adventure for my eyes to browse their teasing selection. Aside from the classics, they have some very bold and unique flavours.
While having one of the hardest choice in your life to pick the one that will full your stomach, their very very very friendly staff make you try the flavours that you want.
I limited myself to 3 trials including the weirdo but totally addictive Beer and chicharron out of etiquette.
I usually hate people that need so much time to pick their food or drink but in Carousel you don't have any other choice. Big kudos for being such creative in your selection.
I ended getting 3 scoops, salted caramel, butter pecan and Bailey's. Just by writing this review, I already have goosebumps caused by the sweet memories of the perfection that I experienced this morning.
We also got a waffle with smores ice cream.
The waffle wasn't at the level of the ice cream, I was expecting a real Liege style waffle to match the quality of the ice cream. That's what refrains me from scoring 5.
I'll come back, on a good day, on a bad day, on a diet week, on a cheat day, alone, with friends, with her. But I'll come back because you just created my best ice cream memory so far.
Picked flavors randomly because there were 50 options but still tastes very good. For agoraphobes, best to go during lunchtime after strolling Greenhills across the street.
Suuuuper hard to choose because there are so many choices!! Haha!! Picked Speculoos and Avocado though—Speculoos is honestly t h e bomb. Their playlist is amazing too, I could stay here for hours, if not for the noise generated by their equipment (aircon?). Overall, great experience ❤️
If not the best, Carousel Creamery is one of the best ice cream parlors so far. They have around 100 different flavors and some of which are really unique and innovative (e.g. beer & chicharon, wasabi, etc.). I do go out of my way just to visit their store at Greenhills.

Great place for hanging out. The staff are nice and accommodating. Free taste until you drop! 💕 Plenty of creative flavors to choose from, you'll be overwhelmed. 😊
I needed a dose of happiness today. And what else is a sure fire way to brighten your day? ICE CREAM, lots of it! Like really a lot of it, like hundreds, the way they do at Carousel Creamery. I guarantee you're not gonna leave this place still feeling blue.
When I was a kid, I dreamed of having my own ice cream store where I could have the craziest most unique ice cream flavors. Carousel creamery beat me to it, but I'm not complaining. This place is an ice cream fan's dream come true 😍 must try: mascarpone and fig, white chocolate passionfruit, lavender honey, and strawberry balsamic
The place with the most friendly staff. The people were so nice! They have over a hundred flavors and you can try each one. Their chewie baka was super good. Their peach ice cream was also good.
Carousel creamery is now my favorite ice cream parlor. It's basically ice cream heaven! With a whopping total of 101 flavors (although some flavors were out of stock when i visited), they have every kind of flavor you would think of. From the clasaics, to the ssavory to the sweet tooth fulfilling and the downright weird but it works flavor. With 95 per scoop and 225 for 3 scoops the price isnt that bad considering you get unlimited tries on flavors. My friends opted for their Barley tea ice cream, and bubblegum. While i opted for the weird combinations which was the brownie bacon, beer and chicharon and cerveza and garlic nuts. All of the flavors stayed true to its name and was surprisingly delicious specially the beer and chicharon... without melting the chicharon added a crunchy texture to the ice cream. You can clearly taste the beer as well. The cerveza taste and buzz was also evident as well.
I also saw that if you order a bunch in cones they will provide you with an ice cream holder as well. Perfect for your IG gaming.
Overall i found the place a good experience and worth coming back to. I plan to try their sandwiches and other food as well.
Favorites: beer and chicharon, brownie bacon, barley tea flavored ice cream.
Food 5/5- free taste and wide variety of flavors.
Price 5/5- compared to other ice cream parlors its relatively cheaper
Ambiance 4/5- minimalist interiors with a monochrome theme.
Service- staff was very accomodatingand enthusiastic. They were knowledgeable with their best sellers as well.
Carousel Creamery is a dream place for an ice cream lover like me 😱 There are so many flavors to choose from and they'd let you try anything as long as you ask!
Top of mind favorites are earl grey, lavender, cheesecake, mint chocolate, and avocado. If you ever find yourself in Greenhills area, try this place!
I've never been a fan of such sweet treats but Carousel Creamery's wide variety of flavors still amuses me upto this date!! It's my 3rd time here and HEY I FINALLY TRIED THEIR WASABI ICE CREAM! LOL! I also tried their chicharon flavored one btw and it really is legit chicharon!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
They have a wide selection of flavors you wouldn't even think of! The Wasabi definitely got me interested but I only had a free taste of it. It wasn't hot and it reminded me of Potato Corner's wasabi fries. It did have that distinct wasabi flavor that's just enough for you to still enjoy your ice cream. I ended up getting a scoop of Smores which had crushed graham crackers, marshmallows and swirls of chocolate syrup. It was the perfect smores in a scoop! My brother also loved their Speculoos flavor. I tried it and you'd be surprised (in a good way) by the burst of flavor at end.
Staff were very friendly accomodating especially that it was our first time and that we were at a lost when ordering. They have a lot of servers who'd happily hand over free tastes before deciding on which flavor to get.
One of the best places to discover new ice cream flavors. Price is reasonable considering the unique flavors and wide selection.
Overall: 🌟🌟🌟🌟
P.S. May service charge pag dine in, so kung gusto mong mas masulit ang money mo, take out nalang kahit half pint

I've been really curious about this Ice cream for a long time so I gave it a shot. I was amazed that they have a LOT of flavors in this ice cream parlor like I literally wanna try them all! But I opt for a 3 scoops. And the Ice Cream was D E L I C I O U S! I feel like I was in heaven! Hands down the best ice cream place in the whole country! Y'all should visit this place once in your life!
What an ice cream parlor should be like!👍🏻
I only have the most positive feelings for this ice cream shop. I love that their flavors keep changing and how they feature flavors that are inspired by movies or characters from pop culture. I remember their Wonderwoman, Kryptonite, Deadpool, Java the Hot flavors that were conceptualized when these movies came out. Great homage to the ever changing pop culture scene or even changing with the seasons. E.g. I love their seasonal Christmastime Peppermint Kisses flavor! 😃
Though they do have flavors they swap out, they have staples and crowd pleasers like the Dark Side Chocolate, Cheese, Toblerone, Pistachio, NY cheesecake, and Yoreoda... They also have nice flavor combos and innovative flavors. I have enjoyed their Honey Lavender, Strawberry Balsamic, Earl Grey, Rosebud, and Cherry cheesecake on previous visits. Some flavors are a little too out there for me, like their Olive & Basil. For this visit, I really enjoyed my Green Tea and Red Velvet ice cream.
One thing is for sure, every visit will offer something new. Get ready for your indecisive side to kick in. It's pretty overwhelming, especially if it is your first time here. You are sure to find a flavor that suits you to a T!👍🏻

By hearing the name The Carousel Creamery, there was a bubble in my head that thought of carnival, fun, and colors. True to their concept, this ice cream parlor offers 101 different flavors of artisinal ice cream flavors. From basic flavors such as vanilla, chocolate, to more sophisticated flavors such as NY cheesecake, Speculoos, Olive and Figs, Coffee and Doughnuts, Maple and Bacon, Carrot Cake, etc.
I got myself a Straciatella and Maple and Bacon Ice cream. The ice creams were creamy, flavorful, and sweet. The different flavors were very true to their taste. The maple and bacon flavor had big bits of savory bacon in sweet vanilla ice cream while the straciatella had chocolate crunch.
I will surely go back to try their 99 more flavors!!!!
Finally!! I've been able to go try Carousel creamery at Greenhills! I was very excited the sooner my friend agreed with me to go and try visit Carousel Creamery. Upon seeing the posts of my blogger friends on social medias, it seems to be too instaworthy to resist plus the way that 4.9 rating flashes through my eyes is just so intriguing!
Enough with the chitchats and lets get down to business!starting with "THE PLACE". the interior of the place is good. very classy and bright,no wonder food shots seems very nice! Thermally speaking, It was perfectly conditioned for the consumers but i guess not that much for the delights since our platter of 5 scoop melted (note: we were already in a rush to consume it because it already started melting at about 5 minutes) which is actually the reason for me to be a bit greedy for the last 0.5 of the rate. but my other friend says they haven't experienced that so probably we just chose a wrong spot to sit. I'm sorry carousel creamery. don't get me wrong i still love you!!
for "THE CREW" them for me are by far THE-BEST-OF-ALL the crews. their smile are the first thing that would remove your fear and feeling of intimidaiton to ask. they were also vey accomodating to the point that whenever my glass went through 1/4 of its content. theyll go rush and fill it up for you. plus there ain't no prejudice in this place! you won't get snobbed when another customer more conyo and blingy than you goes beside you to try out each ice cream
next of course is the highlight of the experience "THE FOOD." oh goood it was surreal! beer and chicharon? blue cheese?throw the peculiar flavors you might think and i bet they can serve you those! The good thing about this is that they let you try all (which i am sure is more than 40) of the flavors you yearn to try.what i fine way to put down the risk of choosing the weirdest one for fun eh?
and last is "THE PRICE" It might seem pricey but trust me on this one.. They will bring you back your spendings through a very wonderful and a not-so-mainstream dessert experience.
all in all it was a very great experience!
PS: i changed my mind to give this one a 5 for the very good FREE crepe they've made. I've been hearing that you were testing out your craft for crepes and for a guy like me who loves crepe.. YOU DID A GREAT JOB! kudos carousel creamery! :)
Number of times visited: 2X
Parking: Available, in front of the store. As it is located in a busy Greenhills area, it’s hard to secure parking though.
Food: Currently, this is the best ice cream that I’ve tasted. Creamy, full of flavor, and smooth texture. Their ice cream really captures the tastes of the flavors. The chocolate tastes like chocolate, no watered down version. The avocado doesn’t just taste like there’s a hint of avocado, you can taste the real thing. They didn’t scrimp on the ingredients and you can feel the passion and the effort poured into developing each flavor.
For chocolate lovers, try the Dark Side Chocolate. Simply awesome, chocolatey all the way.
Just a word of caution though, the Irish beer flavor tastes like real beer – kids and non-beer lovers may not appreciate it. I am a beer lover but I find it quite weird, the strong beer flavor doesn’t quite match the creamy base. However, it still remains true to itself though that it tastes like beer. It’s how it should taste, loving it is just a matter of preference.
Really love it that they offer you to sample the ice cream before buying. This way, you get to order what you really like.
Price: At first, it feels quite expensive. However, after tasting the ice cream you’ll understand that you are paying for the quality. As said earlier, it looks like they are using good ingredients and they are not one to scrimp on it.
Service: Excellent! The attendants are very helpful when asked about the flavors and they are quick to anticipate your needs.
Place: Clean, airconditioned – there are several tables available. We went on a slow time, so I’m not really sure how packed the place gets during peak dining hours.
Repeat: Yes! If parking isn’t a problem, I would go a lot! There are a lot of flavors that we must still taste!
Hooray for this ice cream shop! ❤ They really have what ever flavor you're craving for. They also offer free tasting of any flavors so you can choose what flavor you're going to buy. Another thing is that they have unique combinations of flavors, combinations that you can't even imagine what or how would it taste or look like. But trust me, they're yummy. I've tried some of it. 😅 What I also love about Carousel Creamery is that their staffs are friendly and very accommodating. Like, they serve refill your glass of water and give extra tissue (when you ran out of it, of course) even without asking for it. Now, that's a good customer service. 😊 I really recommend this ice cream shop. You've got to try it out. 😉 Plus, they gave us Crepe with Ice Cream for free! (I also don't know why, but thank you so much Carousel Creamery. ❤)
Flavors in Sampler of 5: Oreo Cheesecake, S'mores, Malted Choco Crunch, Coffee Almond Fudge, Strawberry Oreo
Flavor in Crepe: Nutella Creme Cookies
I LOVE CAROUSEL AND I AM THANKFUL FOR ITS EXISTENCE
This place doesn't deserve a 4.9 Zomato rating because it deserves a 5.0!!!
There isn't anything more grand in this life than creamy, exquisitely crafted, heartwarming ice cream (okay, I have so much feelings for ice cream).
Carousel offers nearly a hundred flavors for one to choose from. They allow you to get free tastes to help you decide. I go to Carousel ALL THE TIME for many reasons:
1. It's the best pick-me-up on your low days
2. It's the best icing on top on your happy days
3. They have a wide array of flavors; your classic favorite flavors to the most unique and bizarre ones
4. The pricing is just right; it's cheaper than most ice cream parlors (considering Carousel's ice cream is already so good)
5. The staff are jolly fellows!
6. Their ice cream is very creamy.
If you haven't been here, you're missing out! There's only one branch in the whole Metro but the drive to Greenhills is worth it. Try it out asap and you'll understand why I, and so many other people, are obsess with this place.
Flavors I tried were: Peppermint Chocolate,
Avocashew, and Almond Roca. They were all good especially Avocashew (a bit of bias here since I love avocado and cashews 😉). I was both flabbergasted and delighted that you offer free taste for every single flavor in your menu. I would love to try everything but my inner shyness told me otherwise. 😂 The staffs are attentive and amicable, radiating more vibrance and comfort that pretty much sums up the ambience of the place. 👌 I really believe Carousel Creamery is worthy of a 5.00 yet, of course, there's always a room for improvement. I suggest that you may want to add a restroom. Also, I think the place would be more attractive if you organize and embellish the place the way that it would live up to its name, CAROUSEL Creamery. Thank you!!!
One of the reasons why I keep coming back would be their wide selection of flavors. Aside from the classic flavors, they also have interesting flavors like gin and juice, chicharon and beer, etc.
I had one of their bestsellers watermelon, which features an interesting mix of flavor. For someone who's not fond of anything that's too sweet, this flavor is just up my alley and I love how it doesn't sacrifice on flavor. I also had chocolate orange, which was an unlikely combination for me, but it tastes sooo good!
I rarely go to Greenhills so when I found myself in the area one rainy Saturday because of an errand, I practically begged my girlfriend to let me make a stop here before going home.
As excited as I was to finally try this place, that day we had no choice but for me to go inside the store, fall in line, purchase tokens for our ice creams, choose the flavors, then go back outside.
We ate inside my car while double parked, unable to appreciate the ice cream flavors I (hesitantly) picked since we were in a hurry to leave for fear of being approached by a security guard or a police officer.
This kinda ruined the whole experience for me. The building where this establishment is located has limited parking space and for someone who isn't familiar with the area, looking for alternative spots to park can be tedious.
Still curious to try other flavors of their ice cream, though. But next time I'll be sure not to bring my car or maybe park somewhere near and just walk.
UPDATE:
My gf and I finally got to dine here after watching a movie at Promenade. I discovered the basement parking beside Gloria Maris(!) so we just crossed the street to get here.
We ordered the All Beef Gourmet Hotdog, Chili Con Carne Cheese Dog, and each had Triple Scoops of Ice Cream since it was so hot outside.
I like the fact that their fries are airfried so you feel less guilty for eating them though the hotdogs were too salty for my taste. Their ice cream was definitely the highlight of our meal. We got Ube Pastillas, Mango Speculoos, Sweet Corn, Dark Side Choco, Salted Caramel, and Cold Brew Coffee and while all the flavors were good, my favorite was the Mango Speculoos.
Will definitely go out of my way to try their other ice cream flavors!
