Apologies for the bad internet connection, guys . . . anyway, here's my review: ordered yesterday night 8PM their yang chow with kikiam topping. Adequate rice but topping very generously portioned and cleverly arranged :-) Dishes were clean, food was served promptly despite the crowds. The only drawback? Soft drinks offered only with large size. If only Hap Chan Express can offer its diners the option of small or medium-sized drinks, that would be better. Other than that, place offers good value for money especially for those who want to grab a quick meal, and worth coming back to sample their other delights
Yang chow with salt and pepper fish fillet is as good as always. I also love the taste of their vinegar. Though ala carte meal has small serving as compared to other food express of the same price.
Good for an empty tummy and don't have to spend lots of money! I love their congee it reminds me of the "old" chowking when I was a child, but I don't recommend the mango taho for dessert coz it's too sweet :/
