I'm so glad we found this place! We we're supposed to head out to one of the coffee places in the area but they were full so we hunted for other cafes nearby. They've got a huge and comfy place suitable for study groups or catching up with friends.
I love that they sell a variety of handmade crafts and local brands. They did a good job in showcasing PH crafts! The food is worth the price (at least for the mini matcha blondie that I tried).
The Wander Space is for people who want to appreciate local crafts and cozy place.
Good hideout place, onti tao and okay lang yung foods wag na mag expect ng masyado. Maraming mga stuff na pwede tignan and may coloring book sila don na pwedeng gamitin. Mababait yung staff which makes the mood of the place great!
The wander space is a go to place if you like a cup of coffee inside a very aesthetically pleasing place. The set up makes you feel cozy and comfortable. Their food is great in taste, but is lacking in serving. You'd definitely be asking for more since they have a small amount of serving, but the taste, especially their matcha blondie, is exceptional. A must try in maginhawa's line of cafes
Their choices may be limited and only the lasagna is filling but you can be assured that the pastries are of quality. Pairing the snacks and sweet treats with their coffee offerings, milk, and/or iced cacao tea truly makes snack time more delightful.
Ensaymada has been a staple merienda dish in the Filipino food scene. The fluffy bread topped with generous serving of butter and sugar on top can be bought in local bakeries and chains like Goldilocks and Red Ribbon. The growth of the market with discerning taste gave room to premium ensaymada offering more than your usual buttered pastry. We have the famous ensaymada of Pampanga hitting food bazaars like Yummy Eats and Ultimate Taste Test and we also have the like of Pastry Armoire. And I was lucky to be one of the guests of the later to its food tasting at the Instagram heaven, The Wander Space.
With enough pastries to last us a lifetime and ingenious ways of serving good food Pastry Armoire still promises to delight us . Pastry Armoire proved to be forward-thinkers once again as they tried to put a spin on conventional ensaymada. . It was a sunny afternoon and I was looking for a space to work until my feet led me to this place in Maginhawa QC called The Wander Space. A few months ago, I already heard about it and the story made me feel super excited to go. In a nutshell, it’s a concept store, a coffee shop, and relaxing space for those who want to chill and work. Went here because I was intrigued with their travel concept store and I was not disappointed. There were travel themed stickers, magnets, concept boards, traveler's notebooks and inserts, TN DIY fix kits, accessories, washi tapes, art supplies, and many more!
Also stayed in their cafe and ordered pizza and iced choco drink. Both items are just okay, nothing super special but what I appreciate is the floor layout of their cafe and I like that I had a quiet alone time when I went here.
Good place for those who love travel-themed items and for those who want a place to duck out of world.
At 80 Maginhawa Street you will find a place that will give you a unique shopping and dining experience. Yes, you read that right! The place is called The Wander Space but if you love to travel or appreciate art, you will call it your haven. The Wander Space is a concept store slash cafe. They support and feature various products created by local artists and craft makers.
The other day, a friend of mine invited me to Wander Space in Maginhawa to try some ensaymadas from Pastry Armoire. Pastry Armoire is a sister brand of Pink Wasabi, yup, that cake shop that made cakes that looked like sushi, it was all over the food feeds some years ago. Pastry Armoire does personalized cakes, sticky buns, baked premium empanadas, and now, they are introducing premium ensaymadas.
