Sauces may be considered as an add-on but it plays an important part in making a meal extra scrumptious. And when I heard that the world famous ketchup brand Heinz also carries a wide range of Asian sauces, the foodie in me got very excited. The launch too was just perfect as it was held Tong Yang Plus which had bountiful meats and seafood. The spread definitely helped us better appreciate these amazing pantry staples.

Loved the fancy new look and more spacious surroundings in your SM North Edsa abode. I see price are still affordable and a birthday promo still in effect....

The place is so Nice not so crowded unlike the other buffet restaurants.. The Food is so Good.. Many kinds of food to choose from. They are refilling the food trays right away. There is a hotpot and you can grill too which is my favorite. The only concern that I have is the tables for the guests are a little bit close to each other that it's hard to go again and get food especially if you are on the corner.. because you will need to ask the other table to move there chairs a liitle bif or ask for you to pass. also some are nice staffs mostly are not but i don't mind i came here for the food so over all Very Good and can't wait to come back..

2nd time in a week well my kids love hotpot. Good service specially the girl in front desk. Forgot her name. And the guys in beef section and the dessert section. Even lack of man power, service was good.

Decided to have dinner here with the kids gladly we make a walk in reservation around 3pm. We are 2nd on the line. When its time to had our dinner i noticed that the place is abit small seating is abit tight. And their dessert selection is few compare to other vikings. fruits are cut into small portions. Im a fruit person specially after eating buffet. For the hotpot and grilling there are good variety, but refills for slices of beef is slow. For the cooked food not so much variety and refilla. For the dimsum is slow beacause i just saw 1person doing it all. Overall we so enjoy our stay, hope changes might do well for the benefits of the customers..

Ambience 5/5 - I love the paintings hanging around the place.
Service 5/5 - Very accomodating!
Food 4.5/5 - Food was excellent, but take note to sashimi lovers! They dont have salmon sashimi.
I wasn't able to take pictures since we were too busy eating. We asked for crabs and they gave us good serving of it. :)

Edit: We came back after a month and yuuuup I would still give 5 stars!!

Dessert: Avocado Ice cream is definitely 5/5

I like Tong Yang's shabu-shabu and grill ever since. The fact that crabs and meats can be requested will also keep me coming back. The desserts? They're delicious as much as they're pretty, but leche flan's still my favorite. Drinks are included in the buffet rate too. I love the accessible location, ambiance, and service.

The waiters were very polite and attentive. The choices for grilling and hotpot were also plenty and were refilled almost instantly. My wife and kids also loved the the juices. One thing that they can improve on is to add more cooked dishes as part of the available choices. Overall it was a very good experience and will definitely comeback.

Besides a hot plate grill in every table, each person has their own mini pot. Cool, eh?! Now you are free to choose whichever soup AND ingredients you want!

The hotpot seafood flavored broth is best than the others. Grilling and roasting is fun and eating what we cooked satisfied our hunger. The sweets: cassava and leche flan are delish!
