I went there for lunch after my medical check-up in Centris. Of course, lately, I am always hunting for vegetarian food, so I was happy to spot Pho Hoa along Centris walk this afternoon. I was craving for banh mi, so I ordered the lemongrass chicken banh mi. I made a request to remove chili from my banh mi because it's stated in the menu that they always serve it with chili. I'm so glad they followed my request. Will definitely love to come back to this branch. I say a good job to the staff.

Pho Hoa will always be my go to place when I crave for Vietnamese beef noodle soup.
The beef noodle soup they served in this branch was so flavorful. I was able to finish the whole serving. Service was good! They always asked what we needed.
Will surely go back to this branch.

Though Pho Hoa do have some rice plates and vermicelli bowls, they mainly offer healthy Vietnamese Pho noodle soup. In fact, eating noodle soup at this place is fun because there will be a selection of condiments available on our table. This means that you can flavor your soup the way you want. That's what we did with our Chicken Noodle Soup which by the way is perfect for sharing even if you order the small one.

It's also worth mentioning that the place is clean, lighted and well-ventilated. On a side note... when you eat at this branch you can also order at Pho Hoa's next door neighbor/ sister company - My Thai and Jack's Loft.

I was surprised upon entering an empty restaurant that they made me transfer to a bigger dining area together with the diners of My Thai and Jack's Loft. I realized that they are part of one big restaurant group. So I was in the mood for something healthy for their Viet Chicken Salad and its  Fresh Spring Rolls.  I got what I deserved with the vegetables that I needed in my body with all these entrees I had. The flavors were not as astounding that would make me  return to the place as the vegetables were not as fresh as I would expect but the flavors were there.

Ambiance

The place looks a modernize Vietnamese restaurant. I understand that this particular branch serves all three restaurants under the same group. The big paper lantern is a nice accent so are the sliding doors that lead to a semi secluded area. I think they use that for those who want to dine and conduct their mini meetings.

Service

The staff was solicitous and offered the menu as well as the details about us being able to order at Jack's Loft and another restaurant aside from this one. They also served the food as soon as it came out. Since this is not a fast food the food took some time to cook.

Food

When our orders were served it compensated for the waiting period. The signature dish here is noodles but, since its  bit hot outside we decided to order the same meal.

Caramelized Chicken Drumettes P210, the sauce was good and so is the chicken. The chopped cabbage only made the dish tasted better. This was caramelized chicken wing lollipop dip in caramelized sauce. Here I am thinking that we can share one dish but, its too good to eat that I finished my food.

Overall, it was a good lunch out in the middle of a work week. I would love to go back to taste other of their dishes.

The place while a Vietnamese outlet serves excellent Thai food as well. I had the Thai Tofu with Mushrooms and rice (Chay Dasa Hu). This place is my go to place in Manila when I am in office and I yearn for something fulfilling with rice and veggies. Service is relaxed so come with some time on your hands.

It's a victory sunday luncheon for me and my girlfriends when we tried here. The place was a little shubby and small, good thing when we went there we got a good spot. The food looks appealing in the menu. However, in reality nothing spectacular. The staff, do not communicate well that they're taking our requests twice. I would try other branch, but put this one the least. #justsaying

I only discovered Pho Hoa recently. I know it has existed for quite a long time but never really bothered to try their food until one time when I decided to give in to something new & at the same time healthy.

What I like about this resto is its AUTHENTICITY. You know that it doesn't put on superficial masks in order to be considered a legit Asian restaurant. What makes this place tick is its SIMPLICITY & GENUINE FLAVORS which you'll immediately taste at first bite of any dish you decide to order.

The FRESHNESS of ingredients & its PERFECT COMBINATIONS to come up with delectable dishes is the resto's specialty. You also won't end up feeling guilty even after filling yourself since every item in your plate is ensured to have healthy doses of nutrients your body needs.

Surprisingly, the food is not overpriced. In terms of value for money this place is a great choice. A single serve salad or pot noodles is already good for two if you & your date are not voracious eaters. The amount spent for two will only be roughly at 800 pesos but, it's already very satisfying.
Must tries are the vermicelli spring salad & their version of grilled chicken. A bowl of hot noodles is also worth the trip to this restaurant.

Over-all, this restaurant satisfies health needs, budget conscious eaters & an adventurous palate. Definitely added to my favorites list!

Time to try vietnamese cuisine. It maybe local for others but the food is totally great and budget friendly. Me and my boyfie got hungry while at MRT then when we stopped at Q AVE station, i asked him to try there and so we got here :) the ambiance is simple and nice. Fast service, good food, perfect for a budget date :)

It was one of those daya that I suddenly felt lightheaded and wanted something specific to eat. In this case, I craved for something to slurp on and, somehow, ramen was not it for the night. I wanted something light and ended up thinking bad about Vietnamese pho soup.

I was hoping that the price for the small-sized pho was php100+ only since its just me who will eat it but i was so wrong, it was php270! And the large size was php305. So i opted for the large one since the diff is php35 only and I can take it home if ever I won't be able to finish it.

I got one of their fortifying combo which has beef brisket, flank, tendon and meatball pho. It was the whole package! When it arrived, i got intimidated with the size of my bowl and the contents were a lot! I mixed a bit of sriracha hot sauce and some hoisin sauce with the lemon juice and it was so good! This was what I needed to end my day. The taste was just so clean and simple. True enough, I took my leftover home which my dad and brother enjoyed.

For their service, they were a bit slow in the beginning getting the orders of their customers because the staff were all huddled in a corner so I had to stand up and call their attention. But I did appreciate so much the waiter who got me extra soup for my take-out pho without extra charge. Nice!

Pho Hoa has been a go to place for Vietnamese food for me for the longest time now. It was just now that I ate alone, I think, so I got surprised with the price for the pho. Haha! No one to share the cost with. But I love it here even if the prices gets higher and higher and higher. =)
